Just a checklist to keep in mind. However, violations of the rules recorded in red text will result into warnings. If created and the 4th or latter characters are idle, the player will be notified and granted up to three days to engage the characters of concern. On failing or avoiding the notice, the character of concern will be fired from the company and the roleplayer will earn a warning. The standard we are following to post in the roleplay threads is: Action Action "speech" Action. While the roleplayers have liberty to choose their preferred style we recommend the posts to be at least 3 lines/sentences long if not a para. As of now, there is no hard limit of the word counts in each post. As stated in the company policy, the whole office compound is a free sex zone. However, we urge every roleplayer to be respectful towards the fellow roleplayers. If you feel uncomfortable regarding the actions of a roleplayer, do not hesitate to contact the mods via ecchi texts or other suitable means. To ensure a level playing field for everyone, reports will be taken very seriously. Depending on the magnitude of the action, the punishment can vary from a warning to penalty. Moreover, upon investigation if the report turns out to be false, the reporter will earn a warning. While we encourage to go through the procedure of interview before enlisting an employee; we allow the characters of new comers to be an existing employee. As long as the desired position of the character is not a member of the directory board, or has professional relations with other characters (e.g. Director of a department, secretary etc.) any existing employees are welcomed. Expect any roleplays that are to take place in the office compound to be multiplayer. While the engaged roleplayers have the liberty to deny other participants we encourage multiplayer roleplays. We expect everyone to post a notice on the discussion thread before setting up a custom space for characters. For example X's desk/room/department, X & Y private fun time, etc. Last but not the least, do not hesitate to contact the mods regarding any confusion or inquiries. If you are uncomfortable to post in the discussion thread, please feel free shoot an ecchi text anytime.

Pretty much! We are still in the process of developing more departments and rooms, so the only active roleplay threads are the waiting room, the director's room and CEO's room. With that in mind, you can fill up the form in the introduction thread cx that's perfectly reasonable.

As long as it's not a post in the directory board (e.g. head of a department, someone's secretary) I think it would be suitable for any character to pre-exist as an employee.

Icarus started fixing his little briefcase up as the director got busy with writing the recommendation letter. He picked up each of the statistics paper he spread on the desk earlier and set them accordingly in the folders. His attention was drawn back to her when she stamped the seal on the letter. "Thank you so much ma'am! I am certain it will." He said in an excited tone receiving the letter from her. Icarus stood up as his interview officially came to conclusion. "I am eagerly looking forward to work under you, ma'am. I hope the CEO will agree with you." he added with a smile putting the recommendation letter in the top compartment of his briefcase. He then looked up at the director, "Well, this was the best interview I ever had so far." A witty smirk curved up on the edge of his lips.

currently the director is waiting to conduct an interview and there are some applicants waiting at the lobby cx I think someone booked an appointment with CEO though, so either of those would be good, director's room might need some cleaning c;
