For all of the foodies out here, what is your favorite cultural cuisine?

I'm used to making a lot of Italian and Swedish-oriented foods.

Indian/Romani food like Samosas and hedgehog goulash. Always filling for me

Thai food. As a vegan who enjoys a lot of spice, it ticks all my boxes. Some of the best nights of my life involve getting Thai.

I have a hard time picking a favorite, but Thai (massaman curry! mmmm!!!), authentic Mexican (although I do love a good Tex-Mex, too), and that whole Mediterranean / Middle Eastern thing that a lot of local vegetarian restaurants seem to blend together are my current favorites, with an honorable mention to Indian food (you can take my garam masala seasoning over my cold, dead body!)

But when I cook everything always ends up coming out French. lol!!
