    Expedition 33 is a top tier RPG. The Dodge/Parry mechanics can be jarring, as defensive mechanics are rarely as punishing or as essential as Clair Obscur's, but it makes a turn based combat loop that keeps you very engaged, while still being able to take your time to strategize. It sits alongside the Persona Series, Like a Dragon, and BG3 as my favorite modern RPGs, and it's story hit me harder than any of the others. One of the criticisms I have about modern RPGs is they often take their time to get going. Expedition 33's pacing is great.     @Corinthi So I don't post approvals on profiles or anything, if I see an issue with the profile I'll let you know (though I'm not seeing any issue in particular with your profile atm) but when you're satisfied there is an event going on that I'm doing to give people a chance to meet up. Everglow and Noble Ember just dealt with a threat but feel free to jump in any time you desire. There will probably be others. I'm trying to give everyone a chance to make characters and jump in if they want.

    @Corinthi Oh I forgot about the change I made NVM. Sorry I've been scatterbrained this week. You're good then! Keep it at S since you're sacrificing an area. It does represent that so glad that came across well. I understand the problem with finding pictures for sure though, but I tend to use Boorus for my picture searching so its easier. Pinterest has been a bit of a shoot for me recently for location pictures and all that so take your time but I'm liking her a lot.

    I’m fine with a C. The way I read the instructions, potential seemed like an experience reward and all new characters start with N/A, so that’s what I did. The S in Application was an A bumped one rank from having an N/A in Magic ability/knowledge. I can happily drop that back to an A if you like. Just thought S represented the breadth of her power and how skilled she is at finding the right tool for a given job. I thought, where would be a place where playing a lot of video games was a given? Minnesota is snowed in basically half the year, then saw your character was from there too. Sold!

    @CorinthiShe's looking pretty good! Definitely seems like a really fun character and definitely put a bit of a smile on my face while I was reading through whats there. Only a few notes to give. She could probably have at least a C in Potential in order to have an S at her power rank (I do see where I missed up with the description which I'll fix) but otherwise she's looking really fun.

    @Corinthi That sounds super fun and I would love to see it. I also personally have tried to make this guild open to just about any idea someone might have so no idea is too out there. Go for it. That sounds great!

    This concept might be too far out, but what about a hero called Gamer Girl, with the ability to manifest abilities she’s earned playing video games? Now, while that’s very broad, mechanically I’m picturing fairly tame things. Crazy parkour with double jumps and wall running. Summoning a variety of weapons all of which are some sort of low to mid tier energy blasts or physical strikes, med kits that can rapidly heal battle damage, damage ablation representing a handful of lives she could lose before being taken out. I’ll detail it more in an application, but the idea is not to be overpowered, just a broad, thematic skillset.
