The "Sister City" to Nahan Springs it is the night to their day. It was founded by 3 families long ago who had the best of intentions. It maintains a level of technology comparable of Nahan Springs, it is a far more dangerous location and poorer. Having fallen under the sway of the "Six Families" many years ago the place has been exploited and beaten down. Crime families wage war in the streets, cults conduct rituals in its expansive and mazelike underground, and the its rich only get richer.

The city really comes to life at night and bathed in a sick green light that almost reflects its soul. Its is this soul that has seen heroes practically banned from the city though it doesn't stop certain heroes from trying no matter what. There is an undercurrent of good no matter how hard evil tries to squeeze the city and its people.

The center of the city is where most of the richest live, looking over the poor and broken souls that call it home.

Surviving here means you can survive anywhere....but you might not be sane by the time you try.
