On the bed when it's fully made I think there are 9? lol... the 3 throws are purely decorative and get tossed in the chair, but I sleep on my side with one under my head, one alongside me, and one between my legs, unless someone is there to cuddle and take the place of the one alongside and the one between my legs. The next person sleeps in the nude.
