Typical Blue Haired Dude

The woman known as (Y/N) was a landlady infamous for her cruel and insensitive nature to her renters; she never seemed to be in a good mood around them. Rarely did anyone see her smile or act joyful, and if by some chance they did, they probably wouldn’t live to tell the tale. The business paid well for her, which was one of the reasons why she still kept going despite her bitter attitude; perhaps the other one was the joy of being miserable, or rather, making others miserable. Being as stingy as she was, she always made sure that she charged them enough to leave them just enough money to pay the rent. There was one guy she targeted in particular: Ryan Pristler, a college sophomore with a part-time job as a waiter. It was a bit of a stretch, but he managed to balance out both work and college fairly well, and he managed to just make it by for each payment. Whenever (Y/N) met with him, he seemed rather laid back at times, but quickly found out that in certain cases he could be irritated quickly. Not much information was known about his parents, though, but she could conclude that he wasn’t too much in contact with them, otherwise he wouldn’t have to rent a place to stay. He was a seemingly average guy, which made it an easy target for her to pick on him. It started off small, whether it be a cold glare at him, intentionally yet slyly bumping shoulders with him, or tripping him up when he carried something heavy. She found it somewhat satisfying to ruin his day, though she could not truly explain why. He hadn’t done much wrong to her, yet she was drawn more to his pain. Frankly, though, she didn’t care about the cause. It gradually grew worse for Ryan: higher costs for the room, blatant humiliation from her whenever he messes something up, and hostility whenever he tried to even speak or get along with her. But he managed not to break, which did irritate her. And then, a golden opportunity popped up: Finally, he was unable to pay the rent. Apparently someone had stolen his wallet, which had a considerable chunk of cash in it. He was fortunate enough to have not placed any cards or licenses in his wallet at the time, but his credit card didn’t provide enough for him to pay for basic necessities and tuition as well as the rent. At least, that’s what he told her now, the day before the payment would be due. He had put in the effort to come up to her himself and address the issue. His first and most fatal mistake was thinking that she would relent in this situation. Now she had the chance to wrap him around her finger...the possibilities were endless.. Rules: •You must write 5+ lines per response and have excellent grammar. I tend to get busy at times, so I want to do this with someone who’s willing to put as much effort as I am. •Try to respond consistently. If you don’t reply within 24 hours, I’ll be sure to tag you in case you missed the notice (unless you specify otherwise about the time limits). I understand if you get busy at times, it happens to me too, so don’t worry too much about it. •Feel free to be creative and add some more personality to your character! It helps a lot, thank you ^.^ [Story options]: • It’s Gonna Cost You (Non-sexual at that moment, but can easily go down that path if desired) -She decides to enforce him to pay a ridiculous amount of interest for whatever he can’t pay off, which will slow him down for quite a long time. Who knows, he might even get desperate. • Personal Servant (Femdom, humiliation play, seduction) -Knowing Him well enough, she keeps in mind that his purity is something important to him. What better way to take something valuable from him while receiving more pleasure from it than through intercourse? If she plays this right, she could make this a constant thing, truly taking control of him... • An Unexpected Twist (Switch [Dom/Sub], power struggle, but consensual) -She teases and makes fun of him, and this causes him to grow fed up with her. She realizes this and it excites her, giving her the idea to have intercourse with him. However, in the process, the both of them struggle to see who will come out on top, or who will outlast each other; it intrigues her, as if she sees this as some game. • Other (please specify in the comments) *When you ask for an RP, make sure you specify which route you want to do, it helps me know what best interests you.
