About This Club

Of Blighted Moons is a Vampire/Werewolf set in modern day Montana, in the city of Pine Heath. . Pine Heath has been around since the first settlers of the state, however predating them are the mysterious Blackthorne Family who live just East of the city. Secretly, the Blackthorne's are an old coven of vampires dating back to the Roman era. Similarly, West of Pine Heath is the Half Moon Reserve where the Midnight Wolf Pack live, finding freedom in the thick and wilds of Montana itself since just after the founding of Pine Heath. Both factions have found themselves at odds with each other, however they also abide by the laws of the land as to not bring attention to themselves from civilians and potential outside enemies.

  1. What's new in this club
  2. blep
  3. Will get images up and going soon, should've had it sooner but have been with family. If y'all wanna go ahead and make your characters be my guest. I'm also allowing room for an additional coven and wolf pack, so if you wanna make one, please get with me first so we can establish where they will be placed and all, lore, etc.. Only gonna have a two character limit for myself, however if need be I can potentially make one or two additional to that roster, just not wanting to flood a club with a shit ton of player characters from my end.
  4. Name: Auvunux "Austin" Windcaller Age: 47 Sex: Male Gender: Male Sexuality: Straight Role: Alpha (Maius) Personality: Auvunux is generally a quiet individual, his only time of talking is with other individuals; otherwise despite his size no one would know he's even in the same room. While patient and calm and mild mannered, the massive man tends to come off as blunt, to the point, and has no welcome for nonsense. He uses common sense which is somehow a powerful weapon these days, and normally Auvunux will sit back and watch until he has a full assessment on any given circumstance. In the back of his mind the goliath has a sheer joy of battle and conflict, he believes that peace is a lie and conflict must always be met. However he does make it a point to actually care about his pack and their well-being despite not appearing so, but also has a moral compass to leave Humans alone if they're just hunting game in the area as is his main rule of thumb. He was once Human too, Auvunux will protect his kin from hunters of the supernatural and will resort to killing without so much as a second thought. With that said, the past of Auvunux is a mystery to anyone, he doesn't openly talk about feelings or what he used to be instead opting for the simplicity of being mild toward others. He isn't afraid to stand up to someone and an individual of his strength and skill is quite confident in himself, especially if someone challenges what he says/orders. Auvunux isn't easy to anger, but when he loses his formality he is a force to be reckoned with with and without his form. Appearance Details: Being set at 7'7" Auvunux has a matching appearance to compliment both his size and intimidating features. Completely muscle bound, scarred all over his body, tribal tattoos and once having dreadlocks now shaven, Auvunux has seen his fair share of war and conflict. His hair is a deep brown-turning silver while having hazel green/blue eyes, his skin is a fair Caucasian with dark patches of skin littering his body, but what stands out besides the scars and such are the marking of chains all along his legs and arms, signifying that at one point Auvunux was bound by burning hot chains and left an imprint on his body. In his wolf form, Auvunux has deep silver fur, and the chain imprints on his arms and legs become part of the fur in shades of dark gray. His eyes become emerald green, however with the rest of his transformation the Alpha's scars are hidden beneath his fur, and his fur in itself is grown out more along the back, arms, and has an extremely bushy tail. His height raises from it's 7'7" to 12'5", given the growth of a werewolf/lycan he is massive to say the least. Other Details (Optional): While this should be in Personality of anything, it is extremely hard for Auvunux to trust people, let alone share his feelings toward them. This is due to his past of being called, "Weak," For having actual morals and mercy on his enemies, and being a pack leader, he has to show his leadership through strength, wisdom, and cunning, all of which he is known for. He does have a variety of rules that keep the pack safe, but when it comes to Vampires and other supernatural creatures that aim to harm innocent people/bystanders, especially his pack, Auvunux throws away all moral compasses when fighting them and normally aims to kill. Austin's bloodline dates back to the first werewolves, having lineage to them but the wolf's blood is strong in him. His beast form is considered a long lost breed, with what him and his brother having it, they could potentially bring back the breed of wolf they are which can greatly benefit any given pack.
  5. Werewolf Information Werewolves live and act based on more instinct and tradition. In the wolf pack there is a strict order of leadership. This starts with either The Alpha or Luna being the leader (Alpha is for males, Luna for females), followed by the Beta which acts as a second leader, the doctor who acts as a Gamma and would occasionally overrule the leader in medical matters, then the Delta who is in charge of the warriors, followed by the queens (pregnant females), and then omegas. When a werewolf transforms into a wolf form, typically the wolf form is larger than that of their human for. So if a werewolf transforms while wearing their clothes it typically would tear their clothes. So it is recommended they remove their clothing before transforming. There are a variety of wolves by breed, however there are two distinct transformations where one is more natural and happens fluidly, whilst the other is painful and is rather forced. Lycans are a type of werewolf that tend to be more violent and feral, and in many cases a Lycan has to be trained vigorously or otherwise be put down for being too much a liability/threat to the pack. Werewolves tend to mark their territory using urine, this helps outside packs and Omegas identify borders, but in many cases they use blood or carving laced with wolfsbane extract as it's extremely potent in smell to wolves. Once a month there pack goes into a mating season. During this period hormones and pheromones' run high, it increases the sex drive of werewolves dramatically. This heightened sex drive either dies down after mating or at the end of the period. If a pack member wishes not to mate they can help resist the urge to mate and temporarily calm themselves through masturbation, or they can see the Gamma for something that helps with resistance. Male werewolves can not become pregnant (should not need to say this but this is a common thing I have seen.). Due to their nature of commonly transforming, nudity is not as frowned upon as it is in human society. In fact it is primarily viewed as just natural. This does not mean that werewolves never wear clothes, it's simply that nudity is not alien/foreign to them. When an alpha takes a mate that mate gains the title of Luna (if female). Same with the Luna, if a Luna took on a male mate that mate is called Alpha, in more "formal" cases the main leader is referred to as a Maius while the mate is a Luminare. Protecting Queens and their children is one of the most important rules of the warriors of the pack. If an Alpha or Luna dies the Beta becomes the new Alpha or Luna, whether it is permanent or temporary, should they die as well the Gamma, and then the Delta would step in. Should a (ex.) Warrior become an Alpha/Luna by becoming a mate, it is merely honorary and when that primary leader dies or steps down that same mate loses that title. While silver won't harm a werewolf normally, if consumed or if it enters the body by some means it can be lethal. __________________ Vampire Information Vampires are mostly nocturnal as direct sunlight can harm them. And if they remain in sunlight for too long they could die. It can start with blisters which then leads to combustion, silver can have this effect on them too. They can however bundle up clothes and cover their body to go out during the day. Vampires have the ability to charm humans using a magic spell. Charming is temporary and can only last an hour at most. Vampires can transform into a bat for faster traveling, however there are cases of vampires turning into a small swarm of locusts or even a crow, this shapeshifting ability is limited to the ability of the vampire; however they can only transform into that one avian-like creature. Vampires are visible in mirrors even of silver, however if they are near mirrors with iron their powers are dampened. Silver has a toxic reaction to vampires, touching it burns them. Vampires can touch garlic and even eat it, however if around even uncut garlic their senses are blocked from smell to hearing. Vampires need to feed daily, they can not feed off of each other, but they can feed off of animals and humans. A human can become a thrall or life long servant of a vampire either through curse or contract. A vampire does not die unless through an outside force or by not being able to feed, however, if starved a vampire will turn ravenous and will consume any living or even dead creature it finds, even other vampires.
  6. Alpha/Luna (Leader/Maius): The Alpha and Luna is the leader of the Midnight Pack, making important decisions to ensure the safety and progress of the pack. They can take council from the Beta and Delta, or even their mates for strategy in the pack itself and against foes. But in the end it is the leaders fin decision that truly matters. If the leader is Male, they are Alpha, whereas a Female is Luna. If the leader is in a same sex relationship, they are referred to as an Alpha or Luna Maius. (ie. Alpha "Jake" Maius or Luna "Dana" Maius) Alpha/Luna (Mate/Luminare): The mate of the Alpha/Luna is called a Luminare, as they hold the titles of the head roles, they are primarily the mate of the leaders. An Alpha/Luna Luminare can give council and aid to their mate/other half, however they also help the tribe with a variety of responsibilities just as the Maius does as they represent the other half of them as well, so a Luminare is carefully picked by the Alpha/Luna. A Luminare DOES NOT become Maius/head of the pack if the lead Alpha/Luna die or step down, instead being reverted to their original roles. (ie. Alpha "John" Luminare or Luna "Hannah" Luminare) Beta: Second in Command of the pack, the Betas main role is council and advisor to the Alpha/Luna, even acting as an envoy in certain cases. The advisor can provide details and information from certain viewpoints to aid in the decision-making of the leader, and should the Alpha/Luna be away, fall ill or die, the Beta can take their place for a time being. When there are multiple Betas, the one to take the leadership role of the Alpha/Luna is referred to as the Beta Major. When a Beta dies, the Alpha/Luna appoints a new one. The main/head Beta is called a Major, while all others are Minor. Gamma: Considered as the third in command and as the medical expert or doctor, it is the Gamma who tends to the wounded and ill. They are capable of growing herbs and unique flora, while also making medicines and elixirs. The Gama is capable of communing with the dead, specifically the Midnight Ancestors, as well as being able to utilize premonitions and spiritual healing. Hey xan also be the final say in decisions regardkng .edical practice, capable of overriding the Alpha/Luna in this field. However communication with the Ancestors is only if the pack leader deemed it necessary. The Gamma is considered a last resort leader of the tribe should the Alphas/Lunas, Betas, and Deltas all be dead or unfit for leading, and will lead until a suitable Warrior or Delta can take the helm of the Midnight Pack. The head Gamma is called a Major, while the others and trainees are called Minor. Delta: Recognized as veteran warriors, they are granted authority to organize patrol routes, scouting and reconnaissance, and even give tactical aid when needed; war strategies and such. These are seasoned warriors and are far more skilled than most of the Warrior ranks. The head Delta is called a Major, while others are called Minor, however should there be multiple Majors the one to lead them all is called an Ultra; a rare rank not seen in many generations, many have been older Wolves who are considered best of the best and are hand picked by the Alpha/Luna. The head Delta reports only to the Alpha/Luna. The Major is picked by the Alpha/Luna to lead the forces. And oftentimes, these ranks are used in special operations. Ultra > Major > Minor Warriors: The common type of Wolf that is of fighting age to serve the pack properly. They are used in protecting the pack and utilized for a variety of tasks. Warriors are given no real ranks, but that doesn't mean a few individuals can't shine through as well. Omega: Either unfit to be aby if the roles including Warrior or not in standing. An Omega is generally an outsider taken in, an elder wolf of the pack, a Newblood, a disabled individual, or even a pup are essentially considered Omegas in that regard. Additional Terms: Queen: A female wolf that is either pregnant or is nursing their pups, once the young are weenie off the Queen goes back to their original role. Queens are heavily protected by the pack. Pup: A child of the pack, they are referred as Pups until they are old enough to mate, in which they are trained for combat and hunting until they are ready to be an Omega or take on an official role as Warrior. Scion: A direct descendant of the original werewolves, or close enough, these aren't held in ranks but can w used to reference others that have more Wolfblood than other pack members and can be traced back as such. Oftentimes they are Scions are rare, and are widely sought out to help breed to bring more powerful wolves to the pack. Disclaimer: If you desire for your character to be a Scion, please hit me up first. Not a whole lot of characters will have that chance.
  7. Below is the terms/examples for the roles that currently exist. Night Master/Mistress is the head of the Blackthorne Family, lord of all vampires in the clan and taught to be the leader for the future of the clan. Under normal circumstances, only those with the Blackthorne Blood can truly be a Night Master/Mistress, however should they be defeated or die, the Butler takes over for a temporary time until another of the bloodline is found, for better or worse. The lord vampire is overall the strongest if not oldest and most skilled in combat and knowledge, however this has proven to be false before on rare occasions. Nightstalker, a secondary leader acting as overall commander of the other ranks. The Nightstalker can be older or younger than the Night Master/Mistress, however they must have great knowledge of warfare, magic, and of the enemy. There can only ever be two of these ranks, as they are extremely important and given to handpicked individuals, referred to as a Prime and Second. Mistwalker ranks are generalized as moderately powerful, above the "common" vampire, the Mistwalker acts as spies, assassins, and considered elite soldier's above others. While anyone could potentially obtain this rank, they would have to prove their loyalties, skills and strengths to become such. Corpse-Sowers are the doctors of the Family, having both basic, advanced, and magical knowledge in the medical fields for their Vampires and Humans. They have magic primarily based around medical care, as well as having the requirements to be actual doctors. The head of the Corpse-Sowers is called a Doctor, while all others are Nurses or Assistants. Blooded are the generalized soldiers of the Blackthorne Estate, the common vampire, both strong and weak, are used for any application in combat; between assault to defense, scouting and recovery operations, Vampires that follow understand the role take orders from the Nightstalker, Night Master/Mistress, and oddly enough the Butler. New Bloods or Fledgelings are the newly turned Vampires or Strays brought into the Blackthorne Estate. They vary in power, as New Bloods are new born Vampires with weak powers, and Strays are often a wildcard. That being said they are weaker than seasoned/older vampires for obvious reasons. Thralls are the life slaves or servant's of any given Vampire, as they are bonded so too do they receive the gift of endless aging. Thralls are varied as well, as normally the Blackthorne Family take Humans indebted to them or those willingly, however it's not uncommon to see a Thrall be bonded against their will. They can be personal servant's, blood bags, and whatever else a Vampire might want. In some cases few Thrall's have become personal guards for their master's, and as such, they can freely ignore psychological/psychic commands from other vampires depending on bond and how powerful the bond between master and such are. _____________ The Butler, while not in charge of combat, is an advisor and council to the Blackthorne Family as a whole. They can give commands of defense to the Vampiric and common ranks, but can even send then on their own behalf of it is truly important. The Butler, or Head of the Estate, makes sure operations, preparations, and chores are done on the grounds on the regular, truly never a break in sight. There can be several Butlers, but only the "Head" can call the shots, and is entrusted by the Night Master/Mistress Maid is a common worker, normally doing chores and delivering items such as food or clothes to their masters. They are not Thralls, and are to be treated in respect. They follow direct orders from only the Butler and the head of the Family, however they tend to also do favors for everyone else as well if they have the time. Not only are they not to be fed on, but any Maid (even of they are Human or Vampire) abused by any Vampiric ranks will answer to the Butler and the Night Master/Mistress, punishment will follow swiftly and just. Detective and Guards are two main bodies of security, let them be Human or Vampires, or any undead for that matter. While the Detective is only given to one individual, they are responsible for seeking out intruders, murders, and anything that could harm or be illegal toward the Family. Guards are just that, a main body of defense for keeping out the riffraff and undesirables, they have useful tools to help then do the job, but other than that keep patrols and a watchful eye over the Estate.

  10. Here is the character templates, while we don't necessarily "approve" characters, we ask you stay true to the lore and have a good idea what kind of character you're making. At any point if your app/character conflicts with the club's lore, then you might be asked to adjust a few things. If you are asked to change certain aspects of your app, please take it with a grain of salt. __________ [Image Reference or link to reference album] Name: Age: Species (vampire or human. 11. Will be getting more done tomorrow
  12. Looking forward to it
  13. Ahhh. I might stick around!
  14. (Before I get back to work) Yes, this is a revamp of the club itself .
  15. Here is a general rule that is obvious: 1. We do not control other's characters, meta game, or commit asspull moves. You're not a Mary/Gary Sue, you don't dodge every single attack let alone know what your opponent is about to do instantly. I want to make this fun, however it's no fun when peeps are godmodding. 2. There can only be up to four characters a player controls, one for each faction (2 for Midnight, 2 for Blackthorne) as to not overwhelm the club with too many characters. Recommend just sticking with two characters overall. 3. In accordance with the terms of EcchiDreams, all character sexualized MUST BE 18+ of age! It's fine to have children/minors in a normal setting, however we under no circumstance allow for wiggle room for sexualizing minors. Continuing with Vampire Rules 1. Vampires in Pine Heath have a limited age up to 2,000 years. If you want an explanation, send me a text as I am still working on lore for this. If you have a Vampires at max age, of course they will continue to go up in years. 2. Vampires are weak to obviously sunlight, holy water (yes Jesus Juice exists), silver, holy magics and iron can weaken their magic. No, Vampires can be seen in mirrors that are even lined with silver, and they can eat garlic, however garlic actually blocks their sense of smell and too much can cause them to break out in hives... 3. Vampires do get stronger with age as well as abilities, however Werewolves can also get stronger with age as well, hence why Vamps have magic to counter their furry hounds on steroids. A Vampire's magic does not have to be strong, it can be something they are still learning, however the magic itself does not grow stronger based on age, that stuff takes training and maintaining. 4. Vampires can only have up to three types of magic: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Ice, Lightning, Blood, Dark, Enchantment, Rune, and Illusion. There are also subclasses of these magics that are also limited in the same regard, so if I know fire and smoke magic, that takes up 2 out of 3 slots. The subclasses are: Smoke, Mud, Wood, Plant, Sound, Bone, Ash. In time more variants may be added. 5. Vampires can get Vampires pregnant, however Human's can't unless certain conditions are met such as if the Human becomes a Thrall or a Human bears a Fertility Mark by their master. __________ Now for the Werewolves: 1. Werewolves can live up to 150 to 200 years. It's a stretch, however if a wolf somehow survives the years they can die at 150 (or more) of old age. While wolves do quickly mature, they are slow at aging once hitting that adult status, however because of how frequently Werewolves have died it's hard to keep living that long. 2. Werewolves don't possess magic, instead they have supernatural physique which means they are naturally superior to vampires physically, even by senses. Werewolves cannot utilize magic, their supernatural power counters whatever allows them to do so. 3. Werewolves can touch silver, however if they are cut with silver it can be deadly to them. They are not impervious to illness or disease, meaning that even though they have the power of a freight train their immune system don't. 4. Werewolves can only be between (in transformation) 5ft to 12ft in height. Don't need no 20 foot monsters roaming around.
  16. Ooooh. Sounds fun! I believe I saw something about "Clans of Pine Heath" before, is that what this is?
  17. I'll help with whatever you need me to. The club is a collaborative role-play community set in the pseudo-realistic mountain city of Pine Heath, located in the northwestern United States. The tone is similar to Twilight in atmosphere, thinkmisty forests, remote terrain, and an undercurrent of supernatural tension, but without sparkling vampires, and the werewolves here are far more monstrous and feral rather than wolf-dog shifters. Members can create multiple original characters from two opposing factions: The Werewolves of Pine Heath — primal, dangerous, and deeply tied to the wild and the land around the city. The Vampires of Blackthorne Castle — an ancient, secretive coven residing in a looming fortress on the outskirts. These two groups are long-time enemies, but at the moment they exist in a fragile truce, an uneasy peace driven by necessity rather than trust. That tension fuels much of the storytelling, allowing for politics, conflict, alliances, forbidden interactions, and simmering rivalries. The club is currently in a rebuilding phase, relaunching from the ground up to bring in new members and fresh storylines. @BladeRunner also has additional world-building ideas and expansions planned that will be introduced over time as the community grows. Smut and mature content are permitted, but only when all players involved are interested and mutually consenting. No one is pressured into scenes, and narratives aren’t forced; collaboration, communication, and respect between writers come first. The focus of the club is character-driven storytelling, supernatural drama, rich world-building, and a grounded dark-fantasy atmosphere with room to evolve as the community develops.
  18. Can I get a bit of info on what this club is? Is there a place to read about it?
