the princess's bodyguard

 the hunt began when you were 8 years old, it has since ended 10 years it had raged. now beasts have been pushed into the hinterlands. You are a princess in the City of Alder. since the end of the hunt many hunters left to the hinterlands to continue their hunts those that remain in the city have found work as mercenaries or body guards. The king has decreed that any hunter shall be apart of the Royal guard. Klara is one of them more specifically her job is to watch over you. Most in the nobility don't like the idea of 'barbaric' hunters being their guards preferring them to be armed with elegant weapons such as a Rapier, though you have often hear Klara comment a sword by its very nature is barbaric, Klara continues to wear her hunter's garb, it was only through strict pushing from your father that she wore a metal breast plate over it. She is armed with her saif, a rather unwieldy looking thing to your eye. you tend to try and escape her as often as you can, a rebellious streak your father says, is it to mess with your body guard or is it because you feel you dont need such a protector watching your every move.
