Tricks and Treats

This is where we will put up information for our lovely characters and monsters. If you're like me, you'll also put information about victims. Below, you will find a few rules and suggestions as well as what information is required for character submissions.

- Characters need to be able to die, or at least disappear "mysteriously". Mine, yours, everyone. Not saying everyone WILL, but the potential for danger does need to be there. There's too many role plays that lack fatalities where there otherwise should be and that drives me insane. No one is unkillable, other than a few antagonists. Monsters can be defeated but will most likely just return next year.

- Create as many characters as you like. Your characters can be anyone of any age. Want to be a trick or treater who takes a wrong turn? Great. Want to be an adult who went to a block party where a slasher was perfectly hidden and cutting down victims indiscriminately? Awesome. Want to be a monster? Radical. A shut in who just wants to get groceries, but can't stand Halloween and somehow gets caught up in some crazy shit? Noooice.

- I mean. It seems popular in other clubs, but details like penis length and STDs and shit? All unnecessary information, but you can add that in your character info somewhere if you really think you have to.

- I, for one, can't stand group role plays that start with no one knowing anyone else. Coordinate with others, make characters who are friends, who are in a relationship, etc. Not everyone, necessarily, but ffs.

- Images preferred for characters over descriptions. They don't have to be "in theme", if that makes sense. NO REAL LIFE IMAGES unless absolutely needed to show off a monster or location. 

- Monsters don't have to be evil. Humans don't have to be good.

- Monsters and Humans will follow the same required character information. Some fields will be split with a "/", in which case it will always be human/monster (ex traits/powers). For the same of simplicity, if your character is a witch, count them as a monster.

The required information (unless noted with a *, which will stand for "where applicable") is as follows:

Name:

Age:*

Race: (Human, monster "type", etc.)

Occuptation/Legend: (what do you do for a living? What is the monster's shtick?)

Traits/Powers: (what can you do?)

Strengths: (What are you good at/resistant to?)

Weaknesses: (What do you suck at/are you vulnerable to?)

Likes: (human only)

Dislikes: (human only, include fears)

Story: (Any additional information you might want to add to give your character more life. History, the works. This is especially important for monsters, depending.)
