Vangor, the (self proclaimed) Dark Necromancer
Name: Vangor
Age: 19
Position: 1st year student
Sex: Male
Race: Human
Personality: Vangor is, for lack of a better word, an odd duck. While once upon a time, he was a shy bookworm who spent his time studying magic, he eventually began to act very strangely and soon managed to convince himself that he is actually a great and terrible dark necromancer who will one day conquer the world (which he won't, but he thinks it's possible). Whenever he's in his "dark necromancer" mode, he's loud and fairly confidant in his magical talents, especially when it comes to necromancy. He snickers to himself and laughs like a cartoon villain, and even his scheme for world conquest sounds very cartoony and borderline impossible. However, when he's thrown off his act, he lacks the air of "evil confidence" he has as a dark necromancer. No matter how he acts, however, he works hard towards mastery of magic for his end goal.
...On the other hand, however, being so obsessed with his goal, Vangor can be a bit dense sometimes and loves having his ego stroked, to the point where he can't help but gloat sometimes when in an advantageous situation. In short...he's sort of an idiot, but he's not totally stupid.
Skills: 1. (Self proclaimed) Dark Necromancy - Even though he claims to be a dark necromancer, he actually does have the ability to summon undead minions. While he prefers skeleton soldiers as they require little maintenance and no hunger like zombies, he'll tolerate the summoning of zombies to fill out the ranks of his undead army for when he (eventually) takes over the world. Also, while he calls it "dark necromancy," it's just regular necromancy with a fancier name to make it sound evil.
2. Shadowshot - This is the fruit of Vangor's labors of training his magical abilities, a dark magic attack created by channeling and compressing dark magic to a point it can pierce armor. While Vangor usually uses a staff when performing this spell, he can do it without a staff as well. For the right price, he could pass on his "grand ultimate technique" to an apprentice. Yes, he's very proud of this one.
3. Barrier Creation - Being a mage, he's not very strong in a close range battle. To offset this, Vangor took the time to learn how to create a barrier that protects his body from harm. While strong attacks can break it, the barrier only reacts to intent to harm/kill, and even then, Vangor needs to keep it maintained with his magical power to keep it active.
