Ideas For the Races of Novus

This topic is of brainstorming ideas for what are the Races of Novus will be like, from looks to personality.

The land of Novus is divided into different biomes. Each one has some Dominant Races and some Minor Races that live in them that members can play as characters of.

I want to give members a chance to create Races that they would like to have in the world and Biomes, instead of one person doing it.

Rules-

1:The Races of Novus all have a Fantasy element to them and are mostly primitive in weapons and gear, so no high tech. And they have to match the Biome/POI that they live in.

2:Must provide a photo reference that gives a general look for the Race, but it is just a general look and there can be verity. If you can’t find a photo Reference, a detailed description will do.

Basic OverView of the Biomes of Novus for now where the Races could live:

Zone Alpha-A massive flat plains, filled with many different types of meadows, lakes, ponds, small tree groves and shallow caves.

Zone Beta-A dense, humid jungle-like biome.

Zone Gamma-A boggy swamp biome covered in dense mist.

Zone Delta-A hot beach biome that spreads along the shore of Zone Alpha.

Name of the Race-Kon

Height-7’ Tall and 6’ Long

Basic Bio of the Race-

1)LifeStyle: Kon are a race of beings that roam the huge meadows and Forests of Zone Alpha. Living in small herds, mostly just a mated male and female pair with there younger offspring, Kons mostly spend their days collecting wild flora to eat, needing a lot food to fuel their robust, muscular bodies. When males reach sexual maturity, they break off from their parents herd to find a female to start their own family with.

2)Intelligence:Simple. Kon’s are more intelligent then most beasts, but are not on the level of most of the other races of Novus. Their language is basically a short vocabulary of grunts, yells and clicks that convey precise yet primitive terms for the herd to follow, like Go, Danger, Food and Follow. They do make use of simple tools and structures to live in.

3)Personality Traits: Kons are wary of anything that is new to them and will rise up on their back legs and slam their front legs on the ground multiple times in a warning display if something unknown or dangerous gets to close. If that doesn’t work then they will take off at great speeds and can keep up a decent pace for a hour to escape safely. But they have been known to be curious about creatures that don’t seem to be a threat, approaching them slowly after watching them from a distance. If they deem a creature or being not dangerous, they will happily let them graze near the herd or even sleep next to them, becoming protective and loyal to the pseudo members of their herd.

4)Mating Habits-Kons mate for life to a single partner. When the young Males reach sexual maturity, their sexual needs heighten by a large amount, making them become more aggressive and become overwhelmed by a need to leave their parents herds find a mate.

When the young male finds a unpaired female that they like, they will try and impress her by showing off their strength and their ability to protect a family. They usually do this by seeking out a dangerous predator and fighting it to the death. If they win, they will take the body to the female to show that they are strong and healthy. That will usually get the female interested and she will start a inspection of the males body.

Using her sensitive hands, she will run them all over the males body, looking for any imperfections that could lead to weakness later. If she finds nothing, the female will begin her inspection of the males mating organ. Usually the males will be fully hard by the time the female is done inspecting his body, her touches making the sexual frustrated male get hard. And if it doesn’t, then the female takes that as something wrong with the male and refuses to partner with them. But if the male does get hard the female will run her fingers over the length and girth of their cock, measuring if the size is big enough to impregnate her. If that passes, they will then start the final test.

The female with start to jerk the male off, forcing a climax so they can inspect the seed, wanting a male that can produce a large amount of thick, potent cum to can insurance pregnancy with healthy offspring. If the male passes all of these tests, the female will except him as a mate and allow the male to mount her and release all of his pent up desires in a wild first mating that lasts for hours.

While loyal to their mates, male Kons have a incredibly high sex drive even as they age and  sometimes a female gets tired of mating, refusing to let the male have sex with her for a while. When that happens, the male will sometimes get so pent up, they will seek out females of another race and attempt to mate with them.

5)Cock/Mating Appendage Size and Shape of the Males: 8-18 inch long sheathed cock, with a girth of 3-6 inches.

Abilities or Skills- They can run for a long time, have incredible stamina and are quite strong. They also have excellent hearing and sense of smell.

What their homes look like- Very simple structures made from weaving supple branches into a small dome shape with a single opening to enter, then covering it with plants to fill in the holes.

Height-Varies, 4 to 6 feet long

Basic Bio of the Race-

1)LifeStyle: Having a unique ability to float, Aeokin spend most of their life swimming through the air above Novus’s surface alone. They collect fruit from the trees of Novus to eat, but other then that, they spend most of their life having carefree fun. Who’s is Mostly them messing with other Races, then retreating to the sky to laugh and mock at a distance.

2)Intelligence: Having no real interest or attention span for gaining knowledge, Aeokin have close to the same intelligence as a normal human but it doesn’t often show, the race appearing scatter brained to most. Though they have show to be quite crafted when playing pranks on the other races.

3)Personality Traits:Aeokin are extremely laidback, taking on no responsibilities besides the least they can do to survive.

Name of the Race- Lopevite

Discovered by the BlackStar Crew- no

Height- 4'6" average, extreme variance of the race has been seen, with subsets of Lopevite tribes having average height ranging from 2'3" to 7'8" with outliers within those tribes reaching lower or higher numbers

Common traits- Lopevites frequently have 4 rabbit like ears atop their head, eyes who are predominantly one color (not pictured), and a skin color that matches the main color of the environment they live in or the creature who their lopevite parent wanted them to seduce. they all have a tail with a thin layer of white fluff, some being similar to rabbits, some being nearly reptilian, and some being feline or canine. but all the tails have that fluff

Basic Bio of the Race- Lopevites are hyper adaptive rabbit folk who have a tendency of overpopulating plannets rapidly due to their short reproduction cycle, capability to cross breed with nearly any other species and obtain their traits, and capability for their genetics to mutate between generations to overcome problems their forefathers had faced.

     lopevites are banned from space travel as a species due to their species tendency to disrupt ecosystems rapidly upon their arrival. despite this, lopezites are NOT native to novus, Blackstar currently does not know how lopevites ended up on novus, but a preliminary investigation showed a crashed starship that had crash landed an estimated 40 years ago.

1)LifeStyle: Adapt, evolve, and surpass. the Lopevite way is to breed and change generation to generation

2)Intelligence: vastly varied due to their evolutionary tendencies, some evolving to be... dimmer due to environmental necessities, well others evolved to intelligence levels that could compete with some scholars aboard blackstar... given the chance to learn, at least. on average though they are comparable to what is expected for normal tribal colonies 

3)Personality Traits: generally docile, cunning, and affectionate. most variations of this race like to find the apex predator's for their area and attempt to become their mate. both securing protection for themselves, and potentially having children who can become the next apex predators themselves.

4)Breeding Information: lopevites are a naturally sex focused species. despite the races genetic instability and constant generational evolutions, all lopevites stem from lupine genetics, breeding fast, hard, and constantly. a quirk in their evolution led to a loop early in the species life that led to a "bigger is better" adaption of their evolution... males have penis's that range in sizes that are about equivalent size to their forearm or arms. well females have genitalia that is incredibly stretchy, pelvic bone structures that are designed to unhinge in necessary, and organs that are both durable and out of the way. all this cumulates to the fact that the female lopevites can have sex with a penis that is comparible in size to their entire torso without discomfort, infact they appear to particularly enjoy being stretched. as the species evolves on a generational basis, and can reproduce with other species, it doesnt have many known courting habits. the only frequently observed one is the tendency for males to give gifts to a female they wish to court, and females growing incredibly interested in a male that gives them a gift they like. the specifics of the gift tends to not mater, as long as the receiver seems to like it. despite being mammalian, most female lopevites lay eggs a week after being impregnated in small clutches of 1 to 3

5)Cock/Mating Appendage Size and Shape of the Males: varies immensely. almost every known cock type has been seen on a lopevite male... and several more have been seen on lopevite shemales. the one constant is that the cock is seemingly oversized for the lopevite it is on, often times being eye level when fully erect and flush to their body 

Abilities or Skills- intentional Bio adaption- lopevites well pregnant or impregnating, are able to influence their children's genetics. in this way they are able to intentionally control the lopevites unstable genetics and give their children one specific trait that the parent believes will help them
     Cross Breed- in addition to their more intentional adaptions, lopevites are able to impregnate, or be impregnated by, nearly any species. taking several genetic advantages to give to their children from the non Lopevite parent.
     genetic quirk- sometimes a lopevite will be born who evolved in a way the parents did not influence intentionally or due to their partner, about 1 in 10 lopevite children will develop an odd evolutionary quirk at birth that no one expected, these quirks tend to stick around to future generations. if a particularly useful genetic quirk shows up, its not uncommon for that child to become a broodmother or broodfather later down the line once they mature.

What their homes look like- due to the races ability to adapt nearly anywhere within a few generations their homes greatly vary, however currently the tribe on novus is set up in tree top structures connected Via bridges, rope swings, and cloth nets they intentionally jump into from higher up. this is near their crash site
