Home to just about any public information you could ever need. With the rise of the internet, however, this location isn't used so much for research as it is for its free internet services. The computers here are open for anyone to use. As such, it has become a popular site for teenagers to hang around and the books that are more readily available are more for entertainment than research, although resources for serious research are still available in the shelves further back.
