I'll be really honest with you, what you're about to see is a battered shell of a request thread that's been worn down from partner-search burnout. I tried many of my own plots and most of the roleplays just fell through for one reason or another, so right now I have little to no motivation left to brainstorm and use my own stories. I'll of course update this post if I recover and am able to think again, but as of right now I'm mainly looking to play other people's settings. Again, I'm not lazy - I'm just tired of getting little to nothing for my effort and would be happy to brainstorm with you~
With that being said, the core of what I'm looking for hasn't changed! I want a cuddly, affectionate, hopefully even cute FutaxF romance, essentially an FxF pairing where my character just happens to have a poker instead of the usual lady bits. She is still feminine in appearance and expression, and in fact, her equipment might even look effeminate as well~
Please note that I'm looking for human main characters, or something really close to human, like an elf. I don't like fur, scales, or hybrids like catgirls. Also no vampires, the sucking blood thing really unnerves me. If in doubt, ask me!
~ ~ ~ A little about me ~ ~ ~
- I write in third-person, past-tense! You may ask me for something else, but it'll be outside my comfort zone and I can't promise a yes.
- I try my best to average a paragraph or two - sometimes I go a little higher. I expect you to be able to match me, and here's some advice I heard that really helped me: Reaction + Action - The first part of your response should be YC's reaction to my previous post. Your second part should be an action that I will be able to react to. Feel free to adapt this method to varying numbers of paragraphs, and know I'm generally flexible as long as you seem to be putting effort in - I won't cut you off because you wrote a single paragraph~
- I will only roleplay through EcchiText. I will not use public threads, nor will I take things off the site. I keep one message thread for Out Of Character chat, and one for the actual roleplay.
- My timezone is Pacific Standard, but my hours can be a little odd since I'm a night owl! I'm busier on weekdays, but in general if I'm online, I'm replying the whole time. I'd ideally like someone who can reply multiple times a day too, but that's not a requirement.
- I'm looking for friendship, some kind of chemistry between us OOC. This isn't necessary at all, but do let me know if you'd also want this~
- I have various roleplays where I play female characters, but something I never got to find was the chance to play a futa! That's why I'm still searching, so please know that I don't want to play more female characters, unless you want to do FxFuta in a horror plot! I'm really craving the spooks and would be happy to compromise!
- My characters tend to lean towards sub, but I'm more than happy to switch! Just ask me!

~ ~ ~ Plot Stuff ~ ~ ~
I'm open to pretty much any genre and setting, as long as things have good endings and little to no drama. I've been really interested in horror lately and am craving such a theme, but it's not the only thing I'm interested in! Feel free to bring prompts to me - I want to play in your world. After all the disappointments I've had, I could really use the treat of not having to think about worldbuilding for a while, but I am not lazy, and if you want to come up with something together, I am very happy to!
The only thing I won't do is smut only. There has to be at least a 50/50 ratio for me to stay interested, unless we mesh incredibly well together (this is usually because we chatter OOC in addition to the RP). YC is welcome to initiate during obvious quiet moments in the story, but if in doubt, talk to me OOC!
~ ~ So what's with me and horror? ~ ~
Someone I met put this in words before I fully understood my feelings myself. I'm paraphrasing of course, but it went something like this:

I couldn't agree more. But me, I'm more about the threat of things than actual combat, running, or injury. I like a spooky atmosphere that threatens danger, but I don't want our characters to actually come to harm. This is why I lean towards horror rather than thriller. I like a few physical dangers to be thrown in for the sake of variety, but as long as our characters actively run or resist, they should be able to find a way out of the situation. And then afterwards, they can find comfort in each other and cuddle the badness away~
Now, here are the remnants of my story ideas. You'll notice that both of these original plots are horror 'cause no one really wanted these. I want to reiterate that horror is not the only genre I'm interested and I am more than happy to play other settings, all that matters to me is the pairing and romance!
Super Spooky Thalassophobia Trigger Time ©®™ - Sci-fi, horror
- Technically in space, but set on a single ocean-covered planet.
- This idea was born from a weird place. I'm terribly afraid of deep water in real life - the deep end of a pool is enough to make me unironically panic - but at the same time, ocean environments fascinate me. I wanted to play around with this idea, like push at the boundaries of my fears or something, and just see where it goes. I also tossed in some horror elements, because what could possibly go wrong with escalating the fear factor of something I already can't stand?
Your character has been brought in as a contractor (not an employee, this is a very important distinction!) to assist in the lab of a tiny company outpost that is studying this uncharted planet. She will typically be assigned to jobs that require her to go out to various parts of the planet and collect samples for the outpost scientists to study. The company recognizes that an unexplored planet may have dangerous environmental factors and has graciously assigned a single security guard to escort your contractor during work. They will work together almost exclusively (technically, they need to report back to the outpost and live there, and will be connected to mission control while away from home) and find unexplained, probably horrifying phenomena outside the safety of the landing site. Rest assured though, because while I will try to make this hella spoopy, our characters won't suffer more than surface wounds. This is, somehow, still a romance!
If you don't like water, Sheltered is pretty much a land version of this!
Character note: I envisioned an excitable and upbeat character for my side of this. Feel free to let me know if you'd like a different type of personality.
Sheltered - Post-apocalyptic, sci-fi, horror

The planet's surface has been rendered unlivable by an unknown fog-like substance. Over the past centuries, humanity has hidden underground while the surface has been racked by all manner of storms and mutated wildlife. In recent decades, the worst of the fog seems to have passed, allowing humans with an appropriate amount of safety equipment to explore the surface. An underground laboratory complex begins sending expeditions to the surface to collect readings and samples.
Character note: Since this was originally a variation of SSTTT, it shares the same character personality. As above, this can be changed if you want.
And with that interesting stuff out of the way, here are two fandoms I'd be interested in playing around with. I quit both of these games a while ago, so you'll have to bear with me if there's stuff I haven't seen since then.
Goddess of Victory: Nikke
If you're unfamiliar with this game, here's a summary: This is a post-apocalyptic, sci-fi, dystopian setting where humanity lives underground after being decimated by invading alien robots. The human army consists of regular human commanders who lead squads of only female androids that are apparently originally human (convenient for our pairing, no?). If that sounds interesting, feel free to ask me for more details, or to do research yourself. Honestly I don't intend to stick too close to canon and want to use OCxOC for this setting. I'd like for our characters to be a Nikke-Commander pair that we follow. The specifics of their missions are up for discussion.
Zenless Zone Zero
If you're unfamiliar with this game, I'm unfortunately not able to help you much. This one is... quite a bit more convoluted than Nikke. If you don't know it, you'll probably want to pass on this. Anyway, we'll probably be doing some kind of Agent-Proxy pairing, though I'm not sure about the specifics for this, and might be willing to turn it around. And also unlike Nikke, I have canon characters I'm interested in here - Anby and Belle. Not sure if I can play Belle, but I have a particularly soft spot for Anby! I can play OCxOC, or CanonxOC if you want me to play Anby. Actually, any sort of OC/Canon combination really works for me... hm AnbyxFutaBelle
