Very much the case for me. I knew it was a thing when i started seeing girls and missing the bulge. -
Generally speaking I can be open to anything as long as it fits well in the story. Not a fan of huge/mega (fill in the blank). Realism is more fun for me, but can be suspended based on the setting and story. All of this to say...if you have an idea float it and if it seems to work we might try it.
