Corrupted Doctor to be sure. It's clear the "Doctor is concerned by your good health. There are specific areas of your body's that HE believes need attention. You'd not sure, by you are obedient and accept his recommendations. Some of what he does is very pleasurable for you and asks that you not too vocal - so as not to disturb the other patients. he tries to the treatment/
