Some people say that the most dangerous things of all are the most beautiful. Things that captivate you and draw you to them. Nothing symbolises that more than the island of Utopian Curse. It is a dream paradise, with long elegant beaches of sand and beautiful blue tropical waters that team with aquatic life. It looks like the perfect place that one would go for a holiday. But is it worth dying for? There are dangers that lurk within the beautiful foliage of the island. One moment the island would be giving you everything that you could possibly want, and in the next be throwing every conceivable danger at you.
This island is like no other. There is something that is undeniably compelling about it. It will draw you in, convince you that there is something important on the island. Everywhere you turn, it will show you hints of what you’re looking for in life. Treasure. A missing loved one. It drives you to remain on the island. The harder you wish to leave, the harder it sinks its claws into you. Even if it doesn’t succeed to keep you there by simple compulsion, it will keep you by other means, making it impossible to get off of the island.
This island is a prison. A prison where your characters will find themselves waking up on, after going to bed with the intention of a good night's rest. Everything is provided for their survival; water, food and materials for shelter. It is up to them to use their resourcefulness to good use. Because who knows. Maybe rescue will one day come.
It’s unlikely, but you could wish for it, right?

- No Character is able to magically get off of the island without my strict permission.
- Posts must be at least one paragraph long, with a good amount of detail and with good grammar and spelling (barring mistakes). Anything less than a paragraph, such as a one line post, will be removed and the member in question requested to not do that again. If you consistently post less than a paragraph, then your posts will be removed and you will be asked to leave the roleplay.
- If you are wanting a special place on the island, then I will need a detailed extra information before I can add it to the list of locations within the island, as well as for it to be added to the map.
