Hello, apologies for the late response. Currently this is not possible under the current framework, however I will bring this up as a suggestion for the new framework we're working on (As we're moving away from IPS), because it is a very good suggestion. What is possible, however, is that you can create a folder which will allow you to save certain messages, and separate them out from everything else. Of course this will mean checking it, but it can be done, as I do it. It's not ideal, and I will grant you that, but there is at least a work around.
