Note:  Some of these relationships haven’t developed yet,
and others have started to but still have a ways to go
(and sometimes won’t even come into place until Bianka’s
future).  Most of these, especially when they character that
belong to somebody else, have been long established as at least
potentially happening but a few have been put together at the
spur of the moment.  It may be a bit confusing at times, but
that’s the way I prefer it.
