As a new member of a site, it can feel pretty daunting to get started at times. Alot of sites suggest and expect new users to introduce themselves first in a public forum post. I have never liked that.

This site however has a section where members have created threads for public forum games.

A leisurely way to get started if you want to get to get into a groove, is to check out one of these threads in the forum game section. Read the first "rule post" for that game, and then post in it.
