  5. When you get given homework after busting your ass studying all day. Seriously how much work is enough work?! I think it's unnecessary and I don't really need to have an overload of work to take home when I should be resting and preparing myself for the next day.

  9. Thanks to my friend who introduced me to this...thing that belongs in this thread: Yes, I did listen to the entire thing over the last half-an-hour. Why? I have no idea.

  11. Wow~, man... That was quite a sentimental read-through, with many ups and downs. It's fascinating to know just how much the past can have on the outcome of the present. To think EcchiDreams started out over a decade ago, and has evolved through several administrations to where it is today, still standing very strong; I'd say that is a pretty incredible attainment. Your introduction and evolution in regards to Roleplaying was also quite a fascinating read, just, knowing that it all goes so far back... and was kind of made possible with meeting a collective of like-minded individuals communicating through early chat clients like so. Kinda wish I could have been around to see EcchiDreams earlier on, but, the very earliest I could have been involved without breaking the rules would have been March 12th, 2016 (my 18th birthday), so... I mean I can still look at screenshots in the Internet Archive, but, yeah. Thanks for taking the time to write up this post and offering a historical, personal take on the origins of the site, @Temaelrin. I highly appreciate it.
  12. Fast speed indeed; regarding the loading times for Emojis to display, things load about three times faster than they did before (I counted 6 seconds when I loaded them just now). Very glad to see EcchiCredits making a comeback too! I'll have to check that out shortly. Many thanks for your hard work and commitment, @Temaelrin and @Neptune. :)

  14. ~I~ think I'm the most silly in my EcchiDreams family! >w< @SMFoxy and @Manni would be my older brothers, and I think Foxy is the big meanie bro to me. *huff~* ¬.¬ @Thesewords is my awesome older sister, who I'd love to go shopping with, just us! And @PixelBoi is the man I would hold my arms out for a big cuddle whenever we see each other and I would never let go~.

  16. I love music, especially electronic music! I don't know of any of the songs and artists you have listed in the original post, sadly. But on the bright side, now I have 10 new musicians to listen to. :3 I don't think I could list my all-time favourites, but, I can list 10 artists/songs that I love that I have listened to recently: 1. Alice Merton - No Roots 2. Dark - Zero Time 3. Oranger - Mr. Sandman 4. Underground Resistance - Electronic Warfare 5. Miss Kittin & The Hacker - Flexibility 6. Fila Brazillia - Dave Yang & Steve Yin De-Swish T' Swish 7. The Shamen - Boss Drum 8. M People - And Finally... 9. Tommy '86 - Logged Into The Future 10. Way Out West - Pleasure Control

  19. I agree with this so much, I cannot stress that enough... I did watch Star Wars: The Last Jedi on New Year's Eve; it really wasn't terrible at all, I don't think. Gets a lot of unfair hate. ;_; I guess while I wouldn't say it's my all-time favourite Star Wars episode, it's certainly not bad at all. People need to chill out about it. xDD As for those jokes, you are not alone, not at all. Disgustingly, yes, those "jokes" have become a lot more popular since the beginning of the 2010s. It's really horrible that some people have to stoop that low to the point of picking on people over things like that for their own amusement... OT: Unpopular Opinion - I'd say Camp Lazlo would have to be one of the greatest cartoons to ever bless Cartoon Network. Seriously that show is crazy underrated. Please tell me there's someone else here who also loves that show... =u=
  20. I have another addition to make to this thread: Tadpole Treble - A game that my IRL friend got me on Steam as a Christmas gift. This was made by a YouTuber and webcomic artist I have followed on-and-off for a few years; BitFinity (Matthew Taranto). It's a musically-structured game, based on timing and rhythm, somewhat akin to that of the Rhythm Heaven games on the Nintendo DS. I'd say this game is very underrated... Heck, Matt's YouTube channel and webcomics are underrated as a whole. Guy's got some incredible talent... [June 5th edit: Found yet another game to add to this list]: Happy Melancholic Kid - This is a small, free-to-play indie RPG that I discovered through watching Vinesauce (one of my favourite YouTube channels xD). It looks like it has a lot of potential and I would love to see it become a full-fledged series one day. At the moment it's only in Beta, and I'm not sure if it is ever going to be developed any further than what it already has; seeing as development on the game has been idle for over a year now, I think. If you want to kill an hour-or-so playing a game, check out this fun and pretty little adventure!
  21. Unpopular opinion: I have never once laughed at Fawlty Towers, ...I don't find it funny; it's not my style of humour. Sorry if that disappoints anyone. I get a lot of confused looks and people asking me "why aren't you laughing?" when I have watched it with others before.
  22. Don't have to go into too many specifics if you do not wish to. I was just wondering where we all began...if we can remember the beginnings of our Roleplaying careers. xP Was your first RP on EcchiDreams? Outside of EcchiDreams? How long ago? What did you do in it? o.o So many questions~! For me, the very first Roleplay I ever did was here, on EcchiDreams, in the first week I joined. I did a Steven Universe RP with @SMFoxy, with the characters Lapis Lazuli and Peridot. ^.^ Looking back on it now, it's quite astounding just how far I have come and how much more 'adapted' I have become to Roleplaying. It's a bit tricky to explain, but I'm sure you know what I mean. It's been an experience!
  23. I could list some games that are both underrated, and somewhat unknown, for the PC: * Armagetron Advanced - An old-school PC game that combines racing, and the classic "Snake" game some old flip-phones used to have on them. I personally think it's better to play this one multiplayer, there are AI players, but...it can get a bit boring playing against them. T^T I used to play this game online all the time a few years back. Sadly, I almost hear nothing about it online, and not a whole lot of people do play it, but it is something I was lucky to find many years ago. Have spent countless hours playing it both online over the internet and with my best friend IRL. * Crypt Worlds - Quite a bizarre, 3D, open-world game that has a day and night function, similar to that of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (except you can't actually explore anywhere at nighttime, you just go to sleep and wake up the next day). What I find more fascinating about this game, is not just the gameplay, but the artistic value and effort put into it. Yes, it is a short game, and there's not a whole lot to do in the game's environment, but, there's plenty of cool visuals and articulate 3D rooms to do some sight-seeing around. * Forget-Me-Not - Trippy Pac-Man, pretty much. It's a fun little addictive game, that can be a bit tricky to get the hang of at first, but it's definitely something worth trying out if you want a challenge and a twist based on the concept of an arcade classic. It's also multiplayer, but, almost impossible to play seeing as it's so easy to die in that game. Your partner has to extremely co-operative. One slip-up and you're gone, pretty much. xD * Freedom Planet - This is a platformer game, heavily inspired by the original Sonic the Hedgehog games from the 90's. I've played it a lot on Steam this year, and it is a pretty charming and wonderful game, probably even more enjoyable than all three of the original Sonic games combined. Although this is probably the most popular game on this list, I'd say it is quite underrated for what it is worth. The first time I saw this game, I looked up the name "Freedom Planet" into YouTube, and would have assumed there'd be some videos with at least a couple of million views. ...nope. The vast majority of videos I have seen for this game barely surpass 200,000, with most of the videos averaging around 10,000 views. It's... criminally underrated, this game is. T^T * Psycho Waluigi - A must play for fans of the Wario series on the Game Boy. I can't say too much about this one, but it's pretty straight-forward. Play as Waluigi, bash through blocks, beat up the bad guys, and get as much treasure as you can. What makes this game impressive is that it is a fan-game, but, it could easily have the potential to be a legitimate Nintendo game. Plays very well, and has a lot to offer. Again, this game is not as well-known as I would kinda hope it could be. * Robots Are People Too - This game is exclusively multiplayer. It's not really possible to play without someone else sitting next to you. If you know the game "N - Way of the Ninja" Then Robots Are People Too is more or less "Two-Player N". I wonder if anyone else here has heard of these games? (Asides from Freedom Planet, I'm aware that there's some fans of that game here already. xP)
