Hey there~! Sorry for the late reply... been busy. Thanks for welcoming me to the Club. I don't know if I'll be particularly active here, as I'm not really able to Roleplay nowadays due to being so busy, plus moderating the site and all that. I'm happy that @Dozle The Crusader invited me to tag along, and I may contribute by uploading some nice images if I can find any. As mentioned in the recent announcements both the club leader and myself have been very caught up with IRL demands these last few weeks. Still, apologies for the wait. Anyways, as for your question, there isn't exactly a system in place but there is something of a recommended procedure You first should navigate over to the character bios tab and select the character submission thread. There you will find a handy template with which you can submit your character to the island. Once submitted you can immediately start roleplaying in one of the resort location threads.1 point

I usually like to try and keep pace with my roleplay partner, mostly with post length (I’m working on it). I usually like to get into the finer details of stuff before just jumping right into something as I feel having a lot of stuff fleshed out leads to something more enjoyable. Usually I like to make sure that my partner is happy with everything and that they are satisfied with what is happening first then I’ll worry about myself.
