Hello everyone, This is my first ever announcement, and I wish it was under better circumstances. A few things need to be said about the future of EcchiDreams moving forwards especially after recent events. As many of you have noticed, @Tema has stepped down as a Community Administrator. Originally he stepped back into a more developmental role however he has since taken a break due to the ongoing problems, which included deactivating his account for a few days. I cannot promise that he will return to being a “Community Administrator” anytime soon. He has not made up his mind on that, however he will be taking a break from the2 points -
Just doing a little updating: I used have days and timte here for when I would be on most consistently but as my life has changed and things have developed its become harder for me to acheive that consistency. My RP/Writing Experience & Goals: I have over a decade's worth of experience in writing and roleplaying under my belt, so I consider myself to be somewhere between an Advanced - Expert level. I only do literate roleplays, third person, past tense; typically with a minimum of six sentences per reply at least (with very, very few exceptions), and a maximum of maybe 6 - 8 paragraphs, depending on how enthused I'm feeling. I consider my grammar, spelling, and formatting skills to be as perfected as I could possibly get them, but as with everyone, I am always learning by making mistakes here and there and growing from them. We are a good way into our roleplay and we have exchanged several EcchiTexts, so I can confidently say: Thus far, roleplaying with Kasumii has been one of the best RP experiences of my entire writing career! They are descriptive, creative, and really immersive in their writing style. Plus, I'm in love with their character, Lee Chapman! I wasn't thinking of the Game Over scenario when I wrote my response. It was more in reference to the possibility of the character being killed if they struggled too much or the implication that when your character becomes "Sick" they could fully turn, which is kind of like a Game Over of itself, or that you would probably need to be cured. But isn't as bad as I initially thought. I ERP over regular RP for a reason and hate when the kinky stuff is used as a punishment or failure within the game. In my opinion, it should always be a mechanic to be utilized or managed rather than just a straight punishment. If it's not obvious, I'm1 point

To say that I am disappointed that it has come to this is an understatement. We are supposedly all adults here, yet with how things have turned out it seems that people love drama too much. I shall not dwell on that, however. To Tema, Neptune, and the other staff on ED, I wish nothing but luck and easement through the trying time that you are going through. The storm is harsh but it will break and normalcy shall return. In what time? I cannot say, but I have a feeling that things will turn out okay and everyone can learn from this experience and become stronger because of it. That is the hope, anyway.1 point

I completely disagree with this. I was the one who set up the Discord Server, and I was extremely purposeful in not having too many channels. In fact it was quite common that people said that we didn't have enough channels and I told them that "Moderating the Channels that we do have is already a full time job" so we were always hesitant about adding more. The unofficial EcchiDreams Discord (That ours opened because of) had over 30 channels. Ours had: And a single voice channel. No one can post in the first three channels on that list. There are only 6-7 channels that people could post in and 5 of those are for specific things1 point
