EcchiDreams considering its size and budget is pretty feature rich, so do take your time, by all means, and it'd seem you have just the personality that's welcome here with open arms. Likewise however if you have any problems, concerns or questions don't hesitate in contacting me; as I said in Arsha's welcome thread, I'd prefer to be aware of the problem than people to suffer it quietly. That and actually members who refused to back down when it got grim, and people who weren't afraid to give it go. People who aren't afraid to throw themselves at it all. It's really good to see so many new faces, that want to stay. Kinda heart warming actually. So I absolutely look forward to seeing you around, and again; welcome.

Hello Arsha, I spoke to you for a bit in the EcchiChat bar and gave you an welcome speech there, but I decided to formalise it. That staff should be setting an example by replying to these threads and welcoming members into the community. Welcome to EcchiDreams; I really hope you stay around as I'm sure I'll be saying that a lot today. You seem like a genuine and interesting character, and really I should personally thank your boyfriend for referring you here. I don't think he was lying, EcchiDreams has been quiet as of late with most of the activity in the past few months happening today. I'm hoping this isn't temporary and things will finally start picking back up. I find with inactivity all it usually takes sometimes is people who are willing to stand up and be heard, not afraid to put themselves out there, and are patient. As you rightly pointed out we are very small for our age and such, and I know that. Not many people know what EcchiDreams even is; or have judged us without giving us a change. I commend you on sticking to it though, and ultimately I thank you. We do have some plans and as Neppy said we've all got little surprises up our sleeves that will hopefully bring more people in, such as making content, reviewing stuff like hentai and the like but then there's the secret surprises. Please take your time getting used to this format by all means, and as usual if you have any questions, concerns or problems do not be afraid in contacting me. I'd rather I know about any and all problems rather that letting people suffer with it in silence. I look forward to seeing you around.

The Blueray Player is delivered to you, however when customs hold it you threaten to get it by force with your hordes of horny dragons. From here I'm afraid the fabric of your reality is shown for the illusion that it was, unfortunately there are no horny dragons and they're questioning if you ever even had an ice cream, got mugged, died and came back to life. So unfortunately you're put in a padded cell for "your protection" and "society's protection". Apparently "We're not ready for such radical ideas." If you don't mind my saying so it's a damn fine portable blurar player, truely revolutionary but you have no bluray discs either. Take solace in the fact that you have an awesome Bluray Player but no one else seems to know what you're talking about. You can also imagine your own bluray discs too. ^_^ I wish I wasn't so sadistic.

In a moment of extreme and unknown jealous rage, a man sticks a gun to your head and successfully mugs you for your ice cream which he will turn into a religious icon... Apologies for the massive delay in response. I do remember you, and no it wasn't when we first started. EcchiDreams has been up since 2007, and we barely advertise, it was when we had a go at advertising to other sites, which only brought in one person as far as I am aware, and he ended up being from a website we were advertising on, which is you. We're constantly trying to improve our site; which isn't easy without feedback, comments and suggestions which we rarely get. People seem to suddenly decide it's too much trouble than it's worth and go inactive without so much as giving us a chance, hence my status that I put up today and earlier this year. I deeply appreciate you leaving your thoughts on our site; and I thank you, sir.

Due to lack of interest, this has now been shut down. Video suggestions will come from staff only, seeing as it's only the staff that seems to be interested in this feature. Update: Whole thing is flagged for removal in the next update.

That was pretty rude in my opinion. Welcome to EcchiDreams; I'm sorry if our policies offend you; but I personally think it's a darn sight lot better than loads of zero-posted, inactive accounts. Rather than being rude about it; you can make a thoughtful, constructive comment on it and post it in our Suggestions, Comments and Feedback forum instead as the Introduction Forums is not the place to do it. Additionally; as your thread appears to have nothing to do with an introductions it is off topic. I will be contacting you about this privately.

Welcome to EcchiDreams Alexander, might I recommend one on one/private roleplays for "Displosable" roleplaying, because I don't think any of the roleplays in the suites offer that kind of service. I am not very sure what, exactly you're referring to about; "The condition of bisexuality should be better than the real condition in UK". Incest is pretty much illegal everywhere in the real world (I think one or two country's accept/tollerate it. I'm not sure.) But prostitution in the UK is most certainly not "Completely Legal" at all. In the United Kingdom, prostitution itself (the exchange of sexual services for money) is legal, but a number of related activities, including soliciting in a public place, kerb crawling, owning or managing a brothel, pimping and pandering, are crimes. - Wikipedia and BBC [http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7736436.stm - 2008] In America; from what I understand is you have at least two levels of law. Federal and State, and this is simply where it becomes confusing. What's legal in one state might not be legal in the state next door, which could be a matter of a few meters from where it was legal to where it's illegal. The thing is I think there's probably commonground; but if we say Blackberry Falls as a full democracy that allows the Roleplayers to vote on laws... I dunno. It may end up looking even more serious, for even more serious roleplayers. Which could put of a lot of people who do just want to. I personally don't see that solution as being viable. Instead; I propose is inter-character interpritations of the Rules of the Roleplay. It wouldn't be completely lawless; but as long as the rules of the RP is being followed; it doesn't matter how your character interperates that law, the character is a fictional character at the end of the day. If Person A and Person B has a character that's say... Cheating on his missus with, Person A's character is to catch them then kill them both, and they both agree on this grosum end for their character's lives then that's fine in the rules. However; if Person A and Person B are a bit more serious (roleplayers) then perhaps they might seek out someone with a Police Officer character (This is where character ID tagging might come in handy) If people don't want to do it then fine. At least this will be the intention of such a change. Ultimately we do want to give the tools to allow non-serious roleplayers an opportunity to become more serious; and let everyone learn a thing or two about roleplaying. I'm not above saying I've definately learnt from people who dare to do different and ultimately I know EcchiDreams can have the capability of giving everyone a chance to improve themselves. My English used to be appauling worse than it is. EcchiDreams ultimately helped me in so many ways and I want it do that, not just for myself but others too. I also wanted to add that the Current roleplay Administrator has been quick to adapt; quick to modernise and I'm not saying that out of any personal interest. But the Roleplay has seen the biggest transformation on this site, what started out as one very limited high school has become so much more. But there are some areas that need to be challanged. And Manni; I understand where you are coming from but I'm not sure how to really respond. So I have to speak from personal experiance. The problem is with people who aren't serious about roleplaying who want to roleplay only sex tend to expect the serious roleplayers to roleplay only sex with them. From personal experianced, I just felt used and unappreiated as a person because my posts were unappreiated and the people I was roleplaying with didn't read what I had put. But I opened myself up to that. The problem here I think lies around the "Anti-No Porn Without Plot" stance this current administration believes in; because in real life porn without plot does happen, or rather sex without plot. One night stands for example, one time quickies some people somewhere get involved in. Okay it doesn't happen as commonly as the RPs but it does happen, and I know Neppy believes that such things shouldn't be enforced either. But where does that leave the roleplayer that doesn't want sex-sex-sex all the time? Hell sometimes I roleplay sex for no plotistical reason what-so-ever. Just because I can. I like that freedom. But what I'm saying is people who aren't serious shouldn't expect it from everyone. Just because this a hentai site; doesn't mean we're all obsessed from whenever we get up to whenever we go to sleep with sex. Well I might be, LOL. But seriously; I just put "I will not do sex-sex-sex and I will want to do a bit of storyline between the sex bits because that's who I am." In line with my belief that I think doing sex RP's is awesome, but it's like desert. You want meals too, you can't "live" off of only deserts. It should be up to the person and really the community to decide who they want to roleplay with and who they don't. I try to give people a try and admittedly I've had it thrown back in my face so many times that I kinda reclused. Eventually I put up my own disclaimer and what I will do and don't do. I will be changing this as I feel it's geared only towards sexual encounters which really hasn't been my interest since 2011/2012. So yeah; I dunno. I felt it was easier at the end of the day by setting an example and putting up disclaimers; and my list of RP do's and don'ts with me. So people have a vauge idea before asking me to RP with them.

Hello Kyrial, Thank you for registering, and introducing yourself. I also wanted to start by thanking you for voicing your concerns, I wanted to respond to these concerns openly and honestly, as any other way would be pointless and unnecessary. I'll try not to intentionally patronise. I want to also reassure you that you don't sound whiny (At least to me) as I understand your concerns and share them. In regards to the activity on the forum, this has been something that I have been concerned with for a very long time, and admittedly I've done seemingly nothing to address this issue, the issue for us comes down to time, manpower and ultimately money. EcchiDreams has never been about profit, sure we advertise, but this is to address one of the biggest issues we have; to pay for our own advertising, but we also do link exchanges too which allows other sites like EcchiDreams to link in a kinda "Friends Network" or "Similar Sites". To put it bluntly; there is no money for advertising (Other than what we get from Ads on this site, and my own back pocket). Instead we're re-thinking on how to do it under a no-budget situation. A challenge, if you will (And boy is it a challenge...). The next issue was people power. Of course a site has to have content, not only from what the community contributes but we have to do a great deal too, and we're working on that. (Well I was trying to until my computer fried itself). But our staff were stretched a bit too thin. We were working on the Social Media Pages and trying to fix all of the problems on EcchiDreams at the same time. There wasn't enough hours in a day to cope with this. That is why we ran the EcchiSocial Staff Application; so we could reboot our social media pages and provide excellent content on there, while we work on the site. It was a Voluntary position that ran earlier this year, and in the end out of all the suitable applicants only one has remained. Unfortunately he's still extremely new to all of this and I'm just finishing up on his "training". We reconise Social Media as being important for Advertising for EcchiDreams if used correctly; but we will not get there by being "spamming dicks" about it. We're going to try and credit every artist, and advertise their work too, give people information, make them aware and ultimately to be a sort of, friendly face. Represent who we want EcchiDreams to be. The last critical issue we've had is restarting. The last restart was actually the 8th to happen since EcchiDreams has been open, one while I was in control which I fully investigated and put in measures to prevent this from ever happening again that to be honest I could have implemented sooner, but hindsight is a wonderful tool. On top of automated backups, I make a manual backup every month, and a database backup (A snapshot) every week. I even got myself a scheduler to remind me to do it, and it's become a habit. The Advertising concern I appreciate you not being too bothered and whilst I was the first administrator to stop "Paid for premium membership" partly for legal reasons and the fact that it just covered the cost of hosting. But because I lost the only thing that could make money for the Advertising Budget I brought in advertising so you (the member) didn't feel you had to fork out money on some little site, we don't even have a donate option. We (before I was the Site Administrator) used to take money from Premium Memberships (as mentioned above), I (because of where I live) may have legal issues with such a system as well as personal issues. So I made it contribution based, EcchiCredits - Earned from posting/rewards/etc = Premium Membership and nice little addons, which we were going to use to make your EcchiDreams account more personalisable (by not restricting already possible personalisable aspects. Like we won't start charging EcchiCredits for uploading a new avatar, for example). So I brought in adverts to cover the cost. However I'm also willing to concede that it's perhaps a bit over the top. I see them too; despite being staff, and also a platinum member. Infact I'm fairly sure that even NeppyNepNep, and other staff sees them too. I was personally thinking about getting rid of the one on the sidebar and stop that popup from opening on mobile browsers. When I get my computer fixed; that'll be the first thing I will do. I hope this addresses your concerns. Feel free to reply to this either here or in an EcchiText.
