Name: Auvunux "Austin" Windcaller //Image above is merely for facial appearance/body build (Endomorphic), armor is not included in character, so you'll see regular clothes// Age: 46 Sex: Male Gender: Male Sexuality: Straight Role: Alpha Personality: Auvunux is generally a quiet individual, normally his only time of talking is with other individuals, otherwise despite his size no one would know he's even in the same room. While patient and calm and mild mannered, the massive man tends to come off as blunt, to the point, and has no welcome of nonsense. He uses common sense, and normally Auvunux will sit back and watch until he has a full assessment. In the back of his mind the goliath has a sheer joy of battle and conflict, he believes that peace is a lie and conflict must always be met. With that says, he does make it a point to actually care about his pack and their well-being despite not appearing so, but also has a moral compass to leave Humans alone I'd they're just hunting game in the area as is his main rule of thumb. He was once Human too, Auvunux will protect his kin from hunters of the supernatural and will resort to killing without so much as a second thought. With that said, the past of Auvunux is a mystery to anyone, he doesn't openly talk about feelings or what he used to be instead opting for the simplicity of being mild toward others. He isn't afraid to stand up to someone and an individual of his strength and skill is quite confident in himself, especially of someone challenges what he says/orders. Auvunux isn't easy to anger, but when he loses his formality he is a force to be reckoned with with and without his form. Appearance Details: Being set at 7'7" Auvunux has a matching appearance to compliment both his size and intimidating features. Completely muscle bound, scarred all over his body, red warpaint and hair and dreadlocks that come past his shoulders are what could clearly be identified as a warrior, Auvunux has seen his fair share of war and conflict. His hair is a deep brown while having hazel green eyes, his skin is a fair Caucasian with dark patches of skin littering his body, but what stands out besides the scars and such are the marking of chains all along his legs and arms, signifying that at one point Auvunux was bound by burning hot chains and left an imprint on his body. In his wolf form, Auvunux has deep silver fur, and the chain imprints on his arms and legs become part of the fur in shades of dark gray. His eyes become emerald green, however with the rest of his transformation the Alpha's scars are hidden beneath his fur, and his fur in itself is grown out more along the back, arms, and has an extremely bushy tail. His height raises from it's 7'2" to 11'5", given the growth of a werewolf/lycan he is massive to say the least. Other Details (Optional): While this should be in Personality of anything, it is extremely hard for Auvunux to trust people, let alone share his feelings toward them. This is due to his past of being called, "Weak," For having actual morals and mercy on his enemies, and being a pack leader, he has to show his leadership through strength, wisdom, and cunning, all of which he is known for. He does have a variety of rules that keep the pack safe, but when it comes to Vampires and other supernatural creatures that aim to harm innocent people/bystanders, especially his pack, Auvunux throws away all moral compasses when fighting them and normally aims to kill. Austin's bloodline dates back to the first werewolves, having lineage to them (perhaps not direct) but the wolf's blood is strong in him. His beast form is considered a long list breed, with what him and his brother having it, they could potentially bring back the breed of wolf they are which can greatly benefit any given pack.

If aaanyone is interested, I got an Orc Guard Captain available for RP? -
"Uhhh..." Amon wasn't sure how to make of the situation, however instead of screaming at people or complaining like a little bitch, he took it in as decent tidings... If he didn't feel so damn sick. Letting the individuals hand hover over him Amon suddenly felt a rush of energy flow through him. The illness and the salt in his system faded as his body returned back to normal, hell, even his tiredness was replaced with new vigor and heavy breath was replaced with calm. Swimming more upright now and a good foot away from the... persons hand, Amon shrugged, "It was all good and fun... I guess." Amon then shot a glance at the mermaid then back to Lollipop who was stating something about a magical doohickey, "The what enchantment?"

@Lollipop Did not know the voice was more feminine. Sorry -
As soon as Amon recovered he saw a flat chested chick sitting on the water. Remember, you didn't eat edibles, this is a magic island. He felt like he could roll over from the sickness he felt from the seawater and asked in a tobe matching how he felt, "Excuse me miss, you got any Pebto Bismol? Don't think the salt is sitting all too well..." Vanilla surfaced abd started to have a conversation with the man, whoops! Amon didn't know this was a dude at all, but his voice betrayed his appearance. Very clever, trap, clever indeed. And then Amon's ears were filled with the voice of the fish lady which he replied sharply and loudly, "Fish don't talk either!"

Just when Amon was about to fight a bitch to get some air, he felt a pair of somethings press against his back. He turned his head to see Vanilla who was starting to tease him, then the fish lady spoke out loud... Underwater. Nope, this was definitely the weirdest thing he's witness to. His calm demeanor wasn't to be toyed with however, while he was at a great disadvantage in the sea he could still cut someone, he's been dragged down by alligators so this was an... Almost similar situation. With that said, Amons options were limited, stay in the water, or maybe she was referring to something else? He was a horrid flirt and was direct, to the point, and didn't like bullshit in between. An eyebrow rose as Amon stayed in the water however Vanillas teasing was hard at keeping him distracted. Carefully he weighed his option and simply thought, "Well... Shit... Alright, I guess playing this little game that fishtick wants is my only option. That, or drown like a hooker, we'll play along." And just as Amon was about to vocally talk, getting into his head that he too could speak underwater, he was very very wrong. Immediately water shot into his body and he caught himself choking, and swimming up with the strength of an Olympic star, whether Vanilla was hanging on it not Amon breached the water and coughed his lungs out. He started to feel sick from the saltwater that was previously in his body and clearly looked about as ill as he felt.

Reaching the armory, Joe begun to walk toward his locker and pressed a series of codes into the security console two lockers away. He always thought it off the armory of all places was small, but then again there may not have been a need for a larger crew at all. Kind of like Star Trek on the Enterprise, or Star Wars on the Millennium Falcon, two scifi movies which survived the tests of time and became popular once more after the war. There was a loud chime on the terminal screen and the lockers lock panel blipped green signifying that it was released. Opening the metal door, Joseph begun taking each weapon out and checking then over, start with his two rifles, an APAR29 Long Rifle, and an LPAR11 Submachine Gun. Both were useful and extremely dangerous even by military standards, and how an individual like him got ahold of these beauties was a mystery to anyone whoever asked. They were highly expensive and rarities to find, but after several minutes Joe put them away and started to check his sidearms. In truth he missed ground forces, he missed intense combat situations, he wasn't sure if he was ever going to get used to life on a ship. Hell, there was hardly a use for "Second Commander Joseph Briggs," he hasn't had the chance to use any practices on board, he was knocked out just before they landed on a planet they were leaving, so he missed the fun on that. There was a sense of dismay. Was his life really going to be like this?

A series of keypad typing and vocal "blips" coming from a computer was heard on the other side of a fighter craft. Standing and looking over a series of images and numbers and charts on a holopad was a peculiar individual, garbed in mostly black with orange accents. Their head was metallic and slightly elongated with three round, red glowing eyes staring at the holographic screen before it. Its neck were a series of struts and metals durable enough to handle direct impact from heavy weapons, however the design of the figure appeared to be male if nothing else, and while certain parts appeared Human certain other said otherwise. This was MASS229D, Military Applications Scout System, Series Model D, Unit #229. Or Mass for short. At the moment Mass was running diagnostics on the combat fighters systems making sure everything was up to date, despite the engineers and other pilots checking on the crafts it was important to make certain thrice over that everything was up to date. The transport ships were up 10% in functionality thanks to Mass, and he was doing the exact same for the combat fighters as well. He wasn't necessarily the approachable type either, nor did he approach anyone else, people gave Mass weird glances and though he could carry a conversation no one knew how to "take him" in regards to understanding. Mass was recently discovering more on "sentience" and self awareness, more specifically, Human reactions and emotion. While he could definitely accumulate something along those two subjects he was still learning to be Human. It wasn't easy for a machine to understand as one of the engineers said. So he worked nonstop, actually enjoying learning about people, their mannerisms, vocals, expression, personality... And much more, but from a difference and thanks to enhanced audio receivers Mass heard everything everyone spoke about. Everything.

Crew List
BladeRunner replied to Busterbugs's topic in The BlackStar Voyage's Crew Members and other Characters
Photo- Name- MASS229D, "Mass" Age- 86 Sex- Male Sexuality- Straight Occupation- Second Pilot/Weapons Expert Skills- The Military Applications Scout System, or Mass for short, was designed to be a light reconnaissance droid capable of faster thought process than Humans, a variety of combat systems such as Close Quarters Combat/Battle, Infiltration, stealth, marksmanship; and comes equipped with a vehicles/weapons diagnostic system, an active camouflage, night vision/thermal imaging, a 16x magnification system, and a language/memory systems that allows "him" to decipher and store a variety of languages and cultures based on combat situations. Bio- Produced during the Xenti invasion, Mass was designed for combat use more so in reconnaissance and long-term assault. During his time, Mass much Le others of his kind were instrumental in downloading Xenti technology, tactics, and further battle plans, as well as aiding soldiers on the front lines and much more. After the war ended with Humanity as victor, Mass worked in special operations as an informant and scout rooting out Xenti and terrorist organizations possessing said technology. After all this time, Mass slowly grew a conscience and was already self aware, even known to leading his own squads and groups after they lose a squad captain. His creators deemed Mass a sentient being and he should pursue his path alongside another bio-droid (turned into androids), Mace. Although the military were very adamant on this idea, they allowed for these two "individuals" to go on with their lives if they so chose, and the pair chose to go on the Black Star Voyage to record other lives outside Earth. Photo- Name- MACM138C, "Mace" Age- 84 Sex- Female Sexuality- Bisexual Occupation- Medic/Combat Medic Skills- Designed at a time when combat medics were being more and more destroyed on the front lines, the Military Applications Combat Medic was designed to be a front lines combat droid with deep medical knowledge of that field, even capable of dealing with serious surgeries and can scan/diagnose the body for any symptoms/problems. The MACM is equipped with a drop shield that span a dome radius of 15ft that protects individuals from incoming fire, however the force field does not allow for anyone to enter or exit unless broken. "Mace" is also equipped with an emergency medic/trauma kit used for wounded soldiers, as well as a thermal imaging/night vision in any given situation, she also has an onboard radar system that picks up nearby lifeforms/movements in a 50 meter radius. Bio- MACM138C was produced during the war as a combat medic, sent to the front lines to aid wounded soldiers. Her time fighting against the Xenti allowed Mace to further understand the anatomy of the aliens and further on Humans, and became "sentient" she started to understand emotion, even expressing at times. Many units like her allowed the Human frontier to learn about the Xenti in many ways, however after the war these units were used as nurses and doctors, and Mace wanted something more than that. Paired with a recon droid Mass, the two were some of the first bio-droids to gain this sentience so they were given a choice to pursue their course in life. Surprisingly the pair went on to board the Black Star Voyage where they would live their lives as part of the ship and crew. -
Got a post in elsewhere, if anyone wants to interact or needs me somewhere else let me know.

As if the meeting was important, getting cracked in the neck was a hell of a way to get sent from the engineering deck all the way to medbay. 2nd Commander, Joseph Briggs whose father, General Jason Briggs that had broke many Xenti sieges in the days of the war, was aboard the Black Star. Joseph was a soldier at heart and responsible for a variety of situations after the war such as hunting down Xenti Remnants or taking out rising powers who threatened the safety and stability of the rebuilding Earth; let them be political or military. Despite that, his time in the military, more specifically the boogymen, a Hun- Plink! The computer system on a desk sounded as it received a new mail. Joseph's career before he came aboard the Black Star was top secret only to the director of the program, to high command of naval intelligence, and to the Captain and First Commander. No one else besides his old squad mates knew of his previous life, and to help scuttle any truth his career history was altered to that of a Marines and his service in the branch. When his director approached Joe for the opportunity he scoffed at the idea of going into space, however when it was as close to continuing a military career he took it almost immediately. Many of high command from Army, Navy, and so forth were extremely sceptical and concerned with letting an enhanced human go abroad into lord know where. But that was at the last second just before the Black Star took off, so his departure was extremely quick and not even most of the Generals, Admirals, or whatever else had time to consider it. What was done was done, no sense in brooding over it. When the vessel had landed Joseph was on engineering helping out with something, a large and heavy crate was jostled and landed on the back of his neck. Normal humans would have been severally injured but thanks to his dense muscle and bone it only knocked him out with minimal bruising. When he came to the doctors wouldn't let him leave until they were certain he was in decent condition, amazed that he didn't have any extreme injuries. That said, he ended missing the meeting and the security breach that occured beforehand. Sitting down and sighing, Joseph looked into the email read through it twice over, taking his time and taking sips of freshly brewed green tea. Leaning back into his seat after ten minutes, Joe contemplated going over to the Captains office to talk to him and suggest a few things on the matter... No, it was a bit late for that. No one ever really talked to him about these things let alone get his opinion, always quiet and watching, assessing the situation instead of jumping the gun. He couldn't consider anyone a friend, nor could he rely on anyone for simple small talk either. This ship was truly a boring one, just the usual check-ups on stations and gauging the various systems of the ship, checking up on people, etc. etc. He spent a lot of time between the bridge and the entirety of the Black Star. Still, he had nothing better to do but "recover" from his incident, something he only got a sore neck from...

Sweet. I'll have a reply in later today

Now since I (we) are Commander/Second Commander what stations would we normally found at? I want to ask so I'm stepping into areas that are restricted/accessable for the Captain only, plus it could give me an idea as to where anyone would usually find the higher-ups

I thought she let him go? Oh well, I'll fix that right quick. -
It was all fun and dandy, being squeezed by some hybrid thing and taken underwater. This wasn't the day Amon thought he'd have at all, however just as they dove a good ways under the sea he started to hear this chick talk. Jesus, if this wasn't some magic island he'd be freaking out... Then again he's been here for a bit longer than most so he was used to some of the magical shenanigans. But this was new, and it wasn't boding well for Amon at all. Amon watched the fish lady as she swam around with ease, however just as he thought to grab his machete in case she really wanted to fight while he went up to get air, immediately the woman pressed her chest against his and her lips against his own. The upper half of the body, including the sultry tone was a definite turn on, the lower half felt like bestiality. He wanted to speak but suddenly Amon started to lose his air, so he'd try to move around the woman only to find it a difficult task... Today was really fucking weird. "What the hell does she want? I don't have fuckin' gills here!" Amon thought as he tried to figure out a way out of the situation.

Tbh I kinda forgot this existed. But regardless, I got my character up. I had him as the Second Commander of that was okay?

Crew List
BladeRunner replied to Busterbugs's topic in The BlackStar Voyage's Crew Members and other Characters
Photo- Name- Joseph Briggs Age- 34 Sex- Male Sexuality- Straight Rank: Third Commander Skill(Any talents that they have)- Joseph is a natural leader and a decent tactician, however his skills lie more so in combat and military applications. Being a former sergeant in the Earth Defense Military, he has knowledge of tools, vehicles and weapons that could be utilized properly however his study in the "Scum" force allows him insight on the event they're fighting. He is extremely proficient in CQC/CQB, marksmanship, and has bionic/biomechanical implants that enhance his strength, speed, durability and reflexes beyond that of a Humans. Bio(A bit of backstory on them)- Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Joseph was raised in a military family in a low income area. Despite the area, he spent most his time in a nearby military base around his father, Jason Briggs, who served in the final days of the assault against the Xenti; a man known for breaking multiple Xenti sieges making him a legend amongst the Human remnants. And despite having his father's discipline… Joseph also adopted Jason's fury and habits to fight. At the age of 18, Joseph enrolled into a military academy where he clearly was a prodigy of his father, where he excelled in all simulations, tests, and a variety of studies however it was apparent he didn't take much of it seriously. Halfway through graduation he'd gotten into a fight at a bar and left three high ranking officers and two captains in hospital beds, since then he had been kicked out of the academy. That didn't stop the young man. At 23, Joseph went into the Earth Defense Military in Amarillo, Texas, where he had proven to be an exceptional individual. Upon getting into a fight with his commanding officer over a controversial topic, the military intelligence looked into his record and instead of court martialing the rowdy man, a general by the name of Gregory Thompson approached Joe with two options: get court martialed or serve under a different branch of his choosing. Choosing the latter, Joe was sent into a secret service known as Hunters who specializes in a variety of things, more particularly in Xenti technology and overall military applications. After discovering his quick adaptation to any given situation, the director of the program had Joseph physically modified to help better combat the Xenti as well as any given force, like any other Hunter. Serving in the years as a Hunter, Joseph was proficient in his actions in hunting down Xenti remnants, terrorists, and other enemies the government/military found fit. This was varied between assassinations, reconnaissance, infiltration, front line assault, and other situations Hunters we're acclimated and trained for. It wasn't until an accident had happened where Joe was critically wounded, and despite making a full recovery he was honorably discharged to pursue his life. That wasn't enough, so he joined the Black Star Voyage as a Second Commander, and given his knowledge, the 33 year old man felt his usefulness wasn't done for. As reluctant as several of the higher command were to allow the Hunter to lead aboard a ship, he had exceeded a variety of tests and scenarios and proved he was fit for the job, earning his life back into the military. However Joseph's record was forged by the Hunter Programs director to help hide his identity from the project, marking him as a Marine Sergeant, and the only other people who know of his true military background are the Captain and the First Commander. -
Once he was about to dive back down for another round or to see what exactly was waiting for him. That was until that something wrapped around his midsection, scaly and slippery yet firm at the same time. A pair of somethings pressed against Amons back and immediately he heard the fish lady. If she were a man he'd elbow her. If she tried to scare him with a jump, he would have elbowed her. A Amon listened for the moment and his brows furrowed, followed by a, "What?"

That caught Ikaski's attention. The Black Mist was a place of extreme danger being home of the Beastmen of course. He's gone against a few way back when and they weren't easy to down, yet the again he was an apprentice in his arts and was still fresh with a blade. No matter! It was the ideal of going somewhere that potentially had rare herbs and ingredients for alchemy as well as the chance to gain insight on the area and an enemy. It was also a way to test out his magic on other non-magical beings- being said they are magical to done extent, they aren't the expert magician or mage. "Very well," Ikaski clasped his hands, from the corner of his eye he noted the Oni undoing her collar which allowed more cleavage however he was no brute and didn't bother to full on look, "It seems we're all up to the task. And I for one am quite eager to get started."

@Aura @Lollipop At first he thought nothing of it, and then it seemed odd. All of the critters in the general vicinity fled and his as of something else was coming. He spun around once, then turned a few times to see nothing around, above or below. Amon started to grow cautious, after all, he was in the deeper part of the reef and Vanilla was nowhere to be seen... Nor the fish-lady. Then his need for oxygen came and he started to swim back up.
-
Amon emerged for air missing the foreign question of the fish-lady. He got his lungs full of that precious O2 and dive again, this time actually looking around for an octopus instead of playing... Mostly. He still kept an eye out for Vanilla. He dove deeper into the reef where a variety of critters scattered about, let it be fish or crabs or whatever else, he didn't even know what the damn thing look like. All that it was some small octopus, something Amon prayed wasn't a Blue Ring Octopus of all things.
-
@Aura @Lollipop Amon waited until Vanilla was a good twenty seconds and then he ambushed her from behind. Amon tickled Vanilla's belly and sides for only a few seconds before swimming off deeper into a reef below. Either she'd chase him or go up for air, he wasn't too certain if she could breath underwater with all that magical hocus-pocus, then again, everyday there was at least one surprise. Amon was looking around the reef, fish fleeing from him or just simply not caring he was passing through.
