  • [Bleach Prompt] Call in Dad! Baby-sitter, body-sitter, wife-sitter?

    • EcchiText Me! Looking

Ichigo and Orihime end up officially married!
Congrats to them, congrats to them. Unfortunately for Ichigo, duty calls, and Ichigo often needs to leave to the Soul Society. This leaves Orihime alone with Kon for vast stretches of time. This concept isn't too bad, the two have even created their own friendship in Ichigo's absence.

Everything falls into an enjoyable routine. Ichigo leaves for a week or two, Kon pops in, shoujo hijinks occur. Romance, co-parenting, life continues. This pattern continues until a hollow fight on Earth goes a little *too close* and Kon is placed out of order for repair.

Orihime can't raise a kid alone (Ichigo won't allow it.) and Ichigo has a job on Earth too.

Typically, parents help you watch kids, right? There's only one parent available. So they call in Isshin as a baby-sitter/body-sitter. He's experienced with parenting to help Orihime, he knows about the Soul Society, so they don't need to hide anything, and he knows Ichigo's mannerisms enough to pass for him at his real job.

The clinic temporarily shuts down, his dad acts as his stand-in.

Orihime is happy, his work is happy, so he should be happy.
Everything works out. So why does it *feel* like something is going on? Orihime appears *almost* happy to see him leave nowadays, the two of them quickly get friendly every time Ichigo steps out the door.

Sometimes they don't wait that long.

Looking for an Isshin who gets a little too comfortable with this arrangement!

I have not finished the series. I have no intention to do so, so no worries about spoilers
