Brief Origin Story:
Initially born into a far flung future she came from a very loving home on a Utopian Earth focused mostly on exploring space. She was born to a protector of Earth though she mostly admired her medical work and swore to follow in her footsteps from a young age and she did becoming a medical practitioner though she did never did take to fighting. She became a cyborg in order to improve her efficiency through a special program and helped where she could mostly on other worlds where things might not have been as peaceful or when the explorers ran into unknown dangers.

However during her travels one of the stations she served on was hit by a sudden Chronostorm and while it was torn apart she was displaced back in time to the Modern Era. She was distraught at first, but choosing to make the best of a bad situation until she could find a way back to her proper timeline she chose to continue on with her work especially as she found that the current era was so much more chaotic and unbalanced. 

Personality:
Arisa is a very sweet individual with a very motherly personality, and maybe a bit air-headed.  She's the type of woman who has "never met a stranger" and treats everyone with a great familiarity, love, and respect. She's an over-achiever, perhaps a bit overly dedicated as she's has a bad habit of pushing herself and ignoring her own well-being in place of others.

Due to her circumstances she's also quite wistful and lonely, seeking companionship in an attempt to distract herself that she's so very far from home on an Earth that seems so familiar and yet so distant. She's also so dedicated to the life of others that she'll disregard any danger to save people, and as a pacifist she won't ever actually harm anyone even if she's hurt. There is a small quirk to that she's actually very sexually aggressive and much like her mother there are times where she might be overly firm with people, maybe even a little bit stubborn. She does attempt to correct herself when this happens.

She's also got a little bit of a mischievous streak, enjoying pranking others and trickery and though she imagines its in good fun she can take it a bit far unintentionally especially with the idea of modern conventions.

Brief Costumed History:
► Did somebody call for a....Nurse?
She only began costumed work because she thought that was a normal thing and thus appeared on the scene after a local hero known as Sir Ion was defeated, swiftly saving his life and through trickery buying time for another hero to stop the villain.

She actually chose her costume last minute while shopping for clothes resulting in a rather...sexy nature which made her quite popular rather quickly not that she understood why exactly. She arrived and then she left after helping.

Arisa continued to do this earning her the name Nurse Fly-By.

► R.E.D.I. and the Invasion of the Pathomen
Solo for the most part she came into R.E.D.I's awareness during the invasion of the Pathomen which she played a big part in stopping due to her advanced knowledge of medicine. They recruited her not soon after, promising to help her find a way home as long as she helped them when they called for her. She didn't really need to be convinced.
She was officially inducted into R.E.D.I. and has happily lent them her own knowledge during emergencies. They, in turn, helped her get her job at the Super Series Hospitals.

She's been acting as emergency aid for pretty much everyone since, helping both Valors and Viles alike and is thus pretty popular but also because she has a habit of ending up naked due to these scuffles. She's never really used it for her gain however, in fact, she's not exactly aware of the fact she's popular but she's been a pretty solid fixture of things.
