Galveston as Gateport

I may have forgotten to mention this, but Galveston is an island. We may need to move some stuff around, but it' an incredibly sturdy city. Very like Point Lookout in its pier area. The island is well fortified with many buildings and only 2 major entrances by land.

I made a point to factor this in. I mention in the Gate section of the city that there is a bridge connecting it to the mainland.
