Currently, Magda Payarkoon is the Team Commander is roughed out as an NPC with the High Concept "Dedicated Officer" and the Aspects "I was born to this" and "Strike Team Delta Foxtrot Commander". @WickedCadrach's character is a BioFrame pilot named Emily Kehrer who is a liberated Hive citizen. Her body is almost as busted up as her heart.

To be honest? Ryoko certainly looks like a Netrunner/hacker, so I personally think she'd be better with using Cyberdecks and hacking devices. Does she work at the Garden or is she just a regular? -

I like the idea that she was born with it. It would make it more special that way. But it would be cool if she had some implants in her eyes that would allow her to record what she's doing and even help see holographic images that she can control with her hands.

If that was about Ryoko, and my thinking about things for her, she is kind of both. After running away from the whorehouse home, she spent much of her time up to now in gangs of one sort or another. She probably had a variety of roles with in them, including having to fight at times. -
