Since we have a new member or two, realized this should be reposted, with adjustments, to figure out where all the stories fit. "Shinigami's Manor" starts in the middle of the convention (when Jumi, Mitsuko & Shinigami drop out of the convention) and is now at the end of the convention. "The Horde of Fans" should probably more or less be ignored, it had been a way to let others jump in on playing fans at the convention. "The School Valkyrie" is Mitsuko's introduction and leads to her entry in the convention. "Reigniting the Pits of Hell" was pre-convention and pre-Wanderers. These guys are pretty nice! Usually you would need to pay for a ride with strangers, right? With all the awe and excitement of riding inside of a van Selene found the trip taking much less time than expected! But then Potter's Neck also wasn't a very large place. At least, it didn't seem as though it was. Selene rarely ventured outside of her hometown, and certainly not out into this area. The wooded region was a bit pretty to look at, and she could imagine herself in a cabin out here. Alone. Spending hours or even days lost in a book or two. Their short trip was also helped by Shawn's lengthy story about riding surf boards! She had1 point

Well my intention is to replicate the rather wacky world of comics as a fan which are very kitchen sink so basically with the setting of the story it wouldn't be weird to see a talking racoon next to a barbarian next to a living good monster even. Basically go nuts. Superhero settings are rather wild. I've tried to set things up to mostly avoid the power struggle that tends to come with these types of things so no one feels caught out and communication is encouraged....or so that's my hope anyway.1 point

So I imagine any race is fine? Having watched Invincible not long ago, this seems like a fun setting to try something new. Plus, Chiyako and Satai are here too so this could be interesting. I don't really have a good idea of what to create just yet, though. I have some characters in mind but that might require looking more time to find something perfect for this. :)1 point

As Kari was about to summon another one of her plants she saw a man, no wait it was man from the shop. "What are you doing here? It....it isn't safe." Before she could finish her sentence she saw him grip the monster jaw and noticed wait was that fire coming from his palm. She watched him send the monsters back and tell the children to run. Once they were out of harms way Kari looked at the man confused. "This is my first time transforming and fighting against these kinds of things but if you tell anyone so help me god I know ways to make it look like accident." She said as she summoned her new plant, a more deadly version of the venus1 point

"Right on time, Ya," Emily called back, feeling a wash of relief through her limbs at Captain Payarkoon's voice on the comms and again as the eruption of kaiju blood drew a furious roar and the full ire of the beast onto Patune. Emily felt the stomach-dropping sense of freefall as Scylla launched herself from the kaiju's broad back, spinning in a coil of tentacles as she tucked and hit the earth in a roll that sent cascades of wet dirt showing up under her claws. When you take <3 and turn it into , or take :) and turn it into ... do you realize what you've just done? There's a reason people prefer old-fashion emoticons over pictograms sometimes, you know... A) Some of the designs genuinely just don't convey the same emotion. Sometimes they interfere with actual text ("B)" doesn't actually become the sunglasses emoji on this forum, but it does on many others, and it can be a big obstruction of text flow). In order to manually correct things back to normal, you've gotta use a custom unicode character called a zero width space to keep them digitally separate without any visual1 point
