  1. Location: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace I kept following Deadrin and his horse as we were heading to the stables that was conveniently located near one of Selil's entrances, on our way there I was thinking on what kind of horse should I keep an eye for, since that would be an important factor in our quest, my main thought was to look for one that was capable of carrying a lot of weight, considering that we were going into the forest to look for a precious mineral, then again, I wasn't exactly an expert at the topic, so when the time comes it might be a good idea to ask Deadrin's opinion. Upon reaching the stable I began to have a look at some of the horses located in the paddock, as to be expected, they all looked healthy and well cared, which was very good sign of the stable's quality. We made a quick stop so Deadrin could tie his horse's reins to a wooden pole nearby before we went in, I smiled a little in response the inconvenience that was Deadrin's size in that situation, finding it rather funny. Once inside, I began look around again, just like the ones outside, the horses within the stable seemed to be in good shape, however, my "inspection" was cut short when the stablemaster arrived, greeting us with a smile on his face and offering Deadrin a hand shake, which he didn't take, leaving the man hanging awkwardly and causing me to chuckle a little. Deadrin, as to be expected, wasted no time and asked straight for a horse with strong temperament so it wouldn't make a run for it at the first sign of trouble, I was actually glad he made said request because I haven't even considered that factor and we were about to go inside the forest, so trouble was surely to be expected. The stable master gave us a quick warning that our options would be limited before heading out and coming back a few minutes later with two horses, pulling their reins each in one of his hands, both animals were about the same size, a little smaller than Deagrin. "These are only available ones" he bagan to explain "this one is a Destrier horse, he is very strong and agile" he said looking at the dark brown horse to his right "and this one is a Courser horse, she is very fast and strong too" he looked at the white horse to his left side before turning his gaze back to us, waiting a response. I took a step forward and had a look at the two options, they both seemed to be good for me so I decided to ask help "Uhhh Deadrin? You are way more experienced than me in this regard right? What do you think?" I asked and took a step back so he could have a better look

  3. Location: Outside Deadrin's home, Upper Selil I gave Deadrin and his horse some space so they could move on, I simply nodded at the task given to me by the man, accepting it. After we were all on the other side of the gate, I calmly closed it again a locked the padlock, once my job there was done I rushed a little bit so I could catch up with Deadrin and his horse. While we were making out way through the city I noticed how Deadrin chose to keep walking on foot instead of riding his horse, which was really considerable of him, since some people feel powerful while doing so, seeing the others around them from above and all, which was stupidity in opinion but oh well. Just like before, we were both quiet most of the time, mainly focusing on what would come next instead of chatting about useless stuff, Odium took the opportunity to talk to me about something that was pretty unexpected coming from him *Hey, Izanagi* he began, calling my attention *Hmm? what is it?* I responded *At that time earlier, when that weirdo was talking to his horses, you became... quiet for a moment, you were thinking about something, weren't you?* It wasn't exactly surprising that Odium could tell that, after all, rather we like it or not, we have been together for more than a decade now, he knows me pretty damn well at this point *It was nothing, just forget about it* *Look, soon we will be heading to the forest again, there are all sorts of creatures there, which is nothing new for us, but you need to keep your head in the right place* as the very incarnation of wrath Odium was never really good at showing that he cared about others, then again, neither was I *Awww I didn't know you cared* I said in a teasing tone *Idiot, if you die I'll be sent back to hell* I rolled my eyes in response to his comment, Odium could be a hell of a tsundere at times. My attention snapped back at Deadrin when he asked if knew how to ride a horse, it had been a few years since the last time, but I still remembered the basics, so it shouldn't be a problem "Don't worry, my father thought me how to do it when I was a kid, I might be a bit rusty, but it should be okay" I replied with a smile, trying to hide the pain of thinking about my father
  4. Name: The Legendary White Troll. Region: unknown, reports of appearances were made all over the world. Diet: unknown. Description: A legendary and unique creature that is extremely rare to be seen. As an absolute master of illusion and trickery, not even the most wise and experienced adventurers were able to get even close to it, so much so that some belive it to be Loki himself playing tricks in mortals for fun. Over the centuries rumors began to spread that, if captured, the creature will lead you to unimaginable riches, then again, even after centuries no one was capable of getting even near it. Intelligence: Insanely smart, capable of tricking even the most intelligent people with ease. Weakness: none. Hostile: no, it just enjoys playing tricks on people, like leading them to a false treasure or making them get lost in places like forests and swamps. Danger: not really dangerous, just really trolly and annoying.
  5. Name: Forest Troll. Region: Can often be found within deep forests (duh). Diet: They eat damn near anything that fits in their mouths, both meat and fruits. Description: An adult is usually about 5 meters tall. They live most of their life alone, meeting only on mating seasons, very territorial, they are capable of using tree trunks as clubs and skin of dead animals as clothing, confrontation is not recommended mainly because of their brute strenght. They are also known for being formidable foes that will hardly give up on a fight, some adventurers have reported trolls that kept on fighting even after losing an arm. When extremely irritated they can enter into a berserk-like mode that increases their blood flow, causing their skin to get visibly red and their attacks to get stronger for a few moments. If engaging in battle can't be avoided, it is recommended to target it's vital spots and try to kill it as fast as possible, their anatomy is very similar to a human's, asside from the bigger muscles, stronger bones and thicker skin, so strikes in the head, neck and heart are the best approach, they are also uncapable of creating strategies, taking advantage of their inferior intellect is also recommended. Even though their hearing isn't really good, they have an incredible sense of smell, which they use to detect the smell of other trolls and their domains, a normal human nose can't detect those smells so easily, which result in people invading their territories by accident and getting killed as result. The males tend to be more agressive than the females, but if found pregnant or with it's child the situation changes. Intelligence: Primitive, capable of using basic tools, but not much else, more detais in the description. Weaknesses: Their main weaknesses are their lack of intelligence and predictable behavior, but also, due the amount of fat in their skin, they fairly easy to set on fire, which is why they will usually avoid contact with it, however, it doesn't scare them enough to make them avoid a battle. Hostile: They are very aggressive and won't think twice before attacking if you are in their territory or if they are hungry, more detais in the description. Danger: Very dangerous, they are strong enough to lift heavy boulders and rip trees from the ground with without much effort, plus they often use tree trunks as weapons, avoid getting hit at all costs.
  6. Location: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil marketplace. At that point it was more than clear to me that Deadrin really cared about the two horses, hell he was even talking to them and they seemed to understand each other in a very deep way, even thought the animals were clearly not capable of speaking, they were obviously communicating with each other, that made feel... weird, not exactly because I was quite literally watching a men talking with two horses as if they were actual people, after all though the years travelling around I had seen my fair share of weird stuff, not to mention that I had the soul of one of the most powerfull demons in existence fused with my own, if that isn't weird, than I don't know what it is, but seeing the way that the men and the animal were linked with each other, all that... respect, caring and, may I even dare to say, love for one another, that was causing me to feel... envious? I couldn't say for sure, but it was clear that what I was seeing right there in front of me was something that I myself haven't felt in a long time, in fact the only two that ever made feel that way were my parents, but my father was long gone and my mother was, hopefully, safer without me back in my hometown, so I guess it only made sense to feel a little... bothered by that. My thoughts were, thankfully, interrupted by Deadrin saying that pretty much everything was ready, all we had to do was to get myself a horse and we would be ready to begin our quest "Right" I said nodding a bit and trying to hide how thoughtfull I was just a second ago "Please lead the way"
  7. Location: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil marketplace I nodded quietly in response to Deadrin's comment and followed him out of the house, placing one of the saddlebags on the ground for a brief moment so I could have an easier time closing the door behind me once we were both outside. With that out of the way, I picked up the saddlebag that was on the ground once again and continued to follow the house owner through the area. It didn't take me long to notice that we were not heading to the front gate from which we came when arrived here, once again I found myself curious about what was coming next. At the very moment that I saw the stable I felt as if my memory had just clicked, I had completely forgotten about that part, probably due to all the recent nervousness of being someone's guest after so many years traveling around by myself *Oh right, I had forgotten about the horses* I thought carefreely *Heh dumbass* responded Odium, of course he wasn't going to waste a chance to mock me, but I was already used to it at this point *Oh shut up* I responded, not really minding him. I waited until you had opened the gate before walking in right behind you. It was really surprising to see the way that the two horses behaved, even though they clearly had the option to freely walk around, they chose to stay within the horseboxes and not only that, but once they noticed Deadrin's presence they quickly turned around to greet him, it reminded me a bit of soldiers greeting a general or something like that, but way less formal. I blinked a few times in confusion after seeing you talking with one of the animals, I knew that some people can get really attached to their pets, but that was a bit too much in my opinion *I can't possibly be the only one here that thinks it is weird to talk to a horse* commented Odium in a indignant tone *Well, he must really like them I suppose...* to add insult to injury the animals seemed to understand and even respond accordingly. My train of thought was interrupted by Dreadrin presenting the horse to me, I placed the saddlebags on the ground for a brief moment and began to chanel a little bit of my energy on my back, creating a small attraction force, I then proceeded to place the katana that I had been holding with my right hand all along in that area, as result the weapon stayed there and my hands were free once more, I stretched one my arms a little in the direction of the horse in front of me, as if I was going to pet it, but half way through I hesitated and decided against it, simply replying in a polite tone "Nice to meet you Deagrin" I smiled
  8. Location: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace I found Deadrin's words to be quite reassuring, it was good to know that we had options in case of emergency, I wasn't exactly worried before, but I was more than willing to accept anything that would increase our chances of success. I simply nodded at Deadrin's suggestion and followed him from the kitchen to the front hall, once the saddlebags were placed on the ground and the man who was carrying them had disappeared from my sight once again, I decided to simply sit on the ground beside the bags while waiting for him to return. Not long later, Deadrin had returned with the bedrolls in hand and a unknown item in his hip, with I immediately assumed to be a sword, even though it seemed to be different from anything I've ever seen, mainly due to the strange crystal in the pommel, but I wasn't going to question him about it. I quickly got up and lifted the saddlebags with my hands "Alright, looks like we are set then" I said in a calm tone

  11. Location: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace I was still chewing and savoring my last bite from the meat pie when Deadrin mentioned that he was going to get a few supplies, I didn't want to speak while my mouth was still full, since that was something impolite to do and being impolite was the last thing I wanted to do at that situation, so I simply nodded in response and watched as the man placed his plate in bucket nearby and, with his dog as company, made his way inside was I assumed was the pantry, since it would only make sense to store this sort of supplies in there. While Deadrin wasn't around I had finished dealing with the meat pie and proceeded to eat the slice of cheese that was remaining in my plate. Upon taking the first bite I quickly noticed that the flavor was a bit different from any cheese I had eaten before, not in a bad way though, the taste had a certain... depth to it and it was really good. *That guy is hiding something* commented Odium, luckily I don't need to use my mouth to think back a response to him, so kept eating *Well, is not like he is the only one doing so...* I responded taking another bite of the cheese *Don't act as if you are not at least curious about him. You saw it didn't you? when you used your Soul Eye, that guy has an incredible amount of energy within him. Don't you want to find out more about it?* overall, Odium didn't care much about other people, but the uncommon soul energy that we saw in Deadrin got his attention *Look, I am curious about it, I won't deny that, but at the same time I don't want to stick my nose on what is none of my business, specially considering the amount of power we saw in that guy, I don't want to get in his bad side...* Surprisingly enough, Odium gave up on arguing about that subject, with that out of the way, I took a final bite of the cheese and placed my place in the same bucket that Deadrin did, assuming that was the right thing to do, before sitting back again at the same chair I was and waiting for the man to return. Not long after, Deadrin returned with saddlebags and placed them over the table and saying it should be enough supplies for about a week, which was good, unexpected events where always a possibility "Well thought, it is always good to be prepared, if necessary I can hunt down creatures or fruits that are safe to eat" after all these years traveling around, I learned a few things
  12. That is perfectly fine, don't worry about it. Hope you get better soon!
  13. Location: Deadrin's house, Selil While Deadrin was busy dealing with the food related stuff, I took a few deep breaths to calm myself down *I still don't understand why you are so nervous...* at that point Odium was genuinely curious about my nervousness, after all, he had already seen me fight against many different monsters in the past, yet, when it comes to socializing with people... *I just don't want to screw up you know? this guy has been really nice to me, so the last thing I want is to be impolite or disrespectful* Odium simply chuckled sarcastically in response *It is kind of ironic don't you think? you've literally fought against all kinds of monsters in our journey to this city and you have a demon fused to your soul, but suddenly you found one person who is willing to treat you nicely and BAM! nervousness* before I could have replied, my attention was turned to Deadrin placing a plate with food in front of me "Don't worry about it, the food seems to be really good anyway" I wasn't lying, both the cheese and the pie seemed to be really tasty and I was right, upon taking a first bite of pie I could feel how well seasoned it was, the meat was pretty soft too, which was something that I personally really liked. While I was eating, doing my best to keep myself under control instead of simply wolfing it all down, I noticed Deadrin's affection for the dog, which was something really nice to see, but it did make me feel a little bad for almost withdrawing my sword against the animal
  14. Location: Deadrin's house, Selil As Deadrin and I continued to walk through Selil I was getting more and more amused by all the houses in that particular area, they were all considerably big, from my point of view anyway, since the only place I ever called home was a small and modest cottage in my hometown, however, the biggest surprise was when Deadrin stopped in front of the house with a large and beautiful garden, the plants and their colors were diverse and yet they combined incredibly well, I stood still for a second there, with my gaze stuck at the garden containing plants that I had never seen before *Wow, this is just beautiful...* I thought before hearing Deadrin welcoming me into his house. Once the door was opened I heard the sound of something approaching and rather fast, seeing the wolf-like creature heading in our direction I instinctively placed my right hand at the handle of the silver plated katana and got in a combat position, however, when I saw that the creature wasn't a threat I relaxed again, I didn't want to to hurt the creature or anything, in fact, logically speaking it wouldn't make sense to keep a hostile creature inside your own house, but I didn't have time to think on any of that, it was only a refex. I simply followed Deadrin through the house, it didn't take me much time to realize that the place was wonderful, however, I couldn't help but begin to ask myself just how much was the man earning, since he could afford to live in such a big house, finally, we arrived at the kitchen and Deadrin told me we could eat there *R-right...* I nervously responded before sitting at one of chairs around the table, I was having a hard time hiding my nervousness because it had been a really long time since I had been someone's guess
  15. Location: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil marketplace I was a bit surprised at first by how direct Deadrin's answer had been, but I couldn't really complain, after all, I was also a pretty straight forward guy most of the time *Wow, talk about going straight to the point eh?* commented Odium *Yeah, but that's a good thing, from my point of view anyway...* I thought while focusing my eyes on the world around me, trying to create landmarks to help me remember the area, just in case I need to go through same trajectory alone *Hmm? what do you mean?* at that point Odium was already beginning to understand that I had another reason to make the previous question *I can now tell that Deadrin is not the type of guy who keeps rambling useless information or details, which is good, beca-* *Because you are also the type of guy who likes to cut to the chase, heh, interesting...* said the demon interrupting me *By the way, how do you think it take us to arrive at his house?* Odium was already starting to lose his patience *Geez, calm down will you? we left the shop not long ago* not to mention that I didn't want to bombard the man with unnecessary questions, I would simply follow him until wr arrive at our destination, should it take too long, I will ask him about it
  16. LOCATION: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace I honestly didn't know exactly how to react to Deadrin's invitation, it was very tempting since I found myself very curious about the man and eating something before beginning our quest inside the dangerous forest sounded like a really good idea, however, dealing with people in general wasn't my strong suit, especially considering that I had just met the blacksmith and the last thing I wanted was to disrespect or bother him somehow, that said, Deadrin also proved to be a really nice and kind person so I decided to go with him, promissing myself to do best to not do anything dumb. "Alright then..." I said in a humble tone once again as I stepped outside the door and allowed the man to lead the way to his house. While we were walking I was thinking on possible conversation subjects, again, socialization never was something really easy for me, but at that point I felt like it was at the very least worth trying a bit. Finding a good subject to talk about was giving me more truble than I thought it would, I simply couldn't find something stimulant enough *Why are you so nervous? it's not like you are going the meet a king or anything* commented Odium in a slighly mocking tone *I know, I know, but still...* it was then that I had the idea to ask about the only thing I knew Deadrin really liked: his shop. "So, Deadrin" I began "how long has it been since you opened your shop?"
  17. Location: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace I simply nodded in response to Deadrin's affirmation, while I was patiently waiting for the blacksmith's return I thought about his previous comment: 'katana-like weapons are not common in Craethiel', that reminded me of just how far I was from my hometown *We've come a long way huh?* I was mostly thinking to myself, but Odium was able to hear it too *Thinking about your hometown? I thought you wanted to get as from that place as possible...* the demon commented *Well... yeah, but I also want to find a place where I can settle down and be myself. Without having to worry about people finding out about my... our secret* Odium simply didn't reply and without even noticing I was kinda looking down, lost in thought. When the man came back I turned my attention back to him once again and smiled slightly upon hearing that he actually had the weapon I asked. After taking the weapon in my hand and unsheating it I couldn't help but notice that both Deadrin and the rumors I heard about him before were correct, the sword was incredible, well polished, balanced and sharp "Wow... I have to admit Deadrin, this weapon is incredibly well made" I said keeping my gaze at the shiny blade in my hand. Once I heard you saying you had to go home I quickly sheated the katana again and turned my attention back to you "No problem, want me to go with you? I can wait outside until you are ready"
  18. LOCATION: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace Hearing about Deadrin's wife getting angry at him for going on dangerous adventures caused me to crack a slight smile chuckle a bit "I can only imagine why..." I commented in a playful and sarcastic tone, despite the fact that I have never been in a relationship myself, for some reason I found rather funny to think one someone arguing with his wife for reasons like 'you are too adventurous', ironically enough I was pretty sure that this is sort of problem that I would have to face almost constantly if I was in a relationship myself, that is of course if I ever find someone crazy enough to marry the embodiment of the deadly sin of wrath... It was good news to hear that there was a horse I could use, then again I couldn't help but think that taking care of the horses in addition to ourselves could be a bit problematic, so taking extra caution was very important, which is precisaly why I decided to accept Deadrin's offer and take a silver sword with me. Usually, I would refuse to take anything that I consider unnecessary, since my Hell's Chain and the Evil One were more than enough to take care of damn near everything I had faced so far, however, those were not normal circunstances "That sounds like really good idea! Is there a big sized katana among those silver plated weapons you mentioned? I don't mean to be demanding, but it is the type of weapon that I am most used to..." I said in a humble tone
  19. Location: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace As William showed up once again to take the broken sword I couldn't help but think it was interesting to know that Deadrin had something like a safe in a blacksmith shop. During my time traveling through the world I had visited a few different blacksmiths as well, but none of them had safes inside *Huh, do you think he uses that safe to store any weapon that needs repair or only a few selected ones?* I asked Odium *I don't know, it could also be his personal safe of something... why do you ask? do you want to steal it?* the demon responded in a surprisingly casual tone *Of course not! I am many things, but a thief is not one of them. I am just curious okay?* Truth to be told, I was always the type of guy who just likes to look around the places I find myself in, I didn't know why though. It was a bit surprising to know that I was about to head on a quest with Deadrin himself, since I was pretty sure that he would send one of his students with me, but I wasn't going to complain, even though I was pretty sure I could take care of myself and whoever else was coming with me. It also got my attention when he said that it had been a while since the last time he went on a adventure "Oh, you are the adventurous type of person eh?" I commented in response. My father did teach me how to ride a horse before he went to fight in the war when I was a child, even though it was a long time ago I still remembered the basics, however, I didn't have a horse "Hmm, yeah I guess that makes sense, but unfortunately I don't have a horse..." I responded rubbing the back of my head again
  20. LOCATION: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace Honestly, it was a relief to hear Deadrin's proposition, it meant that there was a way for me to get the relic fixed after all, and not only that, but if there really were such valiable materials hidden within the forest, then I could maybe even live in Selil by acquiring said materials and selling them, plus going on expeditions through the woods would increase my chances of finding new hellish relics, there were a few problems however, I didn't know how to navigate through the forest since I had arrived in Selil not long ago and I wouldn't be able to recognize the Kraerhil among the other materials in the area, since I never saw it before, plus I didn't know how to extract it without damaging it, after all, I was a fighter, not a miner. "Well, I won't have any problems fighting the mosnters, but..." I placed one hand on the back of my head and chuckled a bit nervously "I don't think I can find the material you want by myself, I mean... I arrived in Selil not too long ago, so I don't know much about this place and even less about the forest..." that said I immediatly began to think on a possible solution *You are pathetic you know that? we got a golden opportunity here you keep bitching about location problems...* said Odium interrupting my line of thought *Shut up dammit! I am trying to came up with a solution here and you are not helping!* luckly for me I actually came up with a idea "Hey uh... do you think that you or maybe one of your apprentices could came with me?" I wasn't really confident in the idea, after all you had just said it was a dangerous place, but my options were limited anyway "I mean, think about it" I placed my hand back in my pocket "even if I did know the area and all the reference points you gave me, wouldn't make sense to bring someone with knowledge about the material we are looking for? not to mention that I don't know what is the best way to extract said material too..." I used the best arguments I could to try to convince Deadrin, since I would need help with my quest
  21. LOCATION: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace Hearing how much the repairs would cost made look in shock for a few brief moments without even noticing, while I wasn't exactly expecting it to be cheap, I surely didn't think it would cost that much "Oh... I see, uhm... this might be a problem..." I placed my right hand on my chin and closed my eyes as I took my time analyze my options, after all, despite the fact that I didn't have enough money to pay the repairs, I couldn't use the relic in its broken state *So? what is the plan now?* asked Odium *Well, maybe I can convince him to repair the sword in exchange for something...* I responded, still thinking if there was something else I could do *Like what? this guy probably has enough money to buy damn near anything he wants, plus he also has all of his students here...* considering how much he was charging for his services it would make sense to assume he has a lot of money, but I didn't really catch the second part *Wait, I agree about the money part, but what does his students have to do with anything?* Odium, obviously, wouldn't waste a opportunity to mock me again *Well duh, if he wants something he could simply ask one of them to do it for him* I chose to simply ignore the fact he was mocking me again and kept my focus on analyzing if my idea was worth trying or not *That is true, but there might be something that his students can't do right? besides, the worst that could happen is he saying no* Oduim sighed before finally agreeing with me *Well, a broken relic is useless anyway so...* After a few brief moments of thinking I opened my eyes again and placed my hands back in my pants' pockets "So, the bad news is: I don't have enough money to afford the repairs; but I do have a proposition,or rather, a question for you: is there something else you would exchange for your services? who knows right? maybe I could get it for you..." now all I could do is hope that you would accept my proposition
  22. LOCATION: Deadrin's Blacksmith, Selil Market place The reaction of the people around surprised me a little specially after I had heard the 'master Deadrin' part *Master huh? I only can assume that these people are his students or something like that...* I thought while William went off to fetch his tutor *By the way Odium, it should be safe for the blacksmith to touch the relic right? even though he isn't an embodiment of sin and all?* to be honest, I began to wonder about that while I was still making my way back to the city 'are only embodiments of sin allowed to touch demonic relics?' *I highly doubt it will be a problem, that black stone back there was the only security system, and since we already got the sword out of it, there shouldn't be any real danger left* responded the demon in a surprisingly reassuring tone *specially considering that the relic itself was damaged, which implies that the stone reached this realm a long time ago* I discretely sighed in relief *Thank goodness, the last thing I want is to hurt an innocent soul* once again, Odium did not waste a chance to remind me about my sins from the past *As if you haven't done that before* he spoke in a irritating and mocking tone, likely referring to moment when he possessed me for the first time and killed all the cultists involved in the ritual that changed my life forever, but I was sure about two things: 1) Those people were by no means innocent souls and 2) I wasn't the only one to blame for their deaths, so I responded in a angry tone *Odium, we already talked about this and-* I was interrupted however, by the sound of a door closing. I immediately assumed that the man walking towards me was Deadrin, while he was approaching I took the opportunity to analyze him, even though he seemed to be a normal person, a few details got my attention: First of all, he was a lot younger than I expected, considering how he was called 'master' before, I thought he would be about 35 or 40 years old, but he seemed to be about my age; Second of all, his eyes were red, just like my right one, but in a darker tone; And by last but definitely not least, he had this weird... aura around him, it was different from anything I had sensed before so I couldn't tell what exactly that meant. I looked a bit surprised after Deadrin has presented himself, being greeted in such a formal and polite way was not something I was really used to, specially considering that most of the time Odium was my only company and... well, being polite isn't exactly his strong suit "Oh, uhm... nice to meet you Deadrin, my name is Izanagi Durum" I presented myself with a quick bow as a sigh of respect "I heard that you are the best blacksmith in Selil, so I wondered if you would be able to help me with this" I said handing you the massive sword in my right hand, while you were distracted looking at the unknown item I activated my Soul Eye for a few instants and what I saw was... surprising to say the very least, your soul was a bit different from a normal human's one, it had a really intense flow of energy around it, while that didn't necessarily mean you were not human, that also meant you were certainly not a normal one either. "So? what do you think? can it be fixed?" I asked, somehow managing to hide how surprised I was from my recent discovery "Oh and... how much will it cost?"
