List of Gift Types(More to be added later.Let me know in the Gift OOC topic if you have a idea for a Gift you want to add.):

-Physical:The body of the person changes, gaining new physical abilities. Examples of this are-

-BeastShifters:Humans that can become half or full beast. They have some animal features in human form and some abilities from the beast they turn into in that form to.

-Brutes:People whose bodies become huge, muscular and more monster like. They have great strength and one or two more physical abilities.

-NightStalkers:People that have pale skin that gets burnt by the sun and need to feed on blood from time to time to survive. They are a bit stronger then normal humans, but are much faster and agile. They can blend into and travel from shadow to shadow and turn their bodies into a black fog that can fly and change shape freely. They can also drink the blood of something to grow stronger for a time, depending on how much blood taken. 

-Slimes:People with bodies made of goo that they can shape freely. The goo of each slime has one unique physical property, like turning into a solid metal , changing color, becoming bouncy or creating heat. 

-Gremlins:People whose bodies have become 1-2 feet tall. They can either look human, just smaller and with “cuter” look or non human and a bit creature like. They are good at building and crafting and can have one or two odd physical abilities.

 

-Energy or Magic Wielding: A person who gets one of these Gifts doesn’t get a changed body(Except for Wisps), but manipulate energy to cause effects to the world. Examples of this are:

-Element Mages: People that can control one natural element of the world, like fire, earth, plants and darkness.

-Rune Weavers:People that can weave energy to create runes. When placed on something, the runes cause a effect, depending on the Rune. Placed Runes draw power from the person that place them and can only be active as long as a person has the energy to do so.

-Summoners:People that can create magic circles that pull things through it and into the world, like weapons, beasts and objects. Most people can only summon one type of thing, like beasts or weapons.

-Wisps: People whose bodies are 2-8 inches tall and have become made of pure, living magic energy. They have wings that let them fly and have the power to bond to a person, giving them a boost of energy and 10-80% boost in physical abilities. Plus, each Wisp has 1-3 Magic Rune’s appear on their body when they are born, depending are their magic strength and the person when a Wisp bonds with them, has those Rune effects applied to their bodies.

Gift Types can be mixed, but it is rare.

-Age:39

-Gift Description:Wolf BeastShifter. He can turn into a half or full wolf and has enhanced, strength, speed and senses in his three forms that grow the more animal like he becomes. 

-Personality:He is laid back, but reckless and has a natural charm to him that comes from his polite, noble bringing and confident nature.

-Linked Familiar(If they have one):Does not have one.

-Hero Ranking:42, is a bit reckless on Quests, so his Ranking is low, despite being very strong and skilled.

-Gear:

-Bio:Mark was born to a noble, Ungifted family where all the members, except for the mother, looked at Gifted people as monsters. On his 14th birthday, Mark’s Gift awoke, causing his whole family to turn on him, abusing and insulting him for not being a Pure human like them. His mother, Holly, was his only saving grace, the kind woman raising him to be a good man despite the hardships, taking on as much of the abuse as she could herself. Mark loved his mother dearly and grew to hate the rest of his family, but kept those feelings hidden. The only other person that Mark got along with other then his mother was His mother’s personal Guard, a Bear BeastShifter named Luke(Mark’s family liked to hire Gifted to work for them, so they could rule over them). The man was a giant and a skilled fighter, but had a gentle nature, especially to Mark and his Mother. It was obvious to Mark that Luke loved his mother, the man lighting up when she was around, but he never made any advances. Mark’s mother also was attracted to Luke, the kind man so different then her husband, who had a temper and would take it out on her. But she held her feelings in to, afraid what would happen if her husband found out. But one evening Mark’s father, jealous of the way his wife treated Luke, beat her in a fit of anger. Luke and Mark came running at the sound of Holly’s scream and burst into the room to find her on the floor, her face and body bloody. Mark felt a rush of anger so strong the world went red and his beast side took over. He lunged at his father and unleashed his anger on him, beating almost to death. He only stopped when his mother weak voice begged him to stop, not wanting him to have the weight of killing someone, even that man, on him. His parents were taken to be treated and his father told the story how his crazy BeastShifter son had gone crazy and attacked both him and his wife. Mark had fled his home when his father tried to have him arrested, being chased all the way from Rhyrm City into WolfBane Forest. The people after him gave up, scared of the forest and thinking that he would die to the monsters in it. Mark was found by a group of Wild BeastShifters and taken care of. They taught him to fight and survive and 10 years later, the man traveled back to Rhrym city under a new name, looking much different when he left, to watch over his mother from a distance and to earn a living as a member of the Hero Guild. He has been doing that for 10 years now and has helped train a few younger Heroes, taking on a father like role for Zel MistRune and Leva Black.

-Age:28

-Gift Description:Black Panther BeastShifter. Can turn into a full Black Panther or a half human/half Panther form. Has enhanced physical abilities and senses.

-Personality: Neki is Narcissistic, thinking that he is the second best looking person in the world, stopping often to admire himself in a reflection or to flirt with any woman that looks at him, thinking they are smitten with him. But thanks to his past he has a strong sense of helping those in need and will not hesitate to help anyone.

-Gear(Weapon(s) of choice or Special Items they Use): A long sword made from metal infused with a special monster hide that lights into flame when struck.

-Bio:Neki was born in the Farmlands to a pair of simple, poor parents. From a young age, Neki was entranced by tales of heroes, wanting to become one himself. But he was born with a weak body and a shy, timid nature that made him hide his dream of becoming a Hero deep inside. Then on Neki’s 14th birthday, when the teen was working in the fields he noticed a carriage on the road. It was heading for Rhyrm and from the look of it, was carrying a Noble. Has he watched, a wolf monster appeared in front of the carriage. The beast looked around in confusion for a moment, then charged to the Carriage. Neki was frozen in fear as the beast slammed the carriage, smashing it to bits and tossing the people inside to the ground. As the wolf moved over to one of the people, ready to bite down on them, Neki found his body moving, running at the beast.  The danger was forgotten, as his need to save the person took over. His body filled with a strange power and he found himself changing into a black panther, his Gift awakening, as he tackled the wolf. He fought hard and beat the wolf, but was hurt badly and passed out. When he woke up, he found himself in his bed, bandaged and cared for. His eyes moved to the side as a chair creaked and he found himself looking at the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. He was so stunned he could not speak as she told him that she was the person that he had saved and that she had wanted to thank the handsome young Hero that had risked his life for her. She gave a warm smile at his shocked face, before telling him to get some more rest, as she stood and left. That encounter awoke two things in Neki that day. One was his Narcissist side, after all if the most attractive person in the world(to him) called him handsome, then he must be the second most attractive person in the world(he decided). And two, his desire to help people and become a Hero, no matter what.

-Gift Description:NightStalker

-Personality:Quite and Gloomy. Does not like to be around other people and hates to drink blood due to a unknown past trauma.

-Hero Ranking:29

-Gear: A pair of daggers.

-Bio:Unknown. Leva does not talk about his past and all that is know was that he was Born to a family of NightStalker’s that viewed the rest of the people as objects to make them stronger, keeping people as Blood Slaves to feed on. A group of Heroes led by Mark Fang rescued the slaves and found Leva locked up with them, beaten and chained. The young teen was taken in by Mark after the rescued people told the Heroes that Leva did not fed from them, refusing to do so every time they saw him, which was why he had been in the cells with them. It took years for the teen to get use to Mark, who trained him to be a Hero, but he never got over his hate of drinking blood, or use to crowds.

-Gift Description:A rare Wisp Gifted that has three Runes on his body and a massive amount of magic

-Strength:Can boost the strength and toughness of a living thing by 30%-50%.

-Speed:Can boost the Speed of a living thing by 30%-50%.

-Grow:Can boost the size of a living or non living thing by 30%-50%.

-Personality:A bit shy and timid, but is a talker when he warms up to a person.

-Bio:Zel was born to two Wisp Gifted parents,being born with his Gift. His family and tribe were nomadic, traveling from place to place in TangleMist jungle, staying away from other people as most Wisp Gifted did, because their were people that would capture them and use them as slaves for their power boosting abilities. But one day a group of UnGifted Bandits captured Zel’s whole tribe and took them to a secret slave market to be sold. Zel and his parents were bought by leader of a Thief Guild. For years, the Wisps were forced to work for the group of thieves, their life one of pain and misery as the toll of using their abilities so much was slowly killing them. The only thing keeping them going was each other, But one night, Mark Fang appeared. The Hero took out all the thieves himself and rescued the Wisps. After that Zel become entranced with the idea of Heroes and wanted to become one to, the years of torture he went through creating a strong desire to not let anyone else go through that and if someone was, being able to help them as Mark did for him. Mark took Zel under his wing and the two grew into close friends.

-Gift Description:A Brute, with the added ability to create a rock like armor from his skin.

-Personality:A GentleMan with a polite attitude that is at odds with his monster like looks.

-Gear: A simple club made from a limb of a Tree monster and tipped with Iron Spikes.

-Bio:Roc was a simple man, a Farmer that spent his days working hard. His Gifted looks scared most people off, except for one, a woman that just came there to be a school teacher for his small village. She was a beautiful woman and as Roc spent more time with her, learning manners and how to be a proper GentleMan as she called it, he found himself falling for her. But his looks made him hold in his feelings but one evening he worked up the courage to tell her, but as he reached her house on the outskirts of the village, he found it ripped to pieces by a monster attack and a blood trail leading away. Roc flew into a frenzy and spent years looking for the monster, hoping that somehow he would find her alive. But after all that time he never found her, but not wanting to give up even if it was hopeless, he joined the Hero’s Guild, it being his best chance to come across the monster.
