This. Most businesses can't run off of just one person, so a business with multiple bosses or groups of people controlling is usually a better option. Could be Owner to keep the overall "Business" running, then a Floor Manager to make sure staff like bartenders, bouncers, singers/dancers(etc etc), keep their place. I'll go rewrite the line to make it seem maybe less restrictive? I dunno if anyone else remembers Batman Beyond, but that had genetic splicing where people got some animalistic features. When I originally made the setting it was geared a bit more towards my preferences, but I'm going to be very back seat at this point so, eh.
