High school project partners to lovers

Hello, I'm silver and this my teen (18) romance plot with me playing the female character. 

• I have a hard time doing just smut plots, so I'm down to do 50/50 smut to plot ratio.
• My paragraph lengths are a minimum of 3 paragraphs/post. I ask that you do the same.
• I only do 3rd POV.
• Idc about your spelling as long a as your coherent and I can understand what you're trying to say.
• I'm not ghost friendly, so if you reach out to me I'm assuming you plan to stick around. If not, please don't reach out.
• I like communicating with my partners. We don't have to chat. I'm fine with just plotting, but if you're going to take longer than a week to reply, please let me know. If I don't hear from you in a month, I'll delete our rp and keep it pushin'.
• I like real and drawn face claims. I'll even do descriptions. I don't accept AI.

Plot: 

Two high school seniors (both 18) are paired together to do a project on the history of their town. It can be about anything town related and done in any format. YC is the rich popular boy in school that's captain of the football team. He's good at studies and gets good grades. MC is poor, bullied by the popular girls that like him, a social outcast. She's equally a good student. She has to be if she ever intends to get a scholarship to get away from her shitty home life.

Our characters have never really interacted before. They've been in the same honor classes since freshman year and have talked in group settings, but that's about it. MC thought she's gone unnoticed. YC has done nothing but notice her for the last few years. He's got a thing for girls that don't pay him any attention. Now that they're in each other's space, he decides to shoot his shot. 

What I'm looking for: This is a must

• More plot than smut
• Teen romance (our characters are 18)
• Making out
• Heavy petting/foreplay
• Dubcon (on YC's part, he's got a bad habit of crossing boundaries)
• Drama
• YC's gotta been tall, 6'1 (186cm) or taller. For height difference.

Notes:

• Feel free to change anything about the plot that doesn't conflict with what I'm looking for. 
• I have an idea for the school project. They look into ghost stories in the town, how they started, and what the true events actually were. That could lead them down discovering a tragedy that was covered up. This involves going to scary locations, getting stuck in dark places, maybe encounters with ghosts, so some horror elements as well. 
• This is inspired by Project X by GoodChills Studios on YouTube. You don't have to watch it do the plot. It's pretty straightforward. 

To reiterate, I'm not ghost friendly. Don't reach out if you have a history of ghosting and don't intend to tell me when you need some time away.
