Living on the run heightened one's situation awareness. There was an unnatural feeling of being watched which tended to grow louder within one's mind when someone was actually watching. She couldn't explain how, or why. It was particularly easy to figure out who the culprit was on this occasion, given they were located straight ahead of her, although she didn't really catch them until their gaze was already being fixed forward. Mentally she shrugged it off. They might have heard her coming. Grew curious. Audio implants were popular enough, and she wasn't really trying to be quiet. That would make her stand out more. Mods? The line was certainly moving along, a slow process to make sure that not just anyone was let in. A city like this has more than one way to fake an ID, and those vetting patrons needed to make sure fast ones weren't being pulled in them. Dalton was, mercifully, not someone who needed to forge credentials to get into a place like this... Especially given it wasn't his first rodeo here either. All the same, however, it certainly felt like there were a few faces he hadn't quite encountered at the Garden... It isn't needed for me, but thank you. : p If there's one thing I've learned, it's that if something feels like it'll take too long to do, I'll almost always find some way to weasel out of it and move on with things.
