A faun-ing introduction

Hello all! 

You can call me Faun. I'm an avid reader and roleplayer. I've been writing since I was a kid, roleplaying for over ten years in various formats (LARP, tabletop, play-by-post, forums and private), and extended into kinky/erotic rp about four years ago. I'm also nonbinary, a furry, and a therian! 

Outside of kink. I'm big into fantasy. Dragons, fairies, werewolves, vampires, you name it. I especially like series that treat fantasy creatures like a naturalist would, as part of ecosystems. I was obsessed with Anne Rice books as a teen. My fiance and I bonded over the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. Now we're both avid Seanan McGuire fans. In the anime/manga sphere, I grew up on shonen. My current favorite mangaka are Ryoko Kui (Delicious in Dungeon), Paru Itagaki (Beast Complex, Beastars, Sanda), and Kamome Shirahama (Witch Hat Atelier). It's the rich world-building that really gets me! I didn't grow up with many video games, but I like games like Wandersong and Inscryption. I'm a fan of Pokemon, but prefer the Ranger or Snap games to the main titles. 

I joined Ecchidreams mostly for roleplay. But I'm also open to just chatting and making friends, especially if we share interests. It's good to meet everyone!
