                                                                          Character Development 
                                                      (Ways to improve and grow the powers and skills of characters.)

Stat development:
Sub Arc: 1/2 point upon completion.
Events: 1 upgrade point upon completion.
Major Arc: 2 upgrade points upon completion.

Power Changes:
Power changes can only be done with permission from the Club Owner or Helpers once the character has seen active use.  This can be done through the use of a [Landmark Issue] which will allow the character to gain, lose, or radically alter their powers. 

Rank Changes:
Character ranks change naturally through play. Participation in events, stories, and arcs especially Major Arcs will result in Rank changes. Sufficient participation in Major Arcs will result automatically in an upgrade to [Power Rank] by one grade + Other stat upgrades earned during the course of its completion.

3 [Issues], whether connected to Major Arc or not, opens up the possibility of a [Landmark Issue] which allows for an increase in Power Rank.

Active Time:
Every month in the club spent [active] in some way gives 1 free stat upgrade.

Disaster Events [Special events that see entire worlds, galaxies, the universe, and more threatened depending on severity.]
+ Situation Orion:  A situation that only effects a city.
+ Situation Vale: A situation event that usually effects an aspect of the social order and not much else.
+ Situation Diode: A situation that affects multiple cities and the current social order.
+ Situation Zeus: A situation that threatens a world.
+ Situation Titan : A situation that affects multiple worlds.
+ Situation Highter: A situation that affects a galaxy
+ Situation Daphne: A situation that effects reality itself
+ Situation Zero: A situation that effects multiple realities

Valor
Heroes of many types. They might not all be paragons of good but they are ostensibly dedicated to order and helping people.

Vile
Villains of many types. They might not all be the worst of the worst but generally their actions negatively effect the people in some way.
