Hellhound watched even as she was called a monster and despite Akemi's answer to that, her attention focused on Hikari yet remained docile. Her friend's touch on her shoulder did help but the message of it all nonetheless had some truth. "...You're right...", the hound admitted, her ears relaxed into a slightly raised position while remaining leaned against the edge of the bed, "Hellhound is a monster and fights like one... I enjoy it a lot. I did what Akemi said because humans were fun to fight but I also like when they touch me.", she spoke with some light happiness in her voice, not realizing still that both things conflicted each others m2 points

Hikari stared at the Hellhound, her hand still hovering inches from the bed's edge. The beast's raw, unfiltered honesty, her utter lack of human deception, confessing her love for chaos and headpats in the same breath, sent a strange, disarming ripple through the room. A soft, involuntary huff of breath escaped Hikari's lips, half disbelief and half amazement. She couldn't fully wrap her mind around the creature standing before her, but looking at the genuine, eager smile the hound flashed toward Akemi, the sharp edges of her fear finally began to dull into something resembling acceptance.
