I write. I write a lot. I wish I knew why. Sometimes I wish I could stop.

When it comes to play by post roleplay, I enjoy extensive characterization in detailed roleplay with literate partners.

I vastly prefer public roleplay. That said, if you can entice me with something that hits a pile of my turn-ons and skips all of my turn-offs while maintaining decent grammar, sentence structure, and spelling, you just might convince me to go private. Honestly, though, I don't write to turn anyone on, including myself. I write to practice my craft, to find the right phrase or combination of words that will turn paint a scene, present an image, convey an emotion or sensation... it's about the words for me. I could care less if you're turned on.

I love having a genre or setting, even for just a quick sex scene. I love having a character behind the sex scene. I can't think of a genre or setting that I wouldn't at least try out, although I lean most toward cyberpunk, dystopian, contemporary romance, superheroes, steampunk, urban fantasy, traditional/high fantasy, time travel, space opera, horror, alternate history... a little bit of everything, really. 

Some things that I enjoy include:

• two characters meeting for the first time. I love sexual tension, one-sided flirtation, one person resisting what they feel, etc.
• transhumanism and the blurred line between human and machine, between artificial and real
• girl x monster/alien/creature
• firsts: first sexual encounter, first anal experience, first threesome, first gangbang, first time with a werewolf, first anything, really. I love writing the experience from the perspective of the inexperienced person, often uncertain, questioning their performance, their ability, sometimes there very nature of what they're doing
• generic pairing tropes (cheerleader/football player, teacher/student, doctor/patient, etc.) with a crazy twist to breathe new life into them
• playing the shy, tentative or reluctant girl who is scared/inexperienced in the face of raw desire
• blackmail or psychological force - do this or else, where my character isn't physically forced, she has a choice, but the alternative weighs so heavily upon her that she feels compelled to perform lewd acts
• genre mashups - take any of those ideas above and make it a fun genre mashup - girl x alien in a Victorian alien invasion, first gangbang for an AI downloaded into an android body trying to experience the human condition, girl x monster in a world of wild west werewolves, the shy girl blackmailed into a series of firsts... combining ideas, kinks, genres, and more is always a fun challenge for me.

I love collaboratively making a new world in which our characters can play. Honestly, worldbuilding is one of my favorite things. I love to take one idea, just a single thing, and expand it little by little until an entire world springs to life, like unfolding some intricate paper sculpture that comes to life when you feed it your ideas.
