Webbed Tomb of Misunderstandings (love_and_poprocks&Dirtydan)

Recommended Posts

It was all supposed to be simple, take the job, clear it and then collect the rewards. Simple right? Well it was anything but. The quest was literally described as this: Help needed urgently! Giant spiders eating live stock and ruining crops. People are going missing and travel has all but halted. There are also sightings of strange white haired women at the edge of Murkwood. Send adventurers to the outer Village of Southern Vellos as soon as possible! Now one would think it was cut and dry. Large dangerous spiders easy. White haired women, probably ghouls also easy. The lack of information provided was staggering as many an adventurer seemed to meet their end at this village. Something was going on and no one had a clue what to do about it. Still it didn't deter unsuspecting travelers and adventurers from going to this village and either turning tail or being lost to the ever decaying woods. A darkness was looming over the land for far too long, was there anyone to save this withering world?

----

On the back of a rickety wagon filled with slowly rotting food stuffs and supplies, the chilled winter air was so bitingly cold if one did not bundle up properly they would surely get sick. A black cloak covered all of the figure of a lone female who had paid her way to the town via this elderly man and his crotchety old ass as it would squeal and whuffle from the cold and achy knees. The old man didn't say much but she had paid him enough for him to get enough clothing and food for his family. He knew a way around the spiders that plagued his lands and while they had struggled to the point of starvation he had held out hope for someone to save them and bring prosperity back to their little village. While Nephviri could not guarantee results she did pity the man and offered to help him in exchange for notifying the guild to take down the posting. Unbeknownst to her that posting was taken by the other protagonist of this story; but that is another's story to tell. They had been on the road a few days and relatively speaking nothing attacked them in the night. A few goblins here and there but nothing major.

When they finally made it to the rotting and decaying village, Nephviri would thank the man for his time and efforts and would get directions for which way to head. Not even a good nights rest, she wanted this done and over with. Honestly the main reason was because it smelled like cult activities which peaked her interest. Spider demons were veracious monsters that ate many things in their path and would keep humans as pets to feed on their young. They were intelligent and vain creatures who preferred the flesh of men as majority of their species was female. Still when she got to her destination Nephviri came across some marshlands that used to be the wheat fields; ruins that stuck out from the mud and mossy stairs with an ominous scent coming from it. Heated breath coming from her mouth, her hood being pulled back to reveal her silvery locks, as she then would descend into the darkness only to leave the lasting impression of white hair like the monsters going back to its lair.

Crisp winter air howled through the woods, cutting through Gins heavy cloak, chilling him to his bones, as he followed his nose to the sent of rot. Tonic soared above scouting for possible threats. Gin had pick up rumors whispers from taverns and campfires of pale women traveling these lands. Some blamed her for the missing the children, some refused to acknowledge her, other claimed she was ghost haunting the lands. However that meant little Gin, all he knew was that something was plaguing these lands and the best way to fix it was to cull it from the root. Gin knew what giant spiders were capable of. He'd eradicated nests in the past, but something was different this time. They feed to quickly, spread to fast, but he was prepared as best he could for this unknown.

After days travel, through the wind snow  had finally began to fall the soft white crystals peppering his beard and and cloak. With this weather he should have no trouble getting his rations to keep but them seemed to rot in a matter of hours. He knew this had to be the work of some evil magic, not just an unruly nest of giant spiders. He would stop for moment, pulling his canteen from his cloak to take a sip. Ack! He'd quickly a spit it back out dumping his canteen on the ground, the water had sored. This land wasn't healthy anymore. Through the canopy of the forest Tonic would come to pearch on his shoulder nestling to him for warmth. A small series of hoo's indicated that he was near the village now. "Strange, I'd expect to see at least some activity by now" he shrugged off the thought.

As he would slip out of the cover of the forest he would draw his bow, and notch an arrow. Stealthily he'd approached the main road. Tracks, wagon tracks, had some one been taking people here? Gins mind raced with possibilities. A sharp whistle would send Tonic to the skies once more safe from the dangers here on the ground. Cautiously he would approach the the tracks his eyes pouring over all that the snow had yet to cover. When suddenly his eyes found something unusual footprints, this would provide him with the answers he thought. Slowly he would follow the trail his head swiveling from roof top to alley way Gin did not plan to be caught of gaurd by anything, however he wasn't perfect.

Nephviri was already deep in the ruins depths by the time our protagonist was scouting up above. The smell of wet soil and something distinctively rotten filled her nostrils. Nothing she wasn't used to. Her cloak dragged along the damp mossy stones and her red orbs scoured the long hallway as there was nothing but emptiness. Spiders were ambush predators so this was to be expected but they probably wouldn't launch an attack until she was in the belly of the catacombs. Still nothing too terrible, honestly fear did not settle in her heart often; not since coming of age and seeing what true evils plague this world. Still she was optimistic that things would go her way. As she delved deeper she finally made it to the galley of the tombs. A large circular space with coffins embedded in the walls and tunnels leading in various directions. The rotting stench much stronger here as roots dangled from the ceilings and cobwebs and small nesting bulbs lay here and there indicating how close to the true nest she actually was.

A snap of her fingers and black purple flames would begin the illuminate the area with an ominous hue. Being a warlock her powers came from evil and so she would exude such an aura despite not having the same values. However despite this she genuinely wanted to help this village as the evil that plagued these lands seemed cultish in nature and she just couldn't sit by and let it happen. Then almost as suddenly as she had entered, the sounds of clicking and movement could be heard as black and white spiders began to pour out of the tunnels. Jumping in the air her grimoire came out instantly and she began to spout of spells to help her with the numbers. "Ah you show yourselves finally. Black Blaze! Gravity!" Many of the spiders would squeal and cry in agony as they were engulfed in black flames into cinders. Some got so hot that their abdomens would burst open with their guts liquid. Gravity mushed them in an instant and yet they kept on coming. Some spit out webs to bring her down from above and others would climb the walls surrounding her. Their mandibles clicking and salivating their noxious poisons before a pact blade would slice them in two.

"Hmm their numbers may prove a problem..." She said to herself as they got smart and stopped coming out of the tunnels. Hissing and making the ground shudder in their noises. Landing back on the ground she stood there waiting for them to come back out only to hear a hissing voice come through the middle hall. "Mother wants a word with you adventurer~ Come this way... this way.." A trap obviously but they were smart and had human speech which was concerning. Maybe a way they lured the young and old down to their dooms. Still she was curious and it was getting the best of her. Honestly she had never seen a Queen of spiders before and this was something she wanted to witness. Sure she had seen brood mothers before but this seemed different. They generally could not speak the common tongue and so this in itself was interesting. For the protagonist outside all he could hear was loud booms and whispers coming from the entrance of the tombs. No context it would sound like a meeting of two evil minds.

The ground would temeble, from the commotion underneath him, concerned Gin would quicken his pace. At the maw of this tomb he let out a long slow whistle calling back Tonic to his shoulder. "This may take awhile friend, stay up here. I'll come back for you" he spoke gently in his deep rough voice. His hand moved up to brush a tuft of feathers on the owls neck before he cast it off again. His short bow would still be useful in these tunnels plenty of room from draw and fire. Before setting off into the the tunnel he made his final preparations, lighting his lantern that hung from his hip and pulling a small cloth to cover his mouth and nose to sheild from the from the worst of the putrid odor.

Down the stairs Gin would travel his bow ready, his ears perked, and eyes sharp. The sent of death permeated the air forcing its way into his nose through his cover. He moved diligently not to disturb the resting place of those who had died her, moments before he would cross the threshold to the galley a formilar chittering would begin to stir. He pulled the bow string taught as single spider would scurry quickly back into its hiding place. Gin would let out a deep sigh as he took in the sight of all this carnage. "A fire? No if that was the case then the roots would be damaged" he reached up and broke off a small peice bringing to nose before coughing and tossing to the ground. "Rotten, I should have known" he grumbled.

As the root hit the ground a stream of thick webbing would erupt from tunnel, Gin deftly pivoted out of the way, and loosed two arrows into the tunnel. More webs would begin to spray forth from the tunnels, in an almost beautiful symphony of violence Gin would dance between streams reutning a volleys of arrows into them. However his quiver was growing lighter, knowing this couldn't go on for ever he had to think of something else. He gracefully tumbled across the galley of tombs, his hands grabbing large clumps of the soft rotted roots and ripped the vile earth from the ceiling causing a cascade of putrid earth to rain down, trapping most to the spiders in their holes.

Gin let out a soft sigh, knowing this would only be a temporary fix and he'd need to cleanse this place with fire. That would have to come after he killed the brood mother. He found the passage deeper into this spiders den. Soft voices, indistinct, and quite could be heard further down. His gut was telling him to get out, this isn't just a nest this is something evil. The scare on his stomach ached, he knew this was bad idea. He swallowed hard, calmed his mind and hurried further in perhaps he could surprise whoever was down their and get the upper hand.

All the while, the spiders had let her through speaking of their mother so fondly. Chattering and clicking their mandibles she could hear that they were very hungry. Having ravaged these lands for the last few months would do that. They had eaten most of the towns people and their livestock resulting in an unbalanced ecosystem. Traveling further down into the bowels of these catacombs she finally got to the main alter where it was a huge dome-like feature of the underground city. As she stepped foot onto the soggy stones she frowned as suddenly green fire would light the area leaving Nephviri on her guard. Gripping her pact blade she would walk further into the dungeon as then the ground would rumble again only to reveal a raving mad Arachne as she dropped down from her nest above revealing webbed sacs that were clearly various shapes of human and beast alike. "Oh shit!" She cursed as she had to move out of the way for the massive spider woman.

"How dare you lay your filthy hands on my children?!" The Arachne roared before getting into a lunging position before going to pounce on the female warlock. "They can't refuse  meal when it waltzes right into their home. You should just surrender and let them feed!" Nephviri dodged the initial lunge however she was stopped in her tracks from both webbing stuck to her boot and as a surge of smaller spiders began to surround her. Her grimoire came out once more as the pages flipped in a frenzy to a massive AOE spell. "Be afraid!" She cried as FEAR began to take hold of the weaker monsters stopping them in their tracks. "Elderlich Blast!" Black and green waves of pure malice and physical damage began to rock those spiders down to dead husks in no time, though she had used many powerful spells and so was becoming tired as she panted heavily in place. However because of her lack of mobility the Arachne would take hold of her causing her to scream as it echoed through the tunnels. Her weapons fell to the ground as soon she lost sensation in her legs.

Fangs sunk into her shoulder through her light armor and injected paralyzing venom into her blood stream. Nephviri grew weak and strained to lift up even a finger as it was a fast acting poison. "Y...You won't get away with this!" The Arachne would just chortle and begin to wrap her arms above her head and against the wall. "Since you had to kill off so many of my brood I may just use you to make more. Healthy mana like yours it worth it. You should feel honored to be made a brood mate." More chuckling would take place only for the Arachne's sharp claws to slice and rip at her clothes revealing pale skin. "So beautiful and pale. Where did you come from? Oh this next brood will be so lovely to look at when you bare them for me." The Arachne mused as her spider abdomen began to pulse getting excited as Nephviri hung against the wall. "Shut up you overgrown tarantula!" She was still able to talk and use her eyes to convey her distaste for the situation. Though despite her being scared she couldn't scream for help. As far as she knew she was all alone and no one was going to be there. She had overestimated her abilities and underestimated their numbers.

As the bowels of this tomb would once again roar with action Gin would move faster, he needed to stop whatever was going on down there. More spiders would begin to accost him as he ran. In hard punching motion the wood on his bow would straighten into a staff that he used to easily bat away the spiders. "I've never seen like this before." He spoke through calm steady breaths. The door to the queens layer now before him. Gin would pause one hand reaching to the quiver feeling the fetching counting sixteen arrows left that would be plenty  to take down a broad mother, last time he did it three this should be no problem. He assured himself before he would charge head long into the room.

Wait, what was that! He nearly gasped at the Queen he'd never seen anything like it. He whipped his staff back to a short bow and fired an arrow at her torso. Without evening looking in his direction, she caught the arrow snapping it in half. "We have another so brazen as to attack my nest, more food my children I suppose"  she hissed venomously. For a fraction of moment Gin felt the urge to run, but he steadied himself and loosed another volley of his arrows at her.  She easily deflected two with her hands, her armor blocked the third, and the fourth however found its mark in lower abdomen, though it seemed to have little effect on her. Quickly circling the room, his eyes scanning for threats. Her supply of spiders must have been running low as they would only trickly slowly out of their homes. "Brazen of you to call this your home! You've stolen this place and killed it inhabitants, your an abomination with no claims here. You'll pay for what you've done." Gin shouted back his deep voice dampened by the soft wet walls.

After he spoke their was a moment of stillness in the room. Things just seemed to stop how dare that worthless human, speak to her a queen like that. In this time his eyes past over the women her armor torn, pale skin exposed, and her burning eyes. He didn't have much time to see anything else though as the queen would lung at him in a fury. In swift deliberate move he dodge her lung and return with a strike to mid section with his bow, the force vibrating his hands so much he nearly dropped his bow. He expected that blow to do more it was solid and deep but the queen just laughed at his futile attempt. Gin knew he'd need space to dodge an attack that quick again, he began to back up. This bring him closer to the women trapped in the webs.

Nephviri was caught off guard when she heard the arrow fly through the air. Where did that come from?! Her eyes being the only thing able to move she looked to the side and saw a silhouette of a man and his bow. What was he doing here? Honestly she felt like he would get them both killed as this was not an advantageous location for a bowmen. The ceilings were short and despite the open space with the queens size it was difficult to move in some places. Still the infernal woman looked onward at her possible salvation.

Not bad; skilled and lacked for none he wasn’t so horrible given the circumstances though he failed to acknowledge her presence. Did he think she was here of her own volition? No he probably didn’t see her as anything but an unknown variable at this point. “Hey! Let me down! You can’t beat her alone!” Then again she couldn’t talk. She failed to do the same. And her body was still numb from the numbing toxins in her blood stream. “If you want to make it out of here help me get to my grimoire!” While she spoke she kept her tone stern and did not yell so not to have her voice carry. Why should he trust her? Honestly here and the Queen looked alike in a sort of monstrous beauty. Maybe he would think her an accomplice caught in her own web of lies?

Regardless of the possible thought process the man may or may not be going through she was right. They would need to work together. She still had her mental fortitude even though her body numb felt like it was burning from the inside out as every so often her muscles would jerk trying to wake up from their anesthetic. Being part Infernal some pains and poisons were tolerable so she didn’t complain. She didn’t care that her armor and clothes exposed a thigh her and her abdomen as that wasn’t important but it was a lovely view nonetheless since she was hypnotically gorgeous. It’s what fawned the attentions of the queen and why she wasn’t dead but instead considered a brood mare for offspring despite the multitude she had killed prior. “… Trust me or don’t but if we don’t work together we will die in this rotting dungeon.”

Gin turned his head to look at the infernal woman who had began to speak to him. His brow furrowed as he listened to her. "You want me to cut you down? Why so I can fight you both" he scoffed at turning back to see the Queen had already lunged at him. It was to late for him to dodge, he had to try to block. He shifts his weight to one side in attempt to deflect her blow, however the two clashed hard. Gins staff braced between them as she forced him away from the women. Gin dug in his heels into the dirt trying to hold his ground as he slid through soft wet mud. His chest burned, and blood began to run down his chest. Fuck! She caught me, he thought. His eyes shot over to the woman once more.

"What's the matter hunter, am I to big to get caught in your little trap" she sneered and cackled loudly. One of her hands released the staff between them to rend the armor and flex on Gins shoulder. He howled in pain taking the brunt of the blow. It seemed in this moment the man was just going to be fodder instead of her salvation. Then,  In a move of desperation he pushed against her hard and leapt up into the air kicking The Queen in her chest creating distance as he hit the ground he rolled back up to his feet. His good hand finding a small pouch on his belt, he loosened the string as be called out. "What's the matter you eight legged whore? Did you think you had me cornered I'm harder to kill then that" he spat back clearly trying to goad thr Queen into a more reckless attack. His gambit had paid off she hastily lunged at him in fury as she howled out "You disgusting peice of filth I wouldnt even feed you to my young." He waited until she got close her slung the pouch at her face, a cloud of flour erupted fourth the powder coating her face and eyes. He tried to slip past her as she thrashed but he wasn't unscathed.

"You'd better not be fucking around" he shouted to the hanging women. He ran towards her a his legged throbbed in pain. No time to think just act, focus Gin! He knelt down grabbing the women's pact blade, it seemed to recoil from his hand almost rejecting his grasp, but he clung tight. Pivoting he swung the blade quickly cutting through the binds that held the women a loft, as she fell he tried to soften her fall as best he could with wounds, but instead only dropped her near her grimoire. He clenched the blade tightly in his hand despite the violet flames that began to crawl up his arm burning his skin. "I'll hold her off as long as I can. Back me up!" His voice was calm, confident even as he moved between the infernal women and the spider Queen.

"Fuckin' idiot! I'm here to fight that thing too!" She barked in his direction as she remained strung up helpless Nephviri watched in astonishment that a mere bowman was able to hold their own against the Spider Queen; which was unheard of. Despite the short form of distraction she had realized that they got close to her a few times and would flinch in response turning her head. Wait; she was able to move her head now! Seems the poison was slowly dissipating from her body but not enough for her limbs to start moving properly. There was hope yet. Still the two were fighting and it seemed they were well matched. If only she hadn't let her guard down and was useless without her tools. Though it wouldn't be long before the man came to her aide.. finally.

"I'm paralyzed you moron! Geez.." Nephviri could not understand why that wasn't obvious given she hadn't moved an inch from where she was hanging. The only reason her body would slightly sway to-and-fro was because of inertia. To her shock he dared to take hold of a pact blade that was not tied to him with blood magic. He must be experiencing excruciating pain. This brought her eyes to slightly widen in shock as he was wiling to hurt himself further just to get her down. It was stupid to keep hold of her blade but he did so to cut her down. "Waah!" She cried out from falling into his arms and then only to be dropped to the wet ground. She would tremble as some pain traveled through her body but it was better than being completely numb. "Thanks~ Book!" She called as the grimoire began to float and come to her side. The Spider Queen gaining traction towards them.

"I call upon the dark forces of hell to answer the call of thine master! Grant me the power to vanquish my foe before me and bestow upon them unspeakable pain and agony! Bring forth hell fire and condemn thine soul to death! HELLISH REBUKE" She went on to continue her chant and at the eleventh hour the final word was uttered and a pillar of black and green fire engulfed the Spider Queen who was indeed writhing in agony and rolling on the muddy ground trying to put out the inextinguishable fire. The smell of burning flesh and the sounds of the Spider Queen slowly diminished as the soon charred body fell into the mud one last time. Panting heavily the infernal girl would reveal that evoking such a powerful spell took a lot out of her. Out of breath and laying in the frigid mud she shivered and took her time regaining the function of her limbs. Looking back to the man as she sat up on her legs she held up her hand and a pull of energy ripped her pact blade from his hand stopping him from being burned. She would glower at him as her ruby red eyes looked him up and down. They both probably looked a mess to each other at this point.

Soon the catacombs began to shake from inner tunnels collapsing and blocking their way out. But places like this always had another way. Having covered her head from falling debris she then invoked another spell which was not common for warlocks to use. "Barrier!" She cried out as  a haze of sorts surrounded them both and protected them until the quaking stopped. Once that did it was somewhat dusty and the chill began to settle back in before she was able to at least sit up properly. Her silvery white hair now covered in mud and cobwebs as she felt disgusting and overly cold as a side effect from the poison. "You are alive are you not?" She asked turning away from his direction as she wasn't doing so hot after using so much energy.

Gin held his ground between the infernal and the Queen doing all that he could to buy her time to finish the preparation for her spell. His heart was pounding and his entire arm wracked in pain from her blade. As the Queen erupted into a flash of flame he recoiled slightly. His mother had warned him about this kind of magic. Blood magic, pact magic it was dangerous and more often then not evil. His mind raced should he turn and put her down now before she had a chance to turn that magic to him. She may not be with the spiders but he had no idea of the her intentions were. Once the queens body had shriveled from the flames he turned back to her. "Why, why come here to fight this monstrosity? Do you feel some guilt from bring such a beast into existence" he shot back to her.

When Nephviri would recall the blade he would happily let it fly from his hand. He refused to acknowledge the pain that pulsed through his body. He would not give her a chance to spot any weakness to take advantage of. As the ground would begin to quake beneath them instinctive he would he cover her with his body to protect her from falling debris, only for her barrier to trump his own protection. Finally after it would stop he would pull back and look her over, even in this disheveled state she was still strangely alluring, he would struggle to pull his eyes from her. He was bleeding from his shoulder and chest, the wound on his leg was mostly blunt. His gambison was torn to revile his chain mail underneath, that was also rended from the beasts claws. His brow dripping with sweet and his hair matted to his face. Finally he forced to react to her question. "It will take more than this kill me. We can talk later!" He scolded her.

He could sense the ground beneath them ready to thrash again. He reached down with his good arm and pulled her to her feet. "We're moving now!" He lifted her up over his shoulder and began to run through the tombs. The ground would begin to violently shake as he run up the mudded slope, his feet struggling to find traction to move. A large chunk would fall, and he narrowly avoid the debris. "Hold on tight" he groaned the pain setting in as his adarline was running thin. He took a deep breath focusing on his movement he would sway and dip deftly his feet easily finding the solid spot on the ground to run at full speed.

They weren't the only two trying to escape this collapsing tomb before it was their finaly resting space. Spider crawling from the holes as rocks would come down crush them. Finally smell of fresh air would rush into his nose and the loud calls of his owl would pass his ears giving the conviction to make his way to the surface. Once he breached the  entrance he would take a few more steps before stumbling to the ground laying his loosely defined ally on the ground. He rolled to his back he began to take slow deep breaths. His owl would fly down and land on the strange women's leg looking her over seeming to hold no skepticism towards her. "Tonic! What are you doing?" He called out softly before making his way back to his feet. "Its to cold for you to be so exposed like this" Gin spoke in a almost compassionate tone. He would take his heavy cloak off and drape it over her body. "Can you walk?"

How rude was he not to take her previous predicament into account. She was strung up like a puppet and he thought she summoned such a creature? A scoff came from her as she wiped away the mud and webbings. Though she was surprised he put himself between her and the multitude of attacks to her person. It was strange as she had never been heeded with any amount of worry or true chivalry before. So the entire time she watched him even if it was behind her glowering. “You think I summoned such a thing? Ha! She was trying to make me a brood mare for her children. I highly doubt a summoner would be overwhelmed by their creation.” Waving away his annoying statement she would continue. “I control snakes not spiders. So you would know if I had summoned something. There wouldn’t be anything left..” her voice interrupted by more grumbling from the earth.

His pain could be felt through the air as the scent of human blood filled her nose. Her pupils did dilate but she quickly looked away to try and get to her feet. With new motivation to live as Nephviri gasped from him grabbing her arm to get her to slightly come up off the ground. “Hmmph!” She groaned some as she was feeling a large bruise forming from the Spider Queen earlier. Being lifted onto his shoulders she reached out wanting to search the body for materials but realized it would be pointless as his grip would not let her go. The bouncing on his shoulder made her groan some the entire way. Then again she doubted she could keep up with his speed since her stamina was low. He could feel how soft and fit she was from the way he was holding her. Her clothes didn’t hide her figure but it did hide her tail are her cloak was off to the side as he ran. Why go through the trouble of saving someone he thought was the cause of this villages problem?

His proclamation to hold on had her doing just that. Nephviri gripping onto him as instructed and clenched her eyes and jaws tight as she had put blind faith into the man. When he stumbled she let her training kick in as she rolled back to land on the ground as safely as possible. They lay panting on the ground and soon she was met with an owls talons on her thigh. Letting out a small chuckle she would carefully sit up only to be met with a cloak to the face. It got caught on her horns and so comically for a moment she struggle to get it off and seemed fairly human from his she was acting. Glowering back up to him she would gently take the owl onto her hand as she would stand with a groan. Her body was probably riddles with bruises at this point but she was willing to move. “No need to worry. Infernals run hot.. aa-aCHOO!” she said with a sneeze sniffling already. Honestly the cold was both a human and Infernals worst enemy. Her own cloak in tatters and him being so generous she would begrudgingly wrap herself in his cloak. A small rouge began to appear on her pale freckles cheeks before she would return his companion to him. “Yes but that’s not our worry now.” Her breath visible in the open air as she continued to watch and stare at the man.

“So who do I owe the pleasure of having my life spared? My name is Nephviri.” The female was blunt but soon she could see him more clearly as the night began to take the area around them. Her night vision activated as she would go to him and help support his body on her own. “There is an abandoned cabin nearby. The farmer who brought me here told me I could use it to rest if needed. We need to mend your wounds.” It was her way of saying thank you for saving her though she wouldn’t outright say the words. She was stubborn that was for sure but for his companion owl to go to her so easily she couldn’t be all bad could she?

Despite the two narrowly escaping with their lives he couldn't help but chuckled as the infernal struggled to remove his cloak from her horn, a slight smile coming across his lips as he watched amused. It was quickly followed by a deeper hardier laugh as she sneezed, "Sure, they do princess bundle up" he teased, the fact he was still breathing made him a little more affable, as well seeing her more human traits. He stood up straighter as he meet her gaze, "It is my problem I'm not going to go through all that work to save you to let you die in the cold." He let out a small scoff, followed by a soft whistle as Tonic came to roost on his shoulder. "Your lucky my friend here like you or it would be a different story. I'm Gin and this one's Tonic. I'd like to say it a pleasure to meet you Nephviri, but I'm going to with hold that judgment for now" he obviously mispronounced her name when spoke, but for whatever his reason he couldn't help from smiling perhaps he was just happy to be alive.

Gin could feel his body getting weak from over exerting himself and when he felt her come to support him he tried to push back. "I'm fine I've..." he began before slouching back onto her. "Perhaps I don't have it thank you Nephviri" he groaned through his teeth, "lead the way to this cabin and hopefully the rot has left it intact." The two would make surprisingly good process through the fallen snow, Gin was no stranger to pushing through the pain, though at this point perhaps it was his ally who was leading the charge. As the two walked through the freshly fallen snow a small crimson path would drip behind them from his wounds. The smell fo trees, and flowers had already begun to return as well as the sounds of small forest creatures. "Tonic, see what herbs you can round up I'll need to prepare a salve lots of it" followed by a series of 3 quick whistles, Tonic flew off into the night.

After a period of silence he would recall the things she said to him. "A brood mare huh? I guess she didn't plan on killing you." He would begin to stand more on his own now still leaning on the women for support. "That doesn't sound like a good fate. I'm pleased you didn't have anything to do with her, but I know you practice pact magic, and blood magic. I'm also aware they are both evil forms of magic. So forgive me if I'm hesitant to believe your on the side of good. Also I've had to kill few summoned creature who's summoners lost control you'd be surprised how many people bite off more than the can chew." He laughed deeply again.

“Im as much a princess as you are a knight.” As he feigned his strength just as she did, she would hold back a laugh as she didn’t understand why she felt the need to do so. She hadn’t allowed herself to be close to others in a capacity beyond adventuring. Right now they were just surviving. As he leaned on her for support every so often she would have to readjust given their height difference. She wasn’t short by normal female means but she always tends to come in contact with men build like trees and mountains. Still it wasn’t bad being so close. Their shared body heat seemed to reawaken her muscles, like a lizard coming out of hibernation to bask in the sun.

”It’s Nehf-veer-y! Say it right if you are going to use it.” A northern (Slavic) accent came from her as she was becoming more excitable and from the Northern areas of the continent, at least that’s where she was raised. “Gah! Just… call me Viri for now if you can’t get it right.” She snubbed her nose and would pout some as she was a proud person and was exhibiting such behaviors. “I’m only on my own side and do as I wish on a whim. The man needed help. He explained what was happening and it sounded like cult activity so I..” Nephviri paused and would begin to pick up the pace as they had made it to the cabin. “Oh look there it is! Not as small as I thought.” She said taken aback by its double story. It even had a cellar which was good. Maybe there was food stored there. Even though she had spices and some food in her infinity pocket she wasn’t sure she had enough to share.

Trekking up the icy stairs she would then reach for the door handle and it opened without much effort. It seemed the frame was damaged and it looked like blade spiders were the cause but she hadn’t seen any in the catacombs. Still there was no sign of life let alone any heat signatures. Getting him to the fire she immediately would use her blade to begin chopping the dry brittle wood and getting a fire going rather quickly as her teeth chattered. The fire slowly grew in size and began to warm them up. Given the circumstances she left the door open for his owl friend to bring in the herbs as she would slowly stand and look around. Dusty and the wind blew against the house making it creak something spooky. It was a lovely place to hide.

“mend your wounds I’m going to check the cellar real quick quick.” She already had planned to help him mend those wounds he couldn’t on his own but first thing was first was to find food. Walking over to the front door she would go out as snow began to fall heavier. This wasn’t good and if it kept up they would be snowed in for a while. So shelter was found. Heat, water and food were now necessary and possibly a bath as well. When the opened the cellar doors she could tell it wasn’t touched cause the rusty lock was easy to pick and clearly had not changed in months.

Making a light for herself she went down the stairs and found a tribe of dried goods as well as well stored wood and meats. It’s strange that none of the villagers found this and used it for themselves. If there were left overs she told herself to take a mental note. There were also pipes running up through the home showing that it was an internal heating system that took water from the well outside and heated it. Such a fancy homestead in deed. Using her powers she would levitate and begin to move her boom up and out to the upper home where she couldn’t help but make a big deal about what she had found. “Am I the best or what. Go on praise this devil for she has bestowed upon thee food and wine a plenty. Gahahaha!” She was quite the character when she was triumphant and with that the door finally closed as they would begin to hold up in this abandoned cabin.

He would listen intently as she pronounced repeating it back to himself a few rime dedicating it to memory. "Well Viri at least for now we on working towards a common goal. I don't see why we shouldn't help one another" he sound almost incredulous as he said this but what choice did he have they were both a few bad nights away from deaths door. As the two made their way into the cabin he would do what he could to help break the brittle wood to start the fire, working along side her. He was careful tending the fire so it would burn longer and hotter with the little wood they currently had. "I'll be alright, be careful we don't know what could be in here if you need me shout." He called out to her as she headed to the cellar.

In her time in the cellar he new he'd need to take the top half of his clothing off. So he did just that. His wounds weren't to deep the salve he was going to make should repair them in a few hours, days at most. He searched through the first floor and found a few blankets and pillows easily accessible that he gathered he knew that Viri would like something to cover her body and to keep warm. As he laid them near the fire Tonic would fly it with a two talons full of various herbs. Gin would get up and close the door, as best he could with the damage he could fix it but had more pressing matters. He would first get some water and two pots to set it to boil one for his salve and another for tincture he would prepare for Viri.

While the water would start to heat up he would would move upstairs looking around it was quite large, the second story consisted of 2 bedrooms, a few closets and a bathroom. One bed room was furnished with a bed and a dresser while the other was unfortunately quite bare. Gin would careful grab the mattress and carry down stair, they most assuredly would want to sleep as near to the fire as they safely could by the time he would get down stairs would his pots would be ready to pull off the heat. He would begin by mixing up the components for her tincture carefully grinding down seeds with the butt and arrow to find powder before dumping them into the pot, followed by a few leaves, and roots once it was done he would pour it into large mug for her. Then he'd begin to work on his salve.

As she would return to fire she would see Gin sitting topless his torso covered in ancient drudic marking he'd tattooed onto his skin. Along with a large scare that went through his abdomen just below his sternum. Hearing her speak he would turn to her smile laughing softly as he bowed. "Oh great demoness, I offer thin greatest praises for your wine and food. You are truely the most beautiful, powerful, and intelligent the world has ever known." He stuck his tongue out rose up to look at her his honed body now on display for her crimson orbs to feast upon. It was no wonder he was able fight toe to toe with spider queen his body was honed for survival, muscles toned, dense, not to large, and flexible. He'd take the mug in one hand walk toward her slowly before raising it to offer it to her. "A little remedy for the spider bite, I'm unsure if your infernal blood needs any help purging the toxins but this should help significantly and if not it's also a nice warm ginseng tea. Humor your subject oh wonderful demoness." He chuckled as he set the mug on a small shelf next to her.

He would them return to his other work kneeling back down he began to grind up more ingredients adding them to a mixture occasionally he would stop to taste or smell some of the components. "I'm working an old healing salve I used to make as child, I've refined the recipe quite a bit their really isn't anything better" he spoke in his own proud voice. Once the mixture was complete he would leave to set for a for awhile so it would thicken and cool down enough to use. He would then begin to prepare the bandages he would need for his wounds. "So was it?" He ask looking up from his task. "Was it cult activity? If so our work is only just stsrting we'll need to nip this in bud quickly to prevent anymore death." He spoke almost as if he'd known for ever so casual and calm. This was more Gins typical attitude, collected, casual, even a little playful at time. It was seldom he ever had an opportunity to share this side with some else.

Nephviri was so proud of herself and he strikers her ego like a good man should. Honestly despite her resting bitch face she had rather adorable expressions. For some reason he was calming to be around. Though don’t get her wrong her guard was still up and so she was unable to fully let herself get too comfortable with him. When he began to walk over to her she was brushing herself off of the snow and then gasped when he was suddenly standing by her. His body was sculpted very nicely and she was locked onto his scar for a moment before her pale cheeks flushed red before she averted her gaze. Clearing her throat she would move her hair behind her long ears before taking the tea he made for her. It was thoughtful but smart as having them both at 100% increased their chances of survival.

Turning away from him her wouldn’t be able to see her face anymore but the blush had spread to her ears so he could see that as well. “Thanks for the concern.” It was the most he would get out id her for the time being as she began to drink the hot tea. Her body would warm and she would shiver. Her tail slivering gleefully under the cape looking suggestive of one didn’t know that Infernals had tails. Her voice broke some of the silence. “Looks like you found some things to keep us warm tonight.” She said plainly as she would refer to the bed and blankets he had found while she was below.

She would continue to use her abilities to begin to chop up the food and meat and found another pot that she would use her fire to boil a stock from the bones and scraps from the meat and veggies. Pulling out her infinity pocket she began to pull out spices and other foods to help extend the flavor profile to something decadent and savory. Hell she even pulled out rice that would be added later to make a damn good porridge for breakfast. “I will handle the cooking. I would like to think you wouldn’t poison me but can’t be too careful.” Nephviri would walk over to the fire and continue talking. “I think this home belonged to a lower noble or a merchant. They had tons of stock in the cellar. Not to mention they have pipes in the walls to help heat things. Though I don’t know how it works but it would let us have hot water running through and get cleaned up.” Gods how she wanted a bath so badly.

stopping all movement from his comment she didn’t know how to answer. This may make her look more like a villain than a hero. “I couldn’t tell from the catacombs as it fell on us. But I believe so. Spiders don’t do well in the winter and if they were brought here it wouldn’t be on their own accord. It would be under the influence of a cult or another kind of dark entity.” Nephviri didn’t try to make herself look good nor did she care what he thought. They would probably part ways after this mission was over anyway so all of it was temporary. No reason to show weakness or affections.

Gins eyes where sharp and he noticed that her pale ears where flush with blood, he didn't think he'd done anything to warrant that but he smiled. He'd also notice her eyes lingering on his scare, but that was personal something we wasn't ready to share with her or anyone really. "Well for now at the very least I can I'd like to get us both in fighting shape again." He smiled as he would return to his salve. He would begin to scoop finger fulls if the salve onto his hands and slather them over his wounds, with a sharp inhale and quite grunt of pain. "Yes, as night sets the fire can only do so much too keep us warm well need to bundle up."

He pause for a moment to see that she had already began cooking stopping to watch. "Handle the cooking however you like I'm sure you'd have little intrest in plain food I'd prepare. I eagerly await your meal it smells divine" he would smile softly as he rested his hand on her shoulder. "I wouldn't poison you, hunters, have got higher standards. Beside I doubt I'd be able to make something strong enough if I tried." He chuckle softly as he sat down on the bed. "I would say you are correct this bed is really quite nice, the upstairs is also very fancy. I found their shower their as well. Perhaps after dinner you'd like to clean yourself up." He spoke warmly as he watched prepare the meal.

"Well unfortunately, until we can we be sure I'm going to be by your side I couldn't forgive myself if let this go unsloved. Besides for now we are allies but you said it yourself, you do as you wish on your own whims. If your own whims shift from helping people to hurting them I'll have to stop you" his eyes sharpened looking at her. "But I think beneath the appearance you've got a good heart."

Hearing him hiss from applying his salve to his cuts and wounds she would at first ignore it. His well being was only her concern right now cause their interests aligned. After hearing hips continue to torture himself she began to grow irritated. It wasn’t his fault she was just not used to having a companion in a very long time and it was making her anxious. So rather abruptly her clawed hand would shoot out towards the salve and he would take it in her hands. “Geez you make too much noise! You’re supposed to warm it up in you hands not just apply it cold.” Rubbing the paste in her hands she warmed it up nicely making it sound rather sloppy and sticky. From there she would meticulously begin to press and rub it in properly into his wounds. Claws grazing his skin every so often but she did nothing to harm him.

Her fingers came away a little bloody mixed with the salve since she was also wiping the wounds clean but she felt this was all she could do to help him. She had no healing magic… at least not one that benefits others. “There. They are shallow so you won’t need to stitch them up except one. Do you want assistance?” She asked as she tilted her head some closing her eyes revealing how long her lashes were against her pale skin. Wiping her hand on some cloth she reached into her infinity pocket and pulled out some needle and spider thread. Ironically it was much more sturdy than any steel when weaved like this. “As far as bundling up it’s best we sleep together. Body heat will do the body wonders when it comes to healing wounds.” She wasn’t wrong. Why an Infernal such as herself knew of such things would not be beyond his purview if he could see her as a person and not base it off of her race.

”hmm the food will take time to cook. So a bath would be best before then. She said as her magic continue to do the menial work. Once everything was ready she would set the scraps into the water and let it boil against the fire. “I feel rabbit would go great. Would that be too much to ask?” She said as she began to put in some berries and some other herbs that the rodents eat around here in the pot. Taking some thick wet bones in her hands she would crack them open and begin to season the marrow before placing them against the coals to cook the blood and nutrients inside. Nephviri knew a thing or two about hunting and cooking but she didn’t want him to feel he wasn’t going to be able to help.

“well that all depends on the others around me doesn’t it.” She stated as she flashed him her own sharp glance. it was a gaze that said ‘try me and find out’. Physical strength he would win, however in magical prowess she would eat into his mind and make him a husk of a man if she needed to. Warlocks were not looked kindly upon for such reason but she had no good reason to harm him in such a way.  “So do you. I would hope the looks aren’t everything to you.” She said with a bittersweet tone. She was not everyone’s cup of tea and so she never fathomed any attraction to form with others. Other Infernals sure or humans who fetishized other races definitely but she never met a human, elf or other race that found her to be appealing. Because of this she was misunderstood for her actions despite trying her best to do the right thing. It’s what led to her ‘I do what I want’ attitude.

When Viri would pull the salve from he would let her, and when she began to apply it he would grimace slightly from the pain. "I know how to apply a salve, I've been doing this for years" he spoke softly. Feeling her clawed hand run across his chest his body would shiver slightly and goosebumps would form on his arm. If she was perceptive she would notice he didn't find the feeling of her claws on his flesh unappealing. He would strech a little bit after the the first application was complete. He watched as her lashes closed seeming enthralled by her simplest motions. "If you'd like to stich me up, I won't stop you. I wouldn't want to get on your nerves again" he tease her lightly as he laid back and got more comfortable. Readying himself for the stitches.

"You're not wrong about the body heat, I've got no problems sleeping in the bed with you. As long as you don't mind a cuddler" he would smile warmly patting the bed next to him. He whistled to Tonic who come to land on her shoulder. "Tonic will have no problems getting us a rabbit I was about to let him go hunt anyway. He's nocturnal so he'll have no issues." He watched on almost in amazement as she would use her magic go perform mundane tasks it made him wish thag he would he would have had any talent when it come to magic. "You know you could add the marrow directly to mix to thicken it, and to help infuse the flavor, or that's how my father used to cook it." Seeing as it seemed the stiching would most likely come later, he would rise up from his seat and walk over to the door and let out his owl to hunt. "If you like to bath while we wait for Tonic to return I can maintain the meal, I won't ruin it I promise" he smiled.

As the tone of her voice shifted her look at her his eyes intense and focused perhaps she took what he said harsher then he intended. He walk towards her and would kneel slowly in front of her reaching out he'd rest one hand on her face holding it to look at him. "As beautiful as you are, the way you look means little me. It about your actions. Perhaps my suspicion was poorly place, but I know you harbor you own towards me" he pause and let out a soft sigh. "You may not be able to tell but I myself is am a half breed, my mother and elf and father a human. Neither side has claimed as their kin because they can see how different I am to them. They call my blood polluted, and my existence a fluke. The only thing that matters to me is your actions." His hand would gently slide down her face and neck his finger tips tracing her collar bone before resting above her heart his warm rough hand resting on her soft, cool, and pale skin. "What matters to me is here your heart, so far you've shown me nothing kindness and goodness. Forgive me judging you so harshly on your appearance." He would slowly pull his hand away looking at her, his face clearly conveying the sincarity and the compassion in his words and expresson before standing and turning away, for some reason he struggled to look at her. Why had he done that why had he just opened up like that perhaps this is was the first time he'd felt any compassion form anyone even if it was in her own unique way he could feel it.

He would walk towards the door before stepping out side feeling the cold air rush across his skin. He would take a few slow deep breaths in an attempt to control his own emotions for the first time in a long time. He was strong, physically, and mentally the feelings of weakness and helplessness from his youth would well up inside him. They maybe different but his heart told him they were the same on some level. Her powers were vast and impressive, but a battle between them maybe closer then either would think, but why, why would ever do anything to hurt her could he even do it if needed too?

“You apparently don’t if you were having the same troubles. See you aren’t even making as much noise as before.” Mostly because with her intense rubbing she was getting out the irritation from any loose debris that was caught in the cuts. Plus the warms of her hands was helping the inflamed skin. “You should let the salve work before we see you up.” She said as she set the thread and needle to the side so not to be lost or accidentally sat on. Upon his suggestion for the marrow she would nod giving a genuine smile. “Not a bad food truck. Once the marrow is rendered you can add it in.” Nephviri was about to get up before she was perched upon by the large predator bird. He would chirp and knead at her shoulder expectantly from being called by his master. Her feathers ruffled as a hand would reach up and pet under his beak. Such a beautiful bird.

when it flew away she was reaching into the infinity pocket for some clothes and a towel. She really didn’t have anything for him so the most she could do was mend his clothes and give him back his cloak. Though she didn’t notice him until his boots were in front of her. When he knelt down to her level she froze. It was clear she was uncomfortable as her hair literally would begin to lift at the strands almost like a dogs when they were on edge. Her nostrils flared and her tail began to weave back and forth as if she was ready to defend herself. Though that warm rough had was strangely comforting as slowly she began to still and relax. His word made her furrow her brow quickly as her gaze narrowed. She didn’t take his words to heart for the first part of his heartfelt speech.

As he continued Nephviri learns more about this half Elf. She hadn’t come across many in her travels but they were supposed to be abundant in numbers. All with their similar issues. It was sad to know neither side accepted them. They were similar but she was accepted by Infernals however not for good reasons. “I-I’m sorry that happened to you.” His fingers tickled and it made her breathing become less controlled as her chest would ebb and heave as she would breathe through her nose. Gulping some she did her best to stop herself from blushing but failed and turned her face away. This close he could see her freckle, could see her sclera was slightly black in comparison to his white ones. Effortlessly beautiful and yet cursed all the same.

Closing her eyes she slightly sneered as she tried to keep up a prickly bravado so he would not take her kindness so heavily. She could betray that trust at any moment at least that is what she was thinking. Couldn’t let your guard down even despite the fact that he was spilling his guts to a complete stranger like herself. Still the action made her fluster and become less threatening by the minute. “Y-You really shouldn’t trust me… with that information. I could use it against you ya know.” She said softly as she watched him pull away. A sense of loss washed over her but she did not stop him from walking away. She felt this was all thanks to the human part of their natures. The human side wants to see the good.

Getting up from her spot she would scurry to the stairs and begin to run up them clearly her shoes making noises against the wooden boards. Finding her way to the bathroom she would leave the door ajar just in case she had to make a quick exit. Lighting a few candles she lit up the room but just barely as she would turn on the water. At first the pipes rattled from not being in use so long and partially cause he pipes had frozen over. A hand on the metal she would funnel fire around he piping to unthaw and allow the water to flow up. Even then she had to wait as at first rust and dirt came out into the tub before it began to streamed clear heated water. Stripping and straining to get out of the muddy wet and cold clothing she had been wearing her body would ache as the bruises all over began to throb from the cold. Hurriedly she would would hop in and let out a small sound as she. Began to wash herself clean.

When Viri would tell Gin he shouldn't trust her with that he would stop in the door frame not looking back and speaking out softly "I don't care" his voice would begin to break as he spoke. Gin would hear her foot steps moving up the stairs something would tell him to chase her, he instead drove thay feeling down. Gin would walk further out into the storm to near by tree pausing in front of it. The cold snow would fall onto his back and almost instantly melt, from the heat from his body. His gaze would shift up to the tree before *thud* the sound echoing through the area. His breath would catch in his throat. *thud* just breath Gin his eyes welled up, *thud* control your emotions his face grew flushed with blood. Why *thud* why can't I breath *thud* *thud*  why can't I calm down *thud* why can't I just fucking focus! *thud thud thud* his mind raced as he struggled to regain control of himself. Frustrated and confused he collapse to his knees, tears screaming down his face falling from his nose and freezing before they fell to the snow. He sat their for a moment letting his emotions spill over into the empty snowscape before he would finally begin to regain his composure.

Tonic would drop a rabbit next to him before landing on his shoulder. He'd let out deep sigh before petting his friend. "Tonic ... I don't know what is going on with me. I didn't think I was still this weak". Gin would take the rabbit in one hand and pull an arrow from his quiver. Instead of confronting his feelings he would refocus his mind using the tip of the arrow to slice through the flesh he would begin the process of dressing the rabbit. Once finished he would walk back inside his knuckles torn and cut from the tree, and covered in blood from both the rabbit and himself. He would run a spit through the rabbit and drape it over the fire so it would begin to cook. Taking a brief moment to stir the food, and add the marrow to the helping it thicken nicely. Gin needed to apologize he it wasnt fair to Viri. He would slowly walk towards the stair looking up at them his heart heavy his mind cloudy. He would begin to walk up the stairs.

Once on the second floor he walk towards the bathroom where he could hear the water running he would pause starring at the door hung slightly a jar. He turn and lean back against the wall turning his head towards the cracked door. "Viri ... I'm sorry I uhm I'm sorry about what happened downstairs. It was wrong of me to dump all that on you at once. It just came out. I'm sure you've got your own past, your own motives whatever they I'm sure they come from a good place. Anyway I don't really know what else to say. I'll leave to you a shower." He knock on the wall with his hands gently. Before pushing off it and heading back towards the stair before going down he stop and look over his shoulder back to the bathroom.

Nephviri would get all of the goop and grime off of her body. Scrubbing her pale flesh raw and pink. She got the webs out of her hair and off her horns. Her ears would twitch some as she heard some thudding outside. She would look around to see if there was a window but there wasn’t so she had no idea what was making that sound. Still it didn’t stop her from becoming squeaky clean. The time along had her thinking and more frustrated than anything. Nothing compared to the emotional breakdown. Then again as an Infernal halfling her emotions were stunted and so she didn’t feel sorrow the same way.

Ad her bathing came to an end the smell of strange herbs filled the air with steam. Sitting on the edge of the tub she began to wring out her hair and moisturizing her skin with lotion from her infinity pocket. Hearing him begin to walk closer she didn’t bother covering up. Modesty wasn’t a thing where she was from and she couldn’t be seen as a high born lady even if she tried. Hearing his body lean against the wall she appreciated his distance. His voice sounded pained and she would walk over to lean on the opposite wall as she put back on her jewelry. She stayed silent even when he began to leave. Quickly she grabbed the towel from earlier and wrapped herself in it.

“Why are you constantly apologizing? Is not like you did anything wrong.” coming to the door her silhouette could be seen given how pale she was. Regardless she began to stalk over towards him. She smelled blood. While she wasn’t a vampire she was a predator of sorts and it riled her suppressed nature up from the depths of her being. She would jingle some from the metals clacking together as she got closer. Nephviri eyes began to glow red as she would stand in front of him. A hand would reach down to his own as she found the source of the scent. And then suddenly a long slick forked tongue began to lap up against his wound and cleaning his fingers of the blood. It was dark so he couldn’t see the color of her tongue but its shape could be felt as she cleaned him up in a most strange manner to him.

Gin could hear her walking closer to him, the soft sounds of bare feet on the wood snd her jewelry let him know she was coming. As she stood before he paused for a moment, was shat just in her towel, were her eyes  glowing. He would begin to speak as he felt take her hand he swallowed hard thinking she was going to say something meaningful back to him when suddenly he would feel her tongue glide across his flesh the forks swirling around his fingers his body would seem to shake as his knees buckled. "Wh~~ What the fuck" he would groan out softly before he would steady himself. "I've only apologized twice, I wouldn't hasten to say that is constantly" he struggled to get out letting her manipulate his hand how she saw fit at least for now. "I just ~mmhmm~ I just you don't deserve the way I've been acting." His voice would deepen slightly as in Gin's mind this was a very sexuslly charged act.

Once she had finished his first hand it move to rest on her curvaceous hip shifting her perfect nearly naked body so her back could be pressed against a wall. He would slowly bring his other bloody hand up placing the pad of his fingers on her lip slowly tracing their dark curves before he would begin to pull it away from her just out her reach using his body to hold her back. "Oh is this what you're after? Do you want more?" he teased sweetly pressing his body against hers so he could practically whisper it into her ear. His body still hot from from his earlier experience. He pressed himself against her desperate to feel more of her form in contact with his. Her body was an entire new realm of possibilities to him.

Perhaps Gin hadn't quite stabilized as well he had thought from the whiplash of intense emotions he'd been feeling sent his head in spiral as he tried to rationalize these actions. Could this be normal for an infernal or could Gin just be letting his insticts guide his body now sense it was so much easier than actually thinking. He didn't care at this particular moment he was just enthralled by the way her forked tongue felt on his senstive flesh. His hand on her hip would find its way into the towel through the overlapping fabrics his fingers digging into the soft, moist flesh of her ass as he pulled her against him. This could only end in a few ways he thought a risk he was very clearly eager to take.

Nephviri would lick her lips when she was done with the one had. His blood tasted sweet and quite delicious from his emotional he had been prior. The sounds he made made her heart begin to thud in her chest. This was exciting and strange. He seemed eager to go forward with the other hand but he backed her up against the wall, and she let him. She didn’t fight nor did she make a big deal about it. She felt it would make the situation awkward if she did. However she didn’t not like this.

A bloody finger laid against her dark lips and she would open her mouth keeping eye contact with the hunter. Her heated breath on the rough pads of calluses he built up over time. That long tongue went back to work how ever this time her mouth took a much more involved part as she would begin to kiss and suck at his fingers. Her saliva was hot and wet, something to be expected of someone like herself. His hand began to pull at the towel. She wore it only to be polite. Again modesty was not something she was used to and he seemed to agree.

as he whispered in her ear she could only chuckle some as it sounded dark and sultry. She refused to answer. She was teasing and being cheeky letting him listen to her breathing, how her body moved and what he was feeling. Talking was overrated. Though Gin could talk all he wanted she liked hearing his voice. It was pleasant. Her hands finally went to touch his frame. It felt strangely warm between them. The cold wasn’t even a problem, now it was his clothing and she was also mindful of his wounds. Her claws scraping gently against his skin as she growled some. This was fast and raw, probably not what he needed but it felt right.

he was getting badly as she felt his hand slip under the linen towel. Her skin was still damp and wetter in other areas. Her body was hot and plush which allowed his fingers to sink in. However it would probably feel weird as his fingers brushed around the base of her tail every now and again. Her left hand circled behind his neck as the same leg would wrap around his waste giving him clear and ease of access. She was becoming hot and bothered needing to be filled in the proper way. Nephviris other hand yanked and would unfasten his belt and it helped her slowly help him shimmy his length out of those confines called pants. She didn’t care much if he was dirty or overly eager but she did pause before making him look at her. A hand gripping his chin as a thumb pressed against his thin lips. “You sure?” She wasn’t going to force him but she felt he may regret it when done.

His mind was a haze of thoughts is this real? Have I died? He knew for certain it couldn't be illusion nor enchantment magic as he was naturally immune to those things. It had to be real the way her flesh pressed taught against him her breath falling slow and heavy on his neck the sweet aroma of her body all far to real. The way her mouth worked his finger would begin to push Gin into a nearly primal stage of lust he craved her embraced after all of the tension that been building he knew it needed a release and he knew what it needed to be now. Feeling her clawed against his skin drew him in more he didn't care if she was mindful of his wounds he could handle a little pain with his pleasure.

As her slender leg would swing up to his waist he reached down taking it his hand pulling her close. His hand on her ass moved to explore more if her delicate plush skin. Cautiously it slide to the base of her tail his hand wrapping around it or as much as he could he would delicately run It through his hands feeling it slife effortlessly through his fingers. Surprised by the sudden yank of his belt his hand would swiftly return to her ass with a resoundingly satisfying thump. His heart pounded the twp worked to remove his member from its confines once free he'd let out a sigh of relief finally the pressure would begin to release. His member was impressive, or at least he thought it was only a inch or two longer than average, buts it girth was what was truely impressive.

Feeling her hand on his chin he would look up to her his emerald eyes a blaze of lust and desire. He listened as she spoke, withholding his response he would pull her from the wall allowing her more freedom to move herself and more of her for him to touch. His hand on her hip with rip the towel from her body before the tips of his fingers would begin to travel up her delicate spin to just between her shoulder blades. He would pull her close as devious smirk curled on his lips. He'd shake his head free from hand. Before pressing his mouth against her neck he begin kissing lightly at first before sucking hard on the taut skin of her neck his warm rough tongue sliding across her tender flesh. His lips would begin to move up towards her ear as he would nibble softly on her ear lobe before finally giving her a response. "Oh Nephviri, I'm postive. The real question now is ... Are ... You ... Ready?" When he spoke her name it came out slow,  smooth, sultry, and pronounced correctly for the first time.

Nephviri was suspended at his determination. What really surprised her and had her putty in his fingers was how her played with her slender tail. It was not like felines but it was sensitive and allows for easily teasing and pleasing her. However she had never been played with like that before and she subconsciously began to moan out loud in a surprised tone. Her body began to tremble and press into him as she felt her nipples begin to tent the towel that covered her. “Ahn~” quickly her hand went to cover her mouth after he freed himself from her grasp.

when he would spank her in a wonderful thud she would jolt some in surprise once again. He was stupid good at finding out what she liked and it was making her slit dewy with anticipation. She shouldn’t have lead with her baser instincts he was dangerous. F he could see her face he would see her flushed in arousal and brows perked up in worry. That sigh he let out made her shiver. His sounds really did something to her and she couldn’t help but react. To be honest she wouldn’t have spurred this on if she couldnt build a small amount of appeal from him earlier. Still she was secretly glad this didn’t blow up in her face like she thought it would. This was the only thing she knew could provide comfort.

when he removed her from the wall she had to rely on his body as her hands held onto his shoulders. Fingers beginning to feel at his toned muscles. It would feel like a strange massage as she let her fingers spider against his skin still careful of her claws. Gasping after being pulled against him and feeling his rough fingers along her spine. He got her skin to shiver and flush in goosebumps. Softly her breathing became labored as her back and shoulders were fairly sensitive. Cooing and shuddering against him she then squealed feeling his lips against her neck. This made the infernal woman freeze from pleasure. She was half human afterall the same as him and so had the same weaknesses in the sexual aspect of life. His tongue felt so wonderful that she was buckling at the knees.

Squeaking when he began to suck at her alone she almost pushed away. He was indeed dangerous and making her overwhelmingly heated. A small growl from her throat came to the surface only to be dimmed down to a purr as she nibbled at her long ears. His proper pronunciation of her name made her heart flutter. Wait…flutter!? She began to stand straighter as she couldn’t have this happen. No way she was going to lose now. “You have no idea…” she said as she nipped at his nose and would use a hand to help guide his far cock to her hot weeping slit. She would stir and rub his glands against the entrance as her one leg was still wrapped around him. Soon with little effort his slipped past her folds and immediately brought a sigh of relief from her but this was only the tip nothing more. Her hips swiveling some as she aimed to tease him into taking her like her wants to. She was sturdier than any elf any human he could lay with. She could take punishment but then again that was the fun of it.
