My formatting isn't actually designed for phones at least vertically. The image placement actually plays hell with that but like I said I'm on a laptop most of the time.

so I joined and read a little of the lore, my initial plan is rather than play a hero or a villian I was wanting to play a civilian, specifically a reporter or otherwise some degree of a damsel in distress... now thats all fine and good but im not entirely sure how this lines up

Perfectly possible! I made sure to set the Character skeletons up to also allow for Civilian characters you just have to delete a few things is all.
The changes I made recently were actually to make the modern day portion of the rp more apparent since I imagine (could be wrong) thats where most people would want to be.

Any particular thing you're worried about in regards to that?
