I'm gonna sound like a jerk. I know I'm going to sound like a jerk. Consider this a disclaimer for a most likely jerky post. And yes. I know I wasn't being addressed, but nonetheless: I really hope this is someones idea of a joke. I've been here from the beginning, and have helped craft the terms of service from then to now throughout all previous administrations. I've helped all the previous site admins run and look after this site in one position or another practically since it's inception. The terms of service are always going to be an ongoing project, as we think of things to add, or better wordings to cut down the length while still getting everything across. We use legal/dictionary/accurate definitions in all circumstances. As for a safe space for women, the entirety of EcchiDreams is a 'safe space' for everyone. That is the point of being a tolerant community. A safe space for women only would completely undermine that by being discriminatory against men, which - while I can't speak for every member, or every member of staff - is not something that is acceptable to at least me personally. And as Neptune quite rightly stated, please don't undermine her position by (at least in my opinion it seems like you are) asserting with no proof that her position is afforded due to gender. The position is due to all the hard work and effort that was put into helping not just the Roleplay Section, but EcchiDreams as a whole. TL;DR: In short, I'm in firm agreement with Neptune. NO. I think the company I have most games from is SquareSoft, though that was mostly because there was a deal on an Eidos bundle for Steam. I want to say Nintendo, because I'm fond of some of the games they put out, and it's pretty consistent [read: the same every time xD] work between Pokémon and Mario. Part of me also wants to say Square, as I quite enjoyed most of the Final Fantasy [and spinoff] games I've played. I'm going to say Nintendo. I enjoy LoZ too much to disregard it.

Wow, interesting topic. Where do I stand on it? Well, for the most part, I agree with Edge. Q: What is perversion? A: Deviation from the normal. Q: What is normal? A: Entirely subjective. Everyone is their own normal. If I judged you based on what I thought was normal, other than being kind of an asshat, I'd have a different opinion than that of you, or someone else. If you judged me based on what you thought was normal, again kind of a dick move, you'd have a different opinion to me, or someone else. I'm pretty open minded. It doesn't mean I'd do some of the things I hear people talking about, or enjoy reading about, etc. I don't think those people are perverts, or have anything wrong with them, any more than I think people who don't like things I do are prudes. Purely because in my opinion, as I said, normal is subjective.

While I agree with you, Manni, there are still plenty of people out there, and even in here, that don't come here just to cyber. Whether it be the majority or the minority, if there's no pride in the work, we won't be attracting the serious roleplayers.

The majority of countries have very similar laws in a lot of regards, though there's a lot of variation in punishments. Even in the same country, the punishment is affected by the severity of the crime, at least in the UK/US. Really, setting it in a certain 'location' [or under a certain jurisdiction] to me says "Alright, the laws are all pretty standard, but this is the judiciary system we're using. If you steal something, we'll imprison or fine you, or give you community service, rather than cutting off your hand." [No offence meant to anyone, it was just an example.] So yeah, to me 'location' means more "what punishment for breaking the law?" rather than "what laws?", because most places have similar laws. Though the obvious exceptions are laws regarding sex, such as the legality of homosexuality and age of consent. That's what I think at least. But it is a good idea to get input regardless.
