Any Girls und Panzer fans?

GuP doesn't get enough love, and most of what they get is from weirdos on Reddit who also have a weird fascination with the German army. Anybody got any thoughts on it? I personally love the anime and what love to hear if anybody else on here does.

Hmm while I haven't watched the entire series I do love the way they went with it and really enjoyed the comedy. I won't lie. Apart of what got me was the tanks because I was a big world of tanks player and loved using the Guppy in the game and that's what brought me to watching the anime in the first place.

Again I haven't watched the entire series as I got distracted by other stuff but so far up to episode 7 I was having alot of fun with it.

Yes. I really like GuP. I thought it was well done.

I have always been into learning history, and... tanks. I used to build a lot of model. American, British, German, even a few russian tanks. WW2 to present. Used to play Workd of Tanks a lot back in the day too.

That said, GuP was well done and the story can stand for itself, I think.

The final showdown of the Mk IV vs the Tiger was pretty good.

Lots of coolness on the movie as well.

Yeah it was really good. I enjoyed the Maus fight. The way they went with it was amusing and interesting to me lol

Mainly what got me was ramming the maus and going under

Indeed, the tank battles were very fun to watch and seeing how they utilized strategy was enjoyable
