Bio: Faelynn comes from an ancient line of witches, one whose name was once held with respect within the community. However, over the years, her family fell from those graces simply because they refused to bend to the expectations placed upon them. Their ways were considered too old-fashioned, too different , and their refusal to conform slowly turned them into outsiders.
Faelynn was raised in the loving care of her grandmother, who taught her to be a free spirit and, above all else, to remain true to herself. She taught Faelynn that magic was a privilege, not simply a birthright—that having the ability to wield it came with responsibility, care and understanding.
Because of the downfall of her family's name, Faelynn witnessed first-hand just how cruel their community could be. She watched as her grandmother was cursed, belittled, mocked and laughed at simply because of who she was and the family she came from. At times, the cruelty went even further, with people throwing things at her grandmother as they passed.
To protect Faelynn from becoming another target, the two eventually made their home on the outskirts of town, away from the toxicity of the community that had turned its back on them.
Faelynn grew up quickly. She became determined to protect her grandmother from whatever cruelty she could, often being the one to venture into town to run errands, collect food and gather whatever they needed to live comfortably. She learned early how to keep her head high, even when people wanted to see her lower it.
After losing her grandmother, Faelynn made a decision. She would enter the academy for witches and earn the one thing her family had been denied for so long—the title of Starla
A title that would demand respect.
And she intends to earn it her own way.
The way her family always would have.
 
Personality: Faelynn is a lively person, with a personality as warm and vibrant as the sun itself. She does her best to embody everything her grandmother represented: love, light, strength, compassion and, perhaps most importantly, a good sense of humour. 
She has a natural tendency to make light of things, especially when situations become uncomfortable. Though she can have quite the temper when pushed, Faelynn has learned to channel it into sarcasm, quick wit and humour rather than allowing her anger to control her.
She is often seen as carefree, sometimes even a little aloof, giving the impression that very little truly bothers her. But beneath that easy-going exterior is a sharp intellect and someone who pays far more attention than she lets on.
Faelynn is also well versed in the purer forms of magic, having been taught by her grandmother from a young age. While she may not always follow the traditional expectations of what a witch should be, she understands magic in a way that comes from years of practice, patience and respect for the craft.
She carries her grandmother's teachings with her in everything she does—and as she steps into the academy, Faelynn intends to prove that her family name may have fallen from grace, but it was never without worth.

Bio: Valentina is known for being a sharp presence in any room she enters. Those that have made her acquaintance are quick to recognise her beauty, though those fortunate enough to know her beyond first impressions understand there is far more to her than looks alone. 
Born into the Kane Enterprise, Valentina was raised amongst one of the most influential families within the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Her upbringing afforded her not only immense wealth, but access to the world's most prestigious educational institutions. From an early age, she understood that the Kane name carried weight, and with that weight came expectation. Believing that one day she would be expected to step into a position of leadership.
Valentina has always been aware of the influence her appearance and status hold. Beauty opens doors, wealth keeps them open, but neither were ever enough for her. She chose to strengthen herself with knowledge, earning an education that would ensure she was respected not simply for her surname, but for her capability. 
Though with the Kane name came very little choice in how her future would unfold. For the sake of power, influence, and legacy, Valentina was married to the head of one of the country's most influential mafia syndicates. It was a calculated union—one that would elevate both the Kane Enterprise and their criminal counterpart into an unrivalled force on the global stage.

Personality:  Val is known for her  confident and ambitious personality. She is aware of the power her name and approach hold, and she has never been afraid to use every tool at her disposal. Bio:  Larissa is one of five siblings in the house of Blythe, a bastard, but a Blythe nonetheless. She has learnt from a young age to be seen and not heard, to do right and be no less than perfect. From birth, she was deemed less than from the very beginning, which required her to cover a lot of ground to be good enough for the last name she carries. Who knew words could be so heavy?
Larissa never knew her mother; it was rumoured that she was a travelling herbalist who had treated the head of the family during great sickness. This led to Larissa's fascination with learning herbal medicine as a way to connect with a mother she had never known.
She also knows the importance of survival and safety; she worked hard to become the person she had yearned for as a child; she never turned down the opportunity to learn and develop her skill set, from reading, sword fighting, archery, and diplomacy. If you've thought of it, she has sought it out and gained that skill/knowledge.
Personality:  Larissa is known by some for her gentle and caring nature, and by others as nothing more than a bastard by those in the village her family governs, but don't let that fool you. She has had to build strength to manage with her siblings and the ever-growing standards and demands placed on her.

She is stubborn and firm on her beliefs and thoughts about people. You'll find yourself on the end of a sarcastic whip, with her interactions based on how she sees, and she is known to have little patience for someone who disturbs a well-deserved break and pint.
