  1. I'd like Nilaa to be marked Active for now in case she does interact with anyone!
  2. Unfortunately I don't really like creating too many characters, especially now that stuff is a little busier for me. But I'll consider it!
  3. I love public ones!
  4. I'll be back tomorrow if anyone wants to hang out with Nilaa! Well technically tonight now. Also welcome back those who were away!
  5. The distance between them was closed. A hand was extended towards her, one belonging to the female creature. Blue orbs honed in upon the limb, tracking every movement it made. What was it trying to do? Was this some sort of slow careful attack? Pet her? Rinako tensed up. What did that even mean? She felt the hand settled atop her head. It started to move, to brush through her hair and rub against her scalp. The young wolf remained tensed for another few seconds, but the pleasant feeling ultimately broke that tension. With a content smile and a little wag of her tail she ended up leaning just a slight bit into it. It actually felt quite pleasant! For the moment this strange scary situation eased up within her mind. There was something wrong with the male. His scent was a little different. Whatever it was made her feel just the slightest bit warmer. More troubling was his face: it was red! Why was it so red? Was he sick? Or perhaps angry? Something else caused it too. Embarrassment? Yeah, that was it. Was he embarrassed? Why would that be the case? He hadn't done anything embarrassing yet. Of course there was nothing covering Rinako's body. Everything was exposed. There wasn't even extra hair to cover her sex! Occasionally the hair from her head, which was quite long, was able to partially conceal certain parts of her when moved in the right way, but that was all a matter of luck. Not that Rinako would have it any other way, in fact she found it more strange that they were wearing clothes in the first place. Would it not hamper their movements? It was pleasant enough in here as well. They didn't really need anything extra. Wouldn't it be too warm? Now the boy's hand was outstretched towards her. It didn't settle atop her head, instead resting in front of her face. She leaned closer, sniffing a couple of times at it. Now she had a little clearer idea of what his scent was and what the foreign scent was. It did smell pleasant, if a bit overpowering for her. In any case she had to figure out why it was where it was. He wasn't doing the pet thing on her and she assumed that he was not offering himself up as a meal. What sort of creature would do such a thing? Perhaps this was a sign of submission? It was entirely possible that he saw her as the alpha here. Rinako's lips parted, mouth carefully positioned in order to gently grip the man's hand with her teeth. No pressure was exerted as she didn't want to actually bite and break skin. Instead she held it there for a few moments, accepting the man's submission, only to then release him with a few parting licks to the spot she'd grabbed. He was free to assist the female in the petting. Perhaps she could turn these two into a new pack!
  6. Nilaa also is available.
  7. Location: North-east of Kalath, en-route to Enutpen’s Glory Rayvenne was certainly right. Unless Maed had set some sort of preservation spell upon herself, she was more than likely gone by this point. Physically, at least. Of course she did want to meet Maed, to learn from her, but Rayvenne had already made peace with her passing. Bringing her back would be cruel. It might even be cruel to Maed herself! Luna didn't quite know what it was like to return from the dead, or what sort of things the spirits might experience. Speaking to Raeghan about those sort of things was a very good idea, as he was bound to have some insights, but perhaps it would be better to leave things as they were. Besides, what if she messed up? Who knows what sort of horrific things might happen then! "Thank you. I shall take a look at it later, but I will let her rest." Perhaps she would look more into such things if it ever became evident that Maed was not at rest, but until then she would suffice with the information she could gleam from the tome itself. Of course if she had delved into necromancy then it was entirely possible she'd been working on something for immortality as well. Perhaps Luna could learn something to help Rayvenne! Maybe even Raeghan if he wanted a more permanent fix for a Human form. Perhaps it might even have something in there about Dragons that could help them! It is exciting to think about what possibilities exist within that book!
  8. While Keya didn't have the wonderful chest of Julia he was, none the less, quite soft! She was of course a little curious about how someone with such a large tail was comfortably able to lay on their back, but such thoughts were immediately pushed aside when the boy's hand settled atop her head. This time it didn't leave the spot. Nilaa's eyes closed, a content sigh escaping from her as she leaned into the hand. She didn't need to sleep but this was certainly worth it to stay still. Her tail even managed to settle down behind her! Nilaa wasn't tired but she was quite content. Her eyes shut, her body went still, and her breathing calmed down. If she were tired then she probably would have fallen asleep pretty quickly, especially with the beating of Keya's heart rhythmically playing for her ear. It was especially nice when his hands focused upon her ears as they were a bit sensitive. When he rubbed against a particularly sensitive spot she did end up wiggling just a bit, but otherwise she remained still.
  9. Location: North-east of Kalath, en-route to Enutpen’s Glory Now the bunny was even more excited to venture up the mountain! It was the sort of place her parents never got to see. Also perhaps she might find new ingredients to test! Of course that could be dangerous sometimes, but she had a method to test whether or not something was at least poisonous. Even so, the testing stage was always an exciting adventure! One never knew what sort of affects anything might have until one tried them! I've just got to be a little more careful with other people around. Sometimes it can be a little embarrassing! Luna followed Rayvenne's gaze to Lucky. Of course she hadn't ever had the opportunity to bring Lucky up into the mountains. Rayvenne had a good point there too. Besides, it would certainly do him some good to relax and unhitch for awhile. "Okay. You probably have a better eye for this sort of thing." Even so, it might be good to look into brewing something for both of their horses. Perhaps she could make something that could keep them warm up there? She assumed it was going to be cold. "O-oh. Sorry." Ears drooped slightly. Well now she felt bad about bringing it up! But at least she knew. It was unlikely that something mysterious had happened to the woman in that case. Probably. Again, necromancy was not her forte. Of course since Maed had dabbled in it the likelihood that she was still around was certainly above zero! But then perhaps there would be a reason for her not to show herself to her friends as well. "I had hoped to meet her. There is so much to ask her! And she sounds like an amazing person. Also I thought maybe you might want to again. B-but if she is at rest then I would be reluctant to call upon her. I thought something else might have happened to her as well and I wanted to make sure it hadn't."
  10. If she didn't like it or want it she could take it off, or do other things to it. She probably would if a stranger had given it to her. But Keya was her friend! He had given her something nice. She wasn't going to just ruin it! Or eat it, as much as she wanted to! Of course she probably wouldn't wear it too much outside of his room either. But she could wear it here and now. That much she could bear. When her head was patted again she closed her eyes, remaining still. Well, mostly still. Her tail was wagging again even if it did brush against the shirt. Then after a few moments she noticed the patting was over with! Opening her eyes again revealed that the boy was leaving! Thankfully he didn't go far. Now he was just laying on his bed. Also his shirt was finally open! And once more it revealed no answers to the poor wolf. Oh well. Now what did she do? The first thing was to continue exploring the place! She walked out, moving a little more carefully now to limit how much the shirt brushed against her tail. At least the clothes weren't fitting too tightly to her body. In any case she distracted herself by looking at the many pictures around the room. Who were all these people? Some were of Keya, but most didn't appear to be him. Had he really met this many friends?! When she was finished with that she looked briefly towards the kitchen. She had to avoid that place. It would only tempt her. She didn't want to clear out the rest of his food. With that option exhausted she finally turned her gaze back towards the unaware Keya! Nilaa had already slept. She wasn't too tired right now. But she did enjoy cuddling! Last time she cuddled with a friend it had led to some very new and exciting activities too! And so with tail wagging fiercly she made her way over to the bed, hopping up until she was straddling Keya's lap! Her hips wiggled from the power of her excited tail, in fact her entire body was moved just a slight bit by the force of it! Then she flopped forward, laying against the boy's chest. Paws rested against his arms loosely, face pressing against the exposed skin of his torso, nuzzling softly. It certainly wasn't as comfortable as Julia, but it was still nice!
  11. Location: North-east of Kalath, en-route to Enutpen’s Glory It was a good opportunity for Luna to take a break from her studies. She was always excited to learn new things! A history lesson, especially from someone who might have been old enough to have witnessed the history, was pretty exciting! Okay, maybe Rayvenne wasn't that old. Or maybe she was? Luna really didn't know. Even so it was kind of fun to imagine it. "That makes sense. Enutpen sounds like a really tricky person! Although admitedly I don't really know much about the conflict either. But it is always neat to learn why things are called the way they are." The little bunny nodded a couple of times, shutting her tome. For the moment she tucked it back into its leather carrying satchel. It was a sheathe of sorts for the one weapon she had access to. "About the only thing I know about any mountain is that it is dangerous. That's why we never ventured to them, although I have always wanted to check one out. I'm sure there are plenty of neat ingredients up there, maybe even some that aren't even catalogued!" Rayvenne had a good point as well when it came to traveling up the mountain. Lucky wasn't really built for that sort of thing and neither was her wagon. Storing the wagon somewhere hidden would be a simple enough task. Lucky on the other hand was a different matter entirely. "I can hide my wagon pretty easily. But Lucky here might have difficulties going up a mountain. He's tough but I don't know if he is that tough, you know?" Checking the other tome wasn't a terrible idea. "I don't think I have anything in mine that might help. It might be good to check Miss Maed's tome. Speaking of which, I had wished to ask to look at it. You see I wanted to see if there was any way that I could try to contact her. Um, with your permission of course. Or perhaps locate her if she is still alive. I mean it is possible, right? Especially if you never found a body. There is all sorts of crazy magick out there."
  12. Eventually she did release her grip, freeing the poor man from the soaked wolf. Once more she returned to the warm bubbly water, slipping back beneath the surface. It was very calm within the water. Alas, she could not stay here forever. She had to eat sometime after all! When she next surfaced she was told to stand up, and so she did. A towel was lifted up and, anticipating what was coming, Nilaa raised her arms overhead. Once it was wrapped around her body she leaned into the boy, hugging around his shoulders as yet another lick was delivered to his cheek! When she was set down again she found that she was taller than she normally was! Oh wait, no, she was on the stool. Well it was nice to imagine at least. The little wolf remained still as her body was patted down. He didn't seem to dry off every spot, but it was probably good enough. Of course drying her off in this sort of way left her already wild mane even messier, even leaving her tail nice and poofy! She didn't seem to mind. When she was embraced in yet another brief hug she returned it once more! Again her tongue lapped at the boy's cheek. It was nice to show affection after all. Settled down upon the floor Nilaa briefly shivered at the feeling of the chilled tile. However she wouldn't move, just as she was instructed. She was however curious as to where he went and why he left. Was he going to bring her food?! How long would he be gone anyways? Not long as it turned out! Keya returned, this time armed with a large shirt! Was that for her? Did he want her to get dressed in clothes?! Her ears flattened back against her head. She didn't quite like that idea. Clothes were uncomfortable! She had devoured the last set someone had tried to place on her. Still, she had trusted Keya this far. Might as well give it a try, right? Nilaa allowed her arms to be moved, remaining perfectly still as she was dressed up. It did feel a little warmer, but it also felt weird having something draped over her body. She shivered, looking down over herself. At least her tail was partially comfortable, but having something pressed against the base felt off. Even so, this wasn't someone forcing her to wear something. This was a present. A gift! She couldn't just ruin that. It would be mean. Her gaze returned up to meet with Keya's, tail wagging softly behind her. That was a bit uncomfortable, but she would bear with it for his sake. At least now she was somewhat covered! Nilaa did like that it was loose and flowy.
  13. Location: North-east of Kalath, en-route to Enutpen’s Glory Lucky of course didn't mind the pace they were traveling at. Slow and steady was better for him with the weight he had to pull. Of course she also knew that he did enjoy running free when he had the opportunity, but then that generally wasn't an option either. Still, she tried to give him time when they found an appropriate spot for it. Out here with the forests was not the best location. Throughout the day Luna delved into her tome. It was pretty ancient and it did hold many a spell, however it did not seem focused enough upon necromancy to offer her any insights into contacting the dead. There were of course spells to contact the living from a distance or to locate someone. If Maed was in fact alive then perhaps she might be able to give that a try. However if she was dead, or at least if her body was gone, then she would require something more. For that reason alone it would be good to keep an eye out for such tomes. So focused upon her studies was she that she hadn't even noticed the change of scenery until Rayvenne had pointed it out. In fact she hadn't even noticed Rayvenne's presence until she'd spoken, and that had caused her to jump a little! "A-ah? Oh. Wow! They are quite pretty!" Of course they did appear to be very close to her, but then she also trusted Rayvenne's word. That must have meant that they were quite large! Now that was exciting! "I don't unfortunately. Actually I've never been up into the mountains. We used to always stick to the roads and I sort of did the same."
  14. At first they spoke quietly about her. Of course she could hear them, in fact she could even understand them! They were right too. Only prey would flee. She probably would give chase if they did, if only to keep up with them. These were the first people she remembered seeing in this place. Being alone was a scarier thought than anything. They were, at least for the moment, also correct in their assumption that she was not hunting them. Actually now that she thought about it she wasn't really hungry at all. With that need pushed aside she could fully satisfy her lingering curiosity with these creatures. Of course one thing she was curious about were their words. For some reason they were somewhat familiar to her, but she also knew that it was not something she could speak. She had heard it before. It brought on a sense of something to be fearful about, and yet the way these two reacted to her said otherwise. Not dangerous? That wasn't true! But before she could think any further upon the possible slight she was instead directly addressed! This caused her tail to straighten up behind her. For some reason this creature sounded very feminine, and yet she could also tell that it was not. Or perhaps it was? No, she knew to trust her nose on this. It gave off a distinctly different smell from the other one. Well, perhaps not as distinctly as it should. It was actually very faint due to the other smells that it wore. All in all it was quite confusing. He was right though: she was lost. Very lost. Even if she didn't know them she did already feel more comfortable within their presence. And so with a smile she crept over on all fours, occasionally pausing to make certain they weren't going to do something to her. She did stop a few feet away, sitting up once more in the same position she'd taken earlier. Now that she was closer she could definitely tell that he was in fact a male. The other one was definitely a female. Perhaps these two were mates? No, that was unlikely. They didn't seem to know each other.
  15. Poor curious little wolf. If there was one place to check for her it was not the chest! After all her chest was quite flat! But then a thought also came to mind: could people be both at the same time?! If that were possible then it would be impossible for her to know! She hadn't ever met anyone like that but this could be her first time. Who could say for certain?! Well, Keya could, but then that would ruin the mystery. A stool was moved closer. Now Keya was sitting next to the tub, precariously so. This did give her an idea: what if she dragged him in? Would he join her?! It was a fine idea really, but then it would also be a little mean. So far Keya had been so nice to her. She couldn't do that. Instead her attention was grabbed by the layer of bubbles covering the bath. They were still there! Or at least quite a few were. Many had been lost during the course of her washing off. It was like a fluffy cloud sitting atop the water. She enjoyed pressing her face into it and then sitting up to let them pop upon it. Unfortunately her tail was also instrumental in destroying many of the bubbles thanks to her current happiness. For some reason Keya did keep looking around the room. Was he looking for something specific? Or perhaps he was just bored? Maybe she should drag him in after all! The bath was pretty fun. It was a tough decision. Ultimately she settled upon showing her gratitude instead. When Keya was looking away she leaned out, curling her soaking wet arms around the boy's shoulders. With tail wagging furiously behind her she pressed her bubble covered face against Keya's neck, nuzzling affectionately against it. Her tongue even appeared from the mask of bubbles, dragging a couple of times against the boy's skin. This would also give her a nice taste too so it really was a win for them both! "Keya nice. Nilaa thenk!"
  16. Fingers brushed through her thick hair, dragged along her scalp. What a lovely massage it was! An intense petting! Well okay, perhaps that was going a little far. He was just washing out her hair. But it felt just as grand to the little wolf! Alas, all good things came to an end. With her hair thoroughly washed it was time for rinsing! As instructed Nilaa kept her eyes closed and her body still. Ears were squished against her head for protection. Water was dumped once more upon her, leaving her soaked. A second made certain that no soap would be left behind. That would have been pretty bad. As soon as her ears were released they sprung right back to an upright position! Her tail also started to wag again. Eyes opened and snapped to Keya who, as it turned out, was unbuttoning his shirt! Would he join her? Could she finally have an opportunity to answer the confusing question as to whether or not Keya was a boy or a girl?!? No. The shirt was unbuttoned but not removed. Nilaa stared at the exposed skin. She wanted to know so badly! Not that it would matter much to her, but she was so curious! It was almost painful not to know! Nilaa's attention returned to Keya's face when they spoke once more. She was finished with her wash! Now she could either stay where she was or exit. Also she was supposed to wash the rest of her body but the water would do that on its own, wouldn't it? And so with an excited nod she lowered herself further into the water, stopping when her eyes were nearly submerged. Now it was time to stare at her new friend. What was he going to do?!
  17. The little wolf nodded excitedly. She did enjoy it! Very much so! This time she knew to close her eyes before the water drenched her. It was immediately followed by a giggle. Thankfully the bucket was successfully hidden out of view. She didn't ask for another one either, partially because she was curious as to what might happen next! Was he going to join her?! As it turned out he wasn't! Instead she felt a hand brush across her face, temporarily removing the wet hair sticking to it, only for the dark threads to fall right back into place. Still, she appreciated the gesture. After a few moments of waiting she shook her head around a little violently, aiming to toss away enough of the water so that she could see again! Now her friend had a bottle! What was inside of it? Could she eat it?! It was probably something else. Like soap. Soap didn't taste good. She already found that out the hard way. But it could be different! Or it could be soap that tasted yummy! She couldn't know until she tried it! So she opened her mouth and stuck her tongue out, waiting for some of whatever might be within the bottle! Again she did as she was told, clenching her eyes tightly shut, although her mouth remained open and her tongue remained poking out from it. Then she felt his hands against her head. It felt very, very comfortable. So relaxing was the scrubbing that her tail even stopped its wagging, slumping contently into the water behind her. She leaned in towards the boy, pressed her head against his hands when she could, and occasionally a gleeful shiver ran up her spine. Nilaa certainly did have quite a bit of hair to get through as her thick wild mane stretched down to her rump! Eventually when she was told that the substance wasn't for eating she finally closed her mouth. That might have bothered her but for the moment nothing really could. This just felt too good! She wished it would never end!
  18. Nilaa's head tilted slightly in confusion. An objected had been hoisted up. What was that for? Was he going to bring food to her?! Food and a bath! That was a brilliant idea! If someone got dirty while eating they could just wash up! Besides, it did feel very nice in the hot water. Her eyes followed the bucket as it was set aside, although they returned to Keya when she felt his hands against her slim arms. Well, her wrists. She didn't struggle against him, allowing the boy to position them as he pleased. For some reason he wanted her to cover her ears. Why was that? It wasn't easy to hear him if she did that! But she did as he requested regardless, planting them flat against her head. Suddenly a torrent of water was dumped atop her head, soaking her! After coughing a couple of times her smile returned. Of course her eyes were now covered by her bangs, the soaked locks of dark blue sticking to her face. Her tail also started to wag quickly behind her, splashing water all over the place! That was actually kind of fun! "More!"
  19. Keya was at least somewhat lucky that Nilaa had remembered her manners mid-meal. Others hadn't been so lucky. She had managed to clear out entire pantries and fridges stocked full of food! Of course she was still hungry even now, but she had been sated enough that she could resist those temptations. Besides, there were more interesting things to catch her curiosity! The bathtub was filled with water. Hot, steamy, bubbly water! She moved over to the edge, sniffing as she took in the pleasant smells. A claw was extended to poke at a bubble. When it popped her tail briefly stood up behind her! But then she relaxed. The next one she popped instead brought a smile to her face. That was cool! Pop! Pop pop pop! Did they taste as good as they popped? Hoisting herself over the lip the little wolf slid head first into the water with a little splash! She emerged moments later, chomping down at some of the bubbles. They didn't really have a very pleasant taste. In fact they had hardly any taste at all! However it did feel kind of funny to have them popping in her mouth.
  20. It was interesting to see the difference in rooms between Julia and Keya. While they were both kind of messy this was messy in an entirely different way! There were also pictures everywhere! Pictures of groups of people, pictures of scantily clad ladies, pictures of fun colorful people who didn't appear to be real, and even some smaller pictures with Keya and a few other people! Those ones made her feel weird, although she didn't understand why. Looking at them brought on a sense of happiness but also a strange loneliness. While the boy set up the bath Nilaa took to exploring her new surroundings, taking in every picture in detail. She even stopped a few times to copy some of the poses on the posters! Or, at least, she gave it a good try. Most of them felt a little awkward. But then she noticed the kitchen and, more importantly, smelled the food. With stomach grumbling and drool collecting at the corners of her lips she hopped her way excitedly into the room! She did stop when she heard her new friend speaking, ears perking up to catch the sounds. Something about a bath and going somewhere. Or something. It was hard to think when she was locked onto a source of food. With a loud yip of understanding she began searching for foods to eat, shoving anything edible into her mouth in order to chomp down upon it! Boxes, wrappers, nothing would slow her down. They were consumed just as well! After a minute she suddenly stopped herself, ears flattening against her head. Now that she had a little food in her belly she remembered something very important: she wasn't supposed to eat people's things! This counted! And so in a hurry she shoved anything still in her hands back where she found it, swallowing whatever she had managed to stuff into her face! Then she went searching for Keya. A pleasant smell guided her to the right place. Not only did the bathroom smell very clean but it looked just the same! When she noticed all the steamy water her tail started to wag once more. Did she jump in now? No, she probably had to wait for Keya to get in first, right? That was the proper thing to do!
  21. Location: North-east of Kalath, en-route to Enutpen’s Glory The morning work she had to attend to thankfully would not take very long. One quick cantrip cleaned up the place rather nicely and another incantation, which took her a solid minute to perform, mended her bed back to good as new! She had a feeling that it was going to become an ever increasingly valuable one. But that just meant she'd get more practice with it. No, what took her the most time was the Nun's Brew. She had all the ingredients that she needed. In fact the ingredients were already well prepared. Plants and fruits were dried and already crushed into powders. Harder materials were easily ground away within a couple minutes. Preparing the cauldron to a boiling state wouldn't even take very long. It was simply many small steps that required her attention, along with careful measuring of each ingredient. This task took her a solid ten minutes to set up, but once it was finished she could leave the mixture to bubble and boil all day while they traveled on the road. With a new batch of the potion set to intermingle Luna grabbed her tome and settled it within a leather carrying satchel. If they were going to be on the road and if Rayvenne was going to be keeping watch then she would have ample opportunity to study the ancient texts. Studying was of course important as she was still a witch in training, but she actually had a goal in mind: figure out how to contact Lady Maed! Or at the very least locate her if she was perhaps trapped in some place or form. Once she exited the wagon Luna turned, tapping a finger upon the door. A hushed enchantment closed up the stall completely and secured the locks. After brushing Lucky's mane for a few moments she hopped up into the wagon. "I am ready to go when you are!"
  22. Once more Nilaa had someone to follow! Sure, it wasn't heading to her room, but it was something! Perhaps someday she'd figure out where she lived. But right now she didn't worry about that. No, now she got to check out another friend's room! With another excited nod she hurried over to the boy's side, sticking close while they departed the laundry room. She was going to get a bath. Maybe she'd even be lucky enough to get something else! Something thick and meaty and filling! Like more steak! ((I'm cool to move to Keya's room thread if there is one!))
  23. Sadly Nilaa was not allowed to wash in the strange machine. That didn't really seem very fair to her! Maybe it was because she was a new student? That had to be it, right? Were these fascinating washing machines only for experienced students?! Right then and there she pledged within her own mind that she would in fact return to use one of these things in her second year! Well, provided she could figure out how to use it anyways. Thankfully her new friend did give her a splendid offer: she could wash with him! Or her! She didn't quite make up her mind on that as of yet. It was very confusing. But wouldn't this be the perfect opportunity to find out? It would just be so much easier if everyone was naked! As she was settled upon the floor her head nodded quickly, both arms clasping around the boy's waist in a little hug. "Nilaa woosh with Keya!" She had to admit to herself that it was a clever plan. Her curiosity was, at least for the moment, distracting her from her growing hunger. Besides, she could use one after the lovely night she'd spent with Julia!
  24. Nilaa's head tilted slightly in confusion. Why did he look so worried? According to him she shouldn't play in what she assumed was the place where she was now. But she wasn't here to play! She was here to wash! He did say they were dangerous though. Now that came as a surprise to her. They looked pretty fun. Besides, how could it be dangerous if he washed a blanket in it? Would it not destroy something as fragile as that if it were dangerous? Of course all those thoughts evaporated when the boy slid his arms in. Did he desire a hug?! With a smile she pressed herself into her new friend's embrace, curling her own arms around his shoulders to return the friendly gesture! Pulling her out wasn't too difficult. She didn't struggle against him. Nor did she weigh much at all at the moment considering how little she had eaten recently. That was pretty lucky! With a content sigh she nuzzled her cheek against the boy's head and, on occasion, his neck. Now that it had space her tail was also back to wagging! For some reason he confirmed his worry verbally and even tried to tell her to be safe! But she didn't take this as a slight or anything. He probably didn't know how durable she was. "Nilaa safe! Nilaa woosh? No woosh?"
  25. He didn't need help. That was fine! It must have been pretty easy then. Still, as far as she understood it was at least good to offer. That was important for being friends with others. In fact the boy appeared to be happy enough at her offer that he even laughed! Well, okay, he could be laughing at something else too. Who could say for sure? Certainly not her! The loud beep cut through the air, prompting both of her ears to twitch to attention! Her head turned to face the source of it. The machine was finished washing his friend! As the boy ventured over so too did the curious wolf, keeping behind him, peeking out only once he'd stopped. Some button popped open the front of the machine. That was why she couldn't open it! What emerged was in fact a large white blanket! People bathed with blankets?! She waited a few moments as well for the boy's friend to appear, but they didn't. So she slid past him to poke her head into the machine. There was nobody inside? What trickery was this?! At least it smelled pleasant enough, although the sudden powerful burst of it did make her feel a hint dizzy. Was she alone? Did she have a room? Those were some good questions! "Nilaa awooon. Nilaa have room. Nilaa no fiyeend room" replied the wolf, voice a bit muffled by the washer machine. She was curious now. Could she fit inside? So to sate that curiosity she pulled herself into it, curling up with her knees close to her chest.
