I could work my entire life an never earn one. Since cooking a dish is only part of it, you have to be able to garnish it, and make it look as nice as it's going to taste. I spend about 10-15 hours a week practicing and that's not including 35+ hours a week at work.

It started as a hobby, then I took a few Culinary Arts classes, and then it became a passion until I decided it was going to be a career choice. my goal is to become a Personal Certified Chef, then move on to earning personal Michelin Stars by working in two star+ restaurants.

As the title states, I'm new here. I've read the rules and guidelines. So we're all good there. I'll be on my best behavior.
