Summary: The mayor of Black City. He is highly serious and very strictly no-nonsense. He is especially hard working and makes very few public appearances or meetings. As a result, the press accuses him for many of the city's problems, but they are often hushed pretty quickly after raising their suspicions. Very little is known about the man by the public and he seems to prefer it that way.
