Hello Everyone! I'm back. My apologies, I was not able to set I was on hiatus or on break on my account. I only found out the feature later on and I honestly am still not sure how to set it or use it. However, next time I'll be on hiatus, I'll have it set. For now, I'll be around approving characters and managing Midnight Meetings. First and foremost let us thank @Goddess Aurora for being the leader of Midnight Meetings while I was away. She really has done a good job in maintaining and keeping Midnight Meetings in order.

Major Club Updates & Announcements Hello and greetings everyone. I made a few changes in the club today. It is my small token of appreciation to the members who wished to hold the forth even when the fore foundation was crumbling. It's the least I can do for showing your interest for Midnight Meetings and by not wanting it to just wither away with the owner who suddenly shut down without a warning. Here are the small updates: ╰┈┈┈┈┈➤・ ・Changed the Midnight Meeting Icon or Avatar and made it animated ╰┈┈┈┈┈➤・ ・Changed the Midnight Meeting's banner and made it animated Now, I can not promise anything in the future and we are all not sure what the future will bring. For self preservation, I have the tendency to shut down or cut all connections before a toxic individual penetrates my sensitive individuality but I'll also do my best to give notice if I have to go or take my leave for good. So as strongly suggested by the members, for the peace of mind of everyone and to avoid unnecessary panic in the future, I would like to emphasis that Midnight Meetings is open for watcher's applications. The application form has been always in the watcher's page and will be there until the 4 slots are filled. Now what are Midnight Watchers? They are also the board of directors of Midnight Meetings and will have a percentage share in the clubhouse in return for their services and voluntary work. The owner will have the majority of voting right and will have the final decision for the club. Thus the owner has 40% share and the rest of the members will divide the excess equally. However, in the absence of the owner, the leader will be the only one with the right to get the 40% voting right of the owner. In other words, if the owner is not around the leader will have a total of 55% voting right and will therefore have the last decision for the club. 1. Owner (40%) - @adonia 2. Leader (15%)- will be the sub owner or vice owner of midnight meetings. In the absence of the owner the leader will have all the permission and power of the owner. 3. Moderator (15%) - can moderate post in the club such as locking character approvals and locking posts that needs to be locked. 4. Receptionist (15%)- sends welcome message to newly joined members and checking their qualification to join the club such as having a pfp requirement. 5. Evaluator (15%)- approves submitted character for midnight meetings by checking character age and image submitted. Qualifications to be a Watcher: A. Must NOT be an owner of another club. B. I don't consider it as an effort if I enjoy doing it at my free time but thank you for noticing Sera. As for the leave of absence or a break I'll give a notice next time as I wasn't aware the site have such systems. Thank you for bringing that up. As for the moderator, it is already in the system that I'd be accepting applications when the club is already a week old. I believe moderator duties and responsibilities should be voluntary and only to those who are willing and interested. I'll post an announcement about it. Thank you for the suggestion as well.

It's nobody's fault. Everything happens for a reason and I deactivated my account for a reason. I hope we can all just move along as I'll try to redeem myself as the owner of this club. However, if the majority isn't happy about that, I'm also willing to give the management of the club to someone willing.

Thank you everyone for the concern for the future of the club. It was improper that I left without notice to the club specifically but I had my reason. The club was designed and set up to welcome role-players of any level from beginners to advanced and experienced. It was built to help new role-players and those who are experienced or advanced can help those who are in need by encouraging them to interact at group role-plays or practice privately one on one on threads or ecchi text. The club has a character approval system as one of the basic requirement in any role-play is to have a character built for the setting. The setting is a clubhouse so the approval system was not only to see if it fits the clubhouse but it also to help the individual in constructing a character for a setting base on their preference or how they comfortably will play the character. One of the reason why I left without notice is I didn't want to burden anyone with that responsibility to approve characters or uphold why the club was set up. It's just not who I am to put loads on someone especially if I don't pay them to do it. So I hope everyone or the members would consider or understand my point on this one. However, if there is anyone who would take interest in continuing or owning this club, I would gladly give it to them and I can always make a new one. I am back after a day off for a break, I needed a breather cause I became so immersed with Ecchi Dreams that it might turn out bad or unhealthy if it's too much. If the members are mad or couldn't accept my behaviour as a owner, I'll truly understand. I have my reasons and my stand that the members can hopefully consider. The club is for the members. I am open to whatever unanimous decisions the current members has to say.
