Anyway, so! I've come up with this idea. Our characters are best friends in highschool and they have been so since elementary grades. Although life turned different for them both, where one leaned towards more feminine side(YC) and the other sort of became the stereotypical and sort of overbearing straight dude (MC), their friendship stayed solid throughout the years.

There were many things they did together for the first time. Pot is one of them, and now where the story stands, they both are quite the stoners, and happen to cuddle together often when high. While clearly MC enjoys it, he is adamant on keeping up a front saying things like "I love you, but no homo dude" to the point it gets annoying at times. After several incidents where he ruined the moment by saying something like that, YC decides enough is enough, and they have to make him stick his cock in their ass and make him admit it feels good to be gay for each other. Now, the story can start from the point where YC is already planning on pulling MC out of the closet, or we could play out the build up with all the sweet "no homo" intimacies. 

Then after that incident, I will leave it up to you if they are going to stay butt buddies (even when MC is seeing someone else, or YC is) or you are going to make MC declare and make things official with YC.
