Liam could not, for the life of him, remember where it all happened. It was like he... And that's when he sat up, and found himself perched on what seemed like a massive, flat mushroom. He had no idea how he got up on top of a massive mushroom - for one, he'd never seen anything like it, and all known science on earth couldn't have explained fungi like it. But as he noticed the weird, little things about this world, and what surrounded his peripheral, it made less sense - mountains with seemingly eyes on them. A lava island that seemed only miles from a snowy one. Turtles that stood on hind legs. None of it made sense - but of course! This had to be a...

A coma. Or something of that sort. It all felt so real, but no way on god's green earth was he REALLY here. Right?

That's when that loud ringing that muddied all sound around him faded, and he could hear the voice that had subconsciously awoken him. It was small, feminine, soft... And it belonged to a small, flying orb that had been inspecting him. With that slight turn of head, their eyes met, and he flinched, inspecting her.

"...What... Are you? Where am I...?"
