  1. Yeah, guilty. Sex shop. The worst part was, it was right after buying a pile of toys I actually don't use as a gag for a friends birthday party. My options were to 1. call AAA or the police for help, 2. Call my sister to bring my spare key from home, or 3. Walk back inside to the clerk who just saw me buy the Glow in the Dark, Clone-A-Willy at home penis molding kit and ask for help. The next person has an embarrassing story they want to share.
  2. Semi-guilty. I love to put my TTRPG characters through emotional hell, but my ecchi roleplays run from cozy/romantic to downright abusive. The next person knows a secret about someone and they're being good about keeping it secret.
  3. Not guilty. I get too many manicures for someone as tomboy as I want to be. The next person wishes Hollywood would just stop already.
  4. Cortex Prime is the latest iteration of the Cortex system. I fell in love with it using the rules from (of all things) the Smallville game. I liked the way it forced interpersonal drama instead of constant combat. It really put me in the mindset of rules driving the narrative and social drama instead of just being physics engines. The system is modular, so you can pick and choose which elements you want to include depending on how you want the game to feel and what you want to focus on. It can still hit the physics engine feel of D&D with the right elements, but I prefer it when it's more narrative and focused on social elements. I love to be the GM. When I'm a player I get bored. My brain doesn't stop with one character. The two groups I run are in person around my dining room table. The people in the one group kept talking to their friends and next thing I knew, I had too many players for my comfort level, so I started a new group. The new group is all women, which is my Girl Power RPG group lol. We have definitely played some scenarios I wouldn't be comfortable playing with guys at the table, but we're all friends and it's a pretty comfortable group. We've explored some pretty deep and emotional stuff through that game. All my other games are all online; I mostly play in online games, but I'm running a few online as well. Play by post is easy to keep up with, especially when it's more relaxed and people don't expect a post a day.
  5. I run two groups where I'm sort of a permanent GM. One is a long-term homebrewed world using a Cortex hack I built and the other group cycles through systems just to try them out. But most of my playing is online now, forum based, so we use much more simple systems. Some are as simple as Physical/Mental/Social stats vs a variable target depending on difficulty.
  6. Not guilty. I'm far too American to speak any other languages. Not proud of it, just reporting my ethnocentricity as fact. The next person has a celebrity crush they wouldn't want to admit for reasons.
  7. Me, too. I started with D&D, but boy do I dislike that system now. There is no reason a game that's theoretically ROLEplaying should come to a screeching halt for hours of nonsensical and very boring (as a player) combat. Who wants to sit for 20 minutes waiting for everyone else just to take a 30 second turn and then wait again? I quit one of my real life groups because they were stuck in their 5e drudgery and refused to try anything else. Bleh. I play those games to tell stories with friends, not for tactical combat. If I want that there's Warhammer or any number of more interesting tactical games.
  8. Guilty and OW! Why did you remind me of that? It was so gross while it healed. The next person is stressed and horny (a far worse combo than bored and horny)
  9. Fuck. It's the wedding night, after all.
  10. Not terribly guilty. I have a salty/savory tooth. I'll take chips and salsa, pretzels, COOL RANCH DORITOS over sugary snacks any day. The next person enjoys a good old fashioned spamwich every now and again.
  11. There's been a few games of Index Card RPG on another site I'm on, but I haven't played it yet. Conceptually it reminded me of some other OSR type games, but with less focus on all the crunch and more a focus on simplifying mechanics. You can get a PDF of the quickstart rules here.
  12. Fuck. I like everybody
  13. Not guilty, because I didn't even know what they were, but apparently I just started, so give me a week and I'll be guilty. The next person has a collectible worth more than their largest monthly bill payment and has no intention of ever selling it.
  14. Not guilty. My girlfriend has added plants because I couldn't keep them alive if my life depended on it. The next person lives in a cluttered space.
  15. marry because it's also a no kill zone
  16. cry fuck because he surprised me
  17. marry because it's the last thing he'd expect
  18. Not guilty! Next person is eating something homemade.
  19. Not guilty. Weed and I have a storied history. I'm better off without it. Next person has more pets living in their home than humans.
  20. GUILTY. I'm just going to say sweaters, sweater dresses, and turtlenecks look amazing on me, and my coordinated scarves all come out... no, that's not all I'm going to say... It's my favorite season for warm beverages, long drives in the country, apple picking, pumpkin carving, cute outfits, all my awesome boots! The best holiday! Hell yeah. Autumn is the BEST! The next person has a strong opinion about pumpkin spice flavor.
  21. Not guilty. I don't play a lot of Nintendo. I mostly play stuff on Xbox or PS. The next person has eaten from someone elses' plate without that person's permission.
  22. Sorta guilty? I am a collector, so things I need as part of my collection are physical. But digital is so much easier, so I usually end up with both. I have a box downstairs accessible through the PS5 that stores digital copies of all my physical discs. But I stream more often than watch physical media. The next person needs the big O right about now
  23. Not guilty. I don't care for stuffed crust pizza. The next person has dated more than one person at a time.
  24. There's a new challenge!
